After two failed attempts by other plumbing companies, they resolved our problem in a timely manner, They were knowledgeable, professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process.We have had sewer smells in our Casita for some time. Leo and Logan, from Cure All Plumbing, arrived on the scene and did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem, using their expertise and problem solving skills to get to the root of the problem. They discovered the builder did not put the clean out cap on the pipe in the bathroom that led to the main sewer line. Donald Fennig from Cure All Plumbing arrived on-time to fix my water main leak in my front yard. It had been leaking for a couple days and I was stressed thinking about the cost and how high my water bill was going to be. He checked everything out, explained everything so I understood and gave me the cost to fix and a 2nd estimate for recommended work. I chose to just repair the leak for now which was surprisingly less than I thought it would be and asked for him to send the additional repairs recommended for future consideration. He was here for less than 2 1/2 hours and after digging up the pipe, fixing it and cleaning up my yard, youd never known he was here. I would definitely call them for any future issues I have.

We had our Main drain clog Sunday night and they sent out Leo to work on it right away as an emergency. Leo worked on the problem for about 3.5 hours trying every different possible way to fix the problem before he realized he’d have to come back Monday morning and fix it with an extra person. Even though Leo came out twice he still cut me a great deal and will definitely use Cure All Plumbing again!

Unfortunately, this affected all of our employees and we had to limit our staff in the office. The whole crew was knowledgably and friendly, the main thing was they kept us informed throughout the process. Laura in the office was very pleasant and very responsive. The Cure All team was great overall. Easy and quick to schedule and on time as promised. Don was our tech and, following a late Friday diagnosis on our water heater, went out of his way to get us the water heater we wanted installed on Saturday. My only nit - which really makes this a 4.5 out of 5, is I would have liked him to walk thru with me the re-circulating timer to ensure it was set correctly. I was left with the manual to do it on my own. This left me questioning whether I set it up correctly so it’s working as needed.

The leak required two massive holes in our yard and our neighbors yard. It was a major project. Cure-All rebuilt the tank with all new parts. This should have fixed the problem but it did not. Even different new parts from different manufacturers did not fix it. Joe did not give up. He traced the problem to an imperceptible flaw in the tank itself and solved the problem. Cure-All did not charge extra for the repeated trips required to solve this problem. You can’t go wrong with this company.

We had a couple of different issues going on at once. We received a few estimates from other companies that included tearing up concrete inside our home, and having dirt piled in places dirt should never be piled (inside bedrooms/bathrooms) to repair one of our problems.My home was built in the 60’s, and we completed a remodel a couple of years ago (inspected pipes prior to remodel-no breaks). With the age of the home and recent remodel, cutting up the floor was not the most desirable option. After researching alternatives, I came across Perma-Liner’s website. I submitted an online inquiry and received a call back from Spencer at Cure All Plumbing a short time later. We scheduled an appointment for the next business day.Spencer showed up on time, and we went over options for the needed repairs. I chose to have him quote the option that was the least intrusive to our home. Spencer went out to his truck and returned about 20 minutes later with an estimate. His estimate was a lot higher than the others. It was actually over twice as much as one. However, his estimate addressed both problems we had, and didn’t include destroying the inside of our home which comes with additional costs in itself. Seriously, the thought of having dirt piled inside with two active dogs was not appealing at all. My wife and daughters also came to mind.I took a few hours to consider our options and do some research on Cure All. They have an A+ BBB rating, and the only negative reviews they received were related to the cost of the repairs, not the quality of work. In fact, I could not find one negative review regarding their work.For reasons mentioned above, I chose Cure All to complete the repairs. They demoed one concrete slab in the middle of the patio outside, dug two huge holes in two different locations down to the sewer line on my property, lined the pipes with CIPP liner, installed 4 new cleanouts (my home didn’t have any), back filled both holes, and poured the concrete back for the patio. All of this in four days. Then, returned one more day to complete the repairs for the broken pipe under the bathroom floor. During the last day, Spencer made an additional repair to a drainpipe that was found leaking while doing work in our hall bath at no additional charge.All work completed was done professionally, and without any question regarding quality. All service techs were friendly, courteous, and hard working. Great crew!A few days after all repairs were completed, we had an unexpected problem with the repaired pipes under our bathroom. This was at 5:30 pm on the Thursday before the 4th of July holiday weekend. I contacted Spencer immediately via text message with a photo, and he responded within one minute. He was at my house 30 minutes later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and worked till after 8pm to resolve it, returning the following Monday to finish up.I can accept that not all repairs go as planned. In my opinion, how a someone responds to an unplanned event, is more important than the event itself. Problems with pipes can be fixed. Problems with people’s attitudes are very rarely fixable. I was extremely impressed with the response when we ran into this issue. Spencer worked late on the eve of an extended holiday weekend. He stayed focused on the task at hand and did it all with a courteous and professional demeanor.Cure All Plumbing is a trustworthy company! Great customer service! Honest, accountable, professional, courteous, and friendly technicians. A company with all these qualities is hard to find. You might find someone to make your repairs for less money, but you’ll be hard pressed to find a better company. Quality of materials and labor come at a cost. Our job was completed in 5 days. Other companies weren’t even able to start before Cure All had the job done.If you choose Cure All Plumbing, you will not regret it. I will definitely use them again, and I won’t hesitate recommending them to family and friends in need of repairs.
