Renee was our plumber and he gave me two notices on his timeframe to come today to make sure I was home. When he arrived he introduced himself and quickly got to work. Our issue was resolved quickly. With the age of our home, we are now in need of a water softener, he explained to me the process to get a new one and the benefits. Our service today was 5 STARS!

The company rep that called me was courteous and gave me info I needed . The plumber assigned to me , Russellcalled when he was coming and was very courteous and arrived when he said. He was clean cut, thoughtful and talked me through the problem of the leak and took care of it. I was certainly impressed with his professionalism.

George, the Tech was very informative, fixed all me issues. The only downside was the AHS Warranty would not cover sink water stoppers which was causing my two sink leaks. Very disappointing they would not cover because they said it was part of the sink (did not make sense). A leak is a leak and the part that is causing the leak should be covered. If it was the faucet leaking they would have covered. So crazy to me and it put a very bad taste in my mouth. Now I’m doubting if it’s worth have a home warranty or not. I received this home warranty free as part of my agreement to purchase this house. Maybe other home warranty companies are better than AHS!

Anytime Home Services was called out through my father’s home warranty (AHS vendor). He lives in older home and cast iron pipe between adjoining bathroom walls was leaking. After approval from home warranty to fix (AHS) did cover a partial amount for plumbing fix. My father decided to go with them (reasonable priced). Marcus is very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job with explaining repair work, was on time, cleaned up area after he was done. Rene - manager and appointment scheduler were very helpful too.Thank you for great service.

George communicated when he was enroute and arrived when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the issue and contacted American Home Shield for approval. Once partial approval was received, he let me know what my portion would be. I paid my portion (bent pipe was not covered by warranty) and he quickly got to work on the hose bib repair/replacement. When he was done, he asked me to inspect his work. Everything looked great! I would use this company again.

It was an incredibly wonderful experience speaking with Maria to help us schedule repair and replacement. She was professional and made sure it was done for us before a holiday weekend. Our technician, C.J. was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions before, during and after installing our new water heater. It was so amazing to take a hot shower again!

My Home Warranty Co. has sent me many plumbers over the years. This is the first time that I have been incredibly impressed with any of them. Anytime Home Services is efficient, effective and makes the home visit easy. Trent, the plumber, did an incredible job in taking care of my garbage disposal. He was efficient, effective and quickly took care of my problem. He was in an out in about 20 minutes total (if even that long). He was also very polite and just a great guy!! I will ALWAYS ask for this company with any other needs.

I had a pipe bust on Friday night, and Kaitlyn called me within an hour of getting the dispatch on Saturday. Kaitlyn was kind and kept me appraised of the progress of getting someone to come out on the weekend, which I really appreciated. Rene came out Sunday morning and was so great to work with -- he walked me through what was happening and what the next steps would be. He was very understanding and helpful. Anytime Home Services also connected me with the emergency company they use to start the demo / remodel process. I am so grateful that Anytime works on the weekends, and employs great people -- I would highly recommend this company, and both Kaitlyn & Rene! THANK YOU!

They came promptly at the start of the service window. Marcos called a half hour before the appointment to let me know when he’d be there. He worked at the clog in my line until it was clear. He explained info about my lines and found a potential future issues due to their age. Super nice and professional. There was no hard sell for any other services like I’ve had with some companies. Just great service, fixed my issue, educated me on potential future issue and impact so I can make an educated decision on how best to avoid the problem in the future. Would highly recommend them from my experience with them!

Before Marcus, from Anytime Plumbing came out, I had two other companies come out three times between the two. One J & L Plumbing wanted to charge me 1200 just to move the tub to get to the part that needed to be repaired. I knew that was an exorbitant amount and that the tub did not need to be moved as evidenced by the fact that both repairs that needed to be done got done and did not require the tub to be moved. I’ve had this problem since November. It is now February. Very grateful that it was a simple repair and that Marcus took all but 15 min at the most to repair. The last time Desert Rain supposedly fixed it, I ended up flooding my entire floor and had to clean up the mess after hours of being in the hospital so I have a beef with those two other companies. Thanks Anytime!!! You made my day!

My kitchen faucet sprung a leak and it was bad! Manuel from Anytime Home Services was amazing! He was on time and went above and beyond in every way. Im working on a very tight budget and the repair ended up involving more than just the faucet as it was a result of needing a water pressure valve. Manuel was so compassionate and understanding about my situation. He explained everything, fixed what he could on that visit, and went over pricing for the next repair. He made sure he did the most possible so my family had use of our kitchen water supply. Since I had to save money for the next repair, there was some time in between visits. Manuel once again was amazing! He returned recalling all of the issues, brought the parts to try to fix the original faucet even though it was likely going to be a hassle for him; he did that to try to save me money so I didnt have to purchase an entirely new kitchen faucet. He installed the water pressure regulator and fixed all of the other issues. His professionalism, kindness, and integrity were outstanding. My experience with the entire team from beginning to end was excellent and I highly recommend!

