Great service these days seems to be somewhat of a curious anachronism. Though Covid has taken its toll on a company’s ongoing challenge of acquiring and maintaining quality team members, with effective management, strong organizations (like Crawford Mechanical) can still ferret out performers. That said, I want to acknowledge Crawford’s Service Coordinator, Cody, and one of his outstanding Technicians, Shaun. Further, I want to take a moment to thank you for assembling a team that still remembers that “the customer pays their paycheck.” Obviously, they both realize it takes more money to generate a new customer, than to maintain their most valuable asset, a current customer.I highly recommend you take the time to allow Crawford Mechanical to review your project. Great company. Used for the first time for our business. A/C went out and within 5 hours of the phone call for service we were back in business. Technician was polite, respectful and very informative as to what our problem was without talking over our heads. Will use again.
