Gave me honest advice on my 25 year old heat pump and replaced the capacitor with transparency on price, process, and even DIY price.

    Omg I just got a new bathroom installed and the sewer water was backing up into my brand new shower. I thought I was gonna need to replace my whole sewer line.     Technician came right away for a significant leak on the main water valve. Made a quick and effective repair and made sure to clean up afterwards. We had him come back to complete more work in support of a bathroom remodel.Jason was extremely professional and friendly, but most of all fast and very reasonable price considering the emergency nature of the original repair. The follow up plumbing he did to install our shower diverter and bathroom sink and commode was wonderful.Support your local plumbers!

    I noticed a leak in my basement last night and turned off the main water valve to the house. I submitted my info on the Angie website early this morning. PipeWorks Plumbing, Heating and Air called me minutes later and an appointment was scheduled for noon (same day). Jason came promptly as scheduled and quickly pinpointed the leak was from an appliance and resolved the issue by cutting of water to the appliance. The charge was only $40 because they said it wasnt a plumbing issue and no plumbing work was done. Ok, but he identified source of the leak which I failed to do and he solved the problem. I appreciated the quick appointment, the quick identification of the source of the problem, the quick solution, the professionalism and very reasonable charge. No one ever wants to call a plumber, but if I ever have to again, Im definitely calling this company back. I highly recommend this company.

    I had been having HVAC issues every summer for the last 4 years, and after having relied on a home warranty, I opted this time to go with Pipeworks since they have helped me twice before. They diagnosed the numerous issues that I had been having, and they replaced my HVAC system entirely within a day. The quality of the work is superb, and Kebin walked me through every step of the process. This was my 3rd time using Pipeworks, and I will continue to do so for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs. I should also comment that Terry at the front office is fantastic, patient, and understanding. The whole team is great!

    Update- We have repeatedly had great experiences with PipeWorks. Most recently, Sergio was punctual, friendly, informative, and effective in resolving our HVAC issue. Competing company that came yesterday was unreliable (5+ hours late), failed to identify the actual problem, and said we needed to replace much more expensive parts, which are working fine. Sergio had the actual problem fixed sooner for way less, and taught me way more about how our system works. Customer service on scheduling was also very friendly, helpful, and prompt in scheduling. Very grateful and will continue to use PipeWorks in the future.Prior review- Weve had PipeWorks come out for 3 issues at 3 different times (fixing an outdoor leak, assessing our sump pump, and a quote on garbage disposal issue). Theyve been professional and prompt. Everyone has been friendly and happy to explain and answer questions. Wed had less luck with a competitor and are glad we found PipeWorks.

    These guys did work for us moving a gas line for our gas fireplace in conjunction with MCP Chimney. They are super efficient, friendly, and competent.     I love this company! I had a diaster water leak in my home and needed to completely turn off the water. On Friday of a holiday weekend! PipeWorks was able to squeeze me in and Elbis had the situation fixed in less than an hour after arrival. When he showed me the bill it was sooooo much lower than I was braced for.     A water valve in my parents condo was leaking into the unit below them. The building manager sent out a plumber from another company that not only misdiagnosed the problem but also tried to charge a fortune for it. Blake from pipeworks came and not only quickly diagnosed and fixed the correct problem, but he was also wonderful with my elderly mother, as well as the elderly couple in the unit below them.     Pipeworks replaced my water heater 5 years and 10 months ago. I called them this morning at 8am to report that the water heater had stopped functioning. They sent a tech out by lunch. The tech figured out the problem (it was a frayed wire inside the unit, so manufacturing problem that just took a while to surface) and because he smelled a hint of gas he took the time to find and fix an unrelated gas leak. And when I asked what it would all cost, he informed me that it was all covered under warranty... almost 6 years later. I had no idea, Id assumed the warranty was over, so they easily could have billed me for it, but they didnt. Integrity and skill at their job... its a great combination.

