I’ve been a member of AC Doctors for a few years now. They’ve always sent over professionals who do a fantastic job on keeping my AC up and running. They can be a bit on the pricier side it feels, but then again I have 0 knowledge on HVAC systems so I just trust them. So far so good! They also replaced my AC unit in under 5 hours, pretty impressive.

Panic sets in when a water leak, spraying buckets of water, is discovered underneath my place!Who do I call that I can trust, how do I pick out a plumber from the plethora of them in the city. I asked my neighbor who repaired their plumbing as recently I had seen a service truck in front of their place. They had their A/C repaired however she said they do plumbing also! She highly recommended A/C & Plumbing Doctors! knowledgeable, professionalism and fair pricing. I contacted them and it was true!The Doctor arrived, assessed my leak and gave me the information I needed. I will have them fix my leak once I receive the quote as it turned out to be a bit more complicated.

On the day of my husbands open heart surgery my daughter went home to let the dog out and noticed the A/C was not working downstairs. I called A/C Doctors. Kyle who was happy and very personable came out the next day Friday afternoon and said we needed a new unit. We knew it was on its last leg anyways. I explained that when my husband comes home he is required to sleep in a recliner downstairs. I need to get it replaced this weekend can you make that happen? Kyle said he would do his best. He said that the owner of the company Doug was a very caring stand up guy for his customers. He said he would call Doug to see what he could do. Doug the owner came through for us. They had the unit in stock and installed it on Saturday. Amazing!

AC doctors was great! We needed an AC tech last minutes and so I searched on google for an AC tech and the AC doctors had the highest reviews. I called them and they said they could be out to my property immediately by the next morning. Mind you, I called them at 10pm at night. One of their technicians did amazing. He fixed our AC unit and we were so happy. We have used AC doctors multiple times now. We have a preferred technician that we trust but you can’t go wrong with anyone from the AC Doctors.

I was deling with a gas leak in my furnace. It was critical to get it addressed. A/C Doctors came out and provided an estimate within a couple of hours (New Years Eve), and replaced the part promptly when it was received. The installaer was professional and efficient. Happy to have heat again.

AC Doctors to the rescue! I came home to a 92 degree home and an AC unit blowing hot air. The company that I supposedly have a VIP contract with told me they would call me in the morning to schedule an appointment. I contacted AC Doctors and they offered to send someone out between 8pm-12am. Anthony E. arrived just before 8 and had my AC fixed within 20 minutes and the fee was so reasonable! It started bad, but turned out ok. The first technician came and gave an estimate for a lot of demolition and repairs. The day the technician was supposed to show up a different technician called to review the job and provide a second assessment, when he looked at it, the cost was extremely lower and the amount of work required was considerably less. The company had found that the first technician was in error in his assessment before I really knew he was, and they were there to make it right, and they did. They perform the work did some extra work and then they checked all my lines and made sure everything was fine, on their dime not mine. Ignoring the first technician, the second and third technician that came to make sure everythings done right and was in good order, they were professional, polite, knew what theyre doing. In the end it worked out. The company was very communicative, kept me updated, made sure I was scheduled and informed.

After being away and looking forward to coming back home, I had the unpleasant experience of finding a dead thermostat and 95 degree house. I contacted AC Doctors late Sunday and they were able to have Kyle onsite within a couple hours. Kyle was extremely skilled, knowledgeable, personable and professional. He was able to troubleshoot and diagnose my issue to full resolution to get my hvac back up and running. Lifesaver!!!!Kyle and the AC Doctors team’s service exceeded all expectations and I was also pleasantly surprised with the cost which I happily paid. We reached out to AC doctors on a Saturday because our AC was not cooling. We expected to have to wait a long time for service and were pleasantly surprised when a technician was here within two hours. The technician was able to rig up our 20-year-old AC unit while we waited for a new unit to be installed. Eddie and Luna were both very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Ben and Cristian just recently came out and installed an entire new A/C system in our home on August 3rd.. To be quite honest, I was a little worried at first because they looked very young upon arrival. They werent your average looking 30 yrs old technicians. We purchased two A/C units from AC doctors in latter November. The install went pretty well - they were thorough, cleaned up well, but there were some minor issues. They damaged our ceiling drywall, and still waiting for the follow-up service to correct that. They also disconnected our backyard landscape lights without reconnecting them and resetting the breaker.

AC Doctors is awesome! We’ve used them several times over the years and I’ve referred my coworkers to them as well. One coworker used them several times with rave reviews as well. We have one new unit and one very old unit. They have been able to keep our 25 year old unit running well past its expected life span so we can hopefully pay off the new unit before replacing the old one. They are always fast to respond, very knowledgeable, clean, respectful of our home and able to offer us different options. They aren’t the cheapest company around, but when it comes to AC in an Arizona summer, I don’t want the cheapest - I want the best. I believe we get the best when we call AC Doctors.

We have an annual plan with A/C & Plumbing Doctors, and couldnt be happier. They remind us when to change our AC filters, and twice a year they come out and do a full inspection of our heating and plumbing systems. If there ever should be a problem they would be here in a moment, but with the annual plan we have been able to catch problems before they become actual problems. Their technicians are courteous and very thorough. When you call a person answers. We like this company very much.