Just had a great experience with Mark (plumber) and the great communications from the dispatcher. Was having a water pressure valve issue and they scheduled the time to check out the issue... they texted they would be there in 30 minutes on the scheduled day and time frame... they had to order the part then they rescheduled and installed with total professionalism and didnt try to over sell me on any other non needed services. Great job and thanks... just referred to a friend for a sewer line repair as Mark was leaving my home.

A good experience. We were all hoping for a quick repair and it was on track for that but still had a drip when all was done. Old home different valve. Manuel and Haden troubleshooted and treated my home as it was theirs. Had to be fixed, had to be right. They did get it done and works well. Finish was clean and Haden showed me everything that was done. Really good service.

Came earlier than expected, very professional, and super thorough.We were told by another company the day prior that we had a massive slab leak and should consider re-piping our whole home. Fortunately, we called Anytime for another assessment. Antonio came out earlier than expected, did an incredibly thorough job checking out our home and turns out we don’t even have piping near the slab (it’s in the attic)— now we know it’s the pool valve and not a massive inside fix. Very grateful to Antonio and Nick. Also had very good communication start to finish with the office. Highly recommend!

Fixed quickly with no issue a sink leak as second opinion for OneGuard home warranty after a horrible experience with the first company they sent out. (Not to name any names but the first plumbing companys initials are MRP.) The first plumber said it was an installation and would cost an extra $150. That was after I called them a week after their visit, since they never called me.The Anytime guy called me to let me know he was en route and again after the job to let me know he had fixed the problem.I had used Anytime before successfully and was delighted with their continuing good manners as well as plumbing service.

Unfortunately, our hot water heater was about to go! Gary was great! He came to our house and knew right away what needed to be done. He ordered the parts and within a week was here fixing it. He communicated with us throughout the week and let us know 30 mins before he would be arriving. He informed us that some components of the heater were corroded due to hard water, he will be returning in a few weeks to give us a quote on a water softener. Thanks Gary for all your help. Give this guy a raise.

Matt, the installer arrived at my home this morning to replace my water heater. He was on-time and immediately went to work. He was very professional and was able to answer questions that I had as he continued to work. I dont understand the negative reviews. Yall act like youve never shopped in any business. Everywhere has mark ups. EVERYWHERE! Then some said they told me I needed this and that you do realize these parts do not last forever right? Say they dont replace it and it breaks next week or month. Well thats because the company didnt do their job its a double edge sword for these guys.Anyway! My water heater went out on Sunday. I contacted my home warranty company who contracts Anytime Home Services. They called me a few hours later and scheduled a technician to come out Monday. Manuel was on time and gave me a run down of the next steps. Very courteous and professional. The repair was approved by the warranty company so I called the office on Tuesday and spoke to Sarah. She was very nice and let me know what was happening. Sarah called me Wednesday to say that the PO from my home warranty company had been received and we scheduled an install for Thursday. Chad was my install tech. Showed up on time. Gave me a run down of what he was doin. And I had a new one installed with all the extra parts in 45 minutes. I saved over half of what it would have cost if I called a regular plumber to do this.. Nothing but good things to say! Thanks guys!

Everyone was so amazing and helpful in getting by our new hot water heater figured out. Chloe and her team worked diligently to get everything worked out with our home warranty company (even when the warranty company was a total pain or unresponsive). They communicated well throughout the process and went out of their way to squeeze our install into their busy schedule even though they were booked out just so we could finally have a hot shower (because thanks to the warranty folks, we were taking cold showers for almost a week and a half). Anytime Home Services was assigned to me from my home warranty company. I had a toilet that was running and a kitchen faucet leaking everywhere damaging my kitchen cabinets underneath. The office staff was SO courteous and figured out how to get me someone fast. The plumber was on time and fast. The toilet was fixed in a few minutes. He needed to return with a new hose for my kitchen faucet. They instructed me to not use my faucet for the rest of the day and hey were out the next day with the part! I will definitely be using Anytime Home Services again!