Ive had A/C Doctors look at my A/C system twice in the past few years and have been very happy with their service.The first time the tech very quickly located the shorted wire at the connection to the compressor and fixed it. A fair price for the service call and repair.The second time I was already pretty sure the compressor in the other unit was failing due to a noise at the hottest part of the day but wanted a professional to confirm. The tech invited me to come along with him while he inspected the system and performed his tests and explained what he was doing along the way. Very professional and knowledgeable. Felt comfortable with his diagnosis that the compressor is starting to fail and that the most cost efficient thing to do would be to replace the 17 year old system.

We had 3 technicians replacing our A/C, heating, and ductwork. We also had the air scrubber installed. Logan, JR, and Xavier were wonderful! Took them about 6 hours altogether. It’s only been a few hours and we can already feel the difference in cooling. Honest, reliable, and affordable. Definitely recommend A/C doctors.

I made the mistake of having another company come out to do a seasonal tune up on a “promo” during which some over stated problems were quoted at nearly $1000.00. Both of our old AC units were outdated and failing bad to the point where we could not use them so we had to resort to putting 3 window units in three of the bedrooms while the rest of the house was hot!! And we live in a big house with a second floor. I tried contacting a previous AC company that I had done business with but they were too busy. I found an advertisement by AC doctors that said they would pay up to $1500 per unit depending on its condition. So I decided to give them a call and they set me up for an appointment the following day I believe it was. They sent one of their senior technicians by the name of Nathan who was very pleasant and friendly. His EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE was obvious and he did an EXCELLENT JOB at explaining our AC issues, what needed to be done and why. Equally important to me was financing. The process was no doubt the easiest process that I personally have ever had with any big purchase. They do an EXCELLENT JOB in trying to prioritize the most needed services and they were able to send a team out the very next day with the units. Although I was not here during installation, the guys were prompt and on time. They were also finished around the promised time. I came home to a cool home from top to bottom!! Not to mention I can now control my units on my mobile app unlike the old system. Oh and true to their advertisements, I was able to get the maximum of $1500 a piece for my 2 old units. 12/20 -Been a customer with A/C Doctors for many years. They recently started offering plumbing service. I had a leaky stop valve for the toilet. Asked for all 3 toilet valves to be replaced. Was quoted $125, 1hr for the job. Plumber took 2.5hrs, charged us $50 more b/c it took longer (that was not disclosed). Would have been ok with the job but discovered a massive crack in the toilet basin after the job was done. The toilet gushes water out when flushed. Reached out to A/C Doctors … hoping they will repair the damage done12/21 - owner called us back apologize for what happened and got someone out to replace the toilet. I’m so happy they did the right thing!3/1 - Had A/C Doctors back. Found a leak causing water to collect on the ceiling of the main floor. Opened up the drywall and found water dripping down the copper pipe leading up to the toilet that AC Doctors repaired on 12/20. Fine mist of water was spraying back towards the wall at the stop valve. Technician repaired it and the water stopped dripping at no charge. Time to see if AC Doctors will repair the drywall and paint from the leak.

To rate A/C Doctors with 5 stars is insufficient! This company deserves a rating of at least 1000 stars!!! Our very first communication with them, all the way up to the install, was perfect, like a well oiled machine! These folks have their act together, and they are NOT all about the money, they truly care about you, the Customer, and your well being, especially in the Phx area when it is 114 and climbing! The Customer Service staff was great (Kristy, Jake, Trinity). They sent a technician here asap! I requested a service call on Sat morning, and Dr. Matthew (AAA+++) technician was here by 2 pm. Our 17 year old Goodman unit was on its last leg, and we knew it, but hoped to get one more summer out of it. Matthew explained everything going on with the unit, and said he could add freon, but it would probably only last a couple of days, as the unit coils had leaks, etc. We knew it was time to get a new unit, but Matthew never once pushed the issue, he just stated facts, and let us decide. No pressure from AC Doctors at all. We decided to go with a new install, and we knew we wanted a direct Goodman replacement. There was no upselling from Matthew or the staff, and we proceeded with the contract, and the unit, believe it or not, was installed 1.5 days later, on Monday (a day earlier than they scheduled!!!). The install guys were awesome! Friendly as can be, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional, clear thinking about the process, immaculate with everything they did, and they even removed an old evap cooler piggybacked to our old ac unit. Nothing but rave reviews for the install staff, Jonathan, Jose, and Gerrick were the BEST of the BEST! And the crane guy was terrific too! Two days later, and working flawlessly, our new unit (lovingly named Miss Chilly) is doing her job and keeping me, hubby, and our 2 big Anatolian Shepherds comfy and cool. We will be patients of AC Doctors for life! Thank you everyone on the staff. You all should be very proud of yourselves for all of your hard work and long hours. I contacted Ac Doctors for an issue with our Ac unit in the middle of summer. They came to the house within a few hours. Mark was our technician and he was great. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He got our ac running well again. Great company and great employees!

We need an inspection of the AC unit on a townhouse we are trying to buy. I called at 7:30am and the Anthony was there by 10am. He was polite, professional and did a very thorough inspection. The unit is 13 years old and is a major concern of ours because of the age of it. The home inspection we had prior to him coming out the inspector noted the unit is near the end of its life. Anthony did a very detailed report, advised me and my husband the items that needed to be repaired the same day. He made himself available after hours to go over the report and estimate with my husband. Their service charge was the lowest price we found. I received a follow up call the next day to confirm how things went. I highly recommend AC Doctors!