My home warranty service sent out another vendor 2 weeks ago to fix a toilet that wasnt flushing properly. He was here maybe 5-10 minutes and said that we had roots in our drain, probably throughout the whole house and the repairs would be costly (some can run as high as $8K to $10K to repair). He said someone would call me because they needed to check with a camera to see where the damage was. When they didnt call I called several times and spoke to a woman in the office. Each time I was told they would call me with a date and time. They never called. I tried calling my warranty company and waited more than an hour on hold. Finally reached them via Facebook. I was frustrated and told her everything, said Id seen where theyd paid the vendor and didnt do anything. I told her I disputed the transaction with my bank and wanted someone different out ASAP. Ten minutes after talking to them I got a call from Anytime. My appointment was made for the next day. Antonio came out, was very nice, very professional asked what was going on and got to work. He checked pipes inside and out, flushed it several times, checked and cleaned out tub drain and was here about 30 minutes and got the job done. The good news, he saw nothing wrong with pipes, no roots or dirt. I am so pleased with the service I received, only wish theyd been sent out first. Warranty company followed up and I told them just how bad first vendor was and how wonderful Anytime was. I will recommend you to everyone I know and will make sure I tell everyone not to hire vendor #1! Thanks for hiring great employees and getting the job done!

I have dealt with many plumbing companies, Anytime Home Services is by far the best one yet. I had 2 toilets that were not running and a garbage disposal that was not working properly. I spoke with a dispatcher who got me in same day with a licensed plumber and had all my issues fixed! Overall great experience :)

Great company! I was speechless - they showed up at 6:15 AM, exactly as we agreed. They fixed all in a matter of 20 minutes and left. I would give them 10 stars. If you read their negative reviews then you will see that mostly they are related to communication problems and NOT a quality of service and the work done. So far their quality of service is the best. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They fixed the problem which I was told could not be fixed without reinstalling my shower. I appreciate that!

We had Antonio and his assistant help us locate a slab leak. After two other plumbing company’s didnt do their jobs. However, due to insurance issues we had to go with another plumber. Sarah the office manager was understanding, professional and super easy to discuss my unusual situation with. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing services.

The company send there tech “Tony” out to my home in Avondale he was fast friendly and very professional. Hands down if I have any more water issues I’m calling them first. I was referred to Anytime Home Services by American Home Shield and was hesitant when their plumber showed up at my door. Not because of anything other than my experience with AmHomeShield vendors. It has been pretty horrible. Sam, 1 of the plumbers for Anytime Home Services, that services the Tucson area is a pleasure to work with. He takes the time to listen, to apply his knowledge and to reach out for second opinions should he get stumped. My particular problem was atypical as there were multiple things going on that were creating the problem. Sam worked thru it methodically, explained his findings to me along the way so that I understood and was conscious about safety, professional and empathy. I rarely write reviews but this one was earned. Anytime Home Services is lucky to have Sam as a team member. I think his customer service is a game changer. Thanks Sam!Also, the company itself, the office team. They were really good at communicating with me throughout the process and working directly with American Home Shield.I simply HIGHLY RECOMMEND Anytime Home Services.

Our AHS assigned this company to us. It started out great as they contacted us right away. Set an appt. Somehow though as we sat and waited on the scheduled day they called and said scheduling error. Needless to say I was quite upset. Our shower had 2 leaking handles in master and could not sleep. Long story short, Paige was very professional handling my yelling and kept her cool. She rescheduled us and said their tech we will be happy with. She apologized for the error. My hats off to Manuel (Manny) He is amazing, he spent alot of time trying to fix the problem same day but our home old and the replacement parts he thought would work did not. He located them and had to be rescheduled. He was delightful. He kept us informed all he was doing and what was going on . We was prompt, polite. I want his management to know he made us satisfied customers with this company. I have sent a message to AHS as I had called them when i was upset about our appt. being canceled on day of to let them know IF we ever have plumbing issues (hopefully not) we ONLY want this company and we ONLY want Manny. I told Manny how he turned us around (attitude) He apologized about the delays etc. on behalf of the company. He knew his stuff

I really appreciate Anytime Home Services for sending Eric to our home.Thank you so much. Eric was/is VERY knowledgeable in his field. Upon realizing he didnt have the tools (camera) to look into the shower drain in the Master bedroom, he didnt just leave us helpless he explained the problem as well as let us know that he passed the job on. However Eric DID FIX the shower faucet in the guest bathroom 😊😊😊😊today was the FIRST time i could turn on the shower, the faucet wasnt loose while trying to pull the button to change to shower neither was there excess water pouring out of the faucet and shower head at the same time. YES we are VERY PLEASED THANK YOU ERIC.