    Curtis was very professional and did outstanding work. He replaced our kitchen faucet and installed a replacement garbage disposal system. He replaced the turnoff valve that leaked unless kept off to the back of the house outside. We now are able to use our faucet in the rear of our home. We considered putting in a utility sink in the basement, but due to the original main plumbing line with closeout and a curved piece immediately above it so that the big pipe could run up along the basement wall there was no way to install a proper drain for the sink. We would have had to bust concrete, so that wasnt worth it just to install the utility sink.Curtis helped us figure things out every step of the way and did quality work at a fair price. I consider the work to be great value for the money.

    This company is ridiculous in all the best ways. I contacted several companies to do a complete repiping job. Pipeworks wasnt the cheapest but they werent the most expensive either.     I was in a pinch for plumbing service, upon calling Pipweworks immediately put my fears to rest! They were very knowledgeable and assured me that they would have someone out the next morning. The plumber Tony showed up first thing next morning. He assessed the problem explained everything to me and gave me a cost estimate which he went over with me. Tonys work was absolutely perfection! He moved about professionally was very courteous, of the fact that I was also working from home. Tony repaired my bathroom and utility sinks that had been broken for almost 10 years. It now works like new! He repaired a leaky toilet and changed my main shut off water valve. He also alerted me to an issue with my other bathroom sink and a problem brewing with that sink. He repaired the pipe and replaced the faucet on that sink too. Tony was the best, hes very experienced, hes a plumbing Wiz! Pipeworks is my plumbing company for life. I highly recommend their services!

From the first call I knew I wanted to work with them.First Tony came out to give us an estimate and he was pleasant and listened all our options for routing a gas line into our kitchen.     Pipeworks has a yearly service where they come out in the fall to service your heater, and in spring for the AC. Its not too expensive and then any house calls are free, and their repair rates are very reasonable.     I had Temperature PRO come by to do a check-up of our heating system before the winter and they did an extremely thorough job performing the checks.I have had another company perform a check-up in the past and they came and took some quick looks in the unit and were in and out in 15-20 minutes, but Temperature PRO came by and did a really complete job looking in the furnace and heat pump that took at least an hour. They took off all the panels and used a variety of multi-meters and tools to check the electrical connections, clean out the entire unit, and check pressures using some tools they brought. The service technician (Nelson) was really great at walking me through the entire process and what they were looking for, along with tips and personal experiences.They actually identified some major issues with my heat pump that the other companies on their checks missed. I felt really confident that i had found the right people so I had them actually come out and replace the furnace and heat pump for the house. They were also running a promotion for free hot water heater replacement and installation if i was replacing both the furnace and the heat pump too (lucky me because this was something i had wanted done anyways). They walked me through my options and didnt pressure me on any of the installation options which i appreciated. Once i selected my options they were able to come in the next day to install the furnace, heat pump, and hot water heater. These guys did a really great job! I was extremely impressed with their work (took a full day to do all the work - which was a lot of work!). The work was clean, they didnt cut any corners, and were very professional and helpful through the whole installation.I would recommend Temperature PRO for any kind of heating\plumbing needs. They were able to provide GREAT service and were very helpful and friendly to work with. The prices were reasonable and i will absolutely be calling them again in the future for any other maintenance, check-ups, or fixes that i need. I highly recommend Temperature PRO. After the evaluation, they told us they could not do the large repair we needed and referred us to another pulling company so we wouldnt essentially have to pay twice!     I put out a call for plumber through Angie’s List and Terry responded within minutes and I called right away. They were great. Had an appt set up at OUR earliest convenience!     The compressor on my AC Unit failed last week when the temperature was supposed to be in the mid nineties. I called my original installer and they came out to look at the unit and then quoted me a ridiculous number for a system I did not want.     Nelson came by this morning to do a furnace inspection. He was arrived right on schedule and I even got a text alert that he was on his way prior to his arrival. He was courteous and very thorough with the inspection on our older home we purchased. Nelson identified an issue that needed to be addressed with a part on the furnace and probably would not have been found had he not been so diligent. We highly recommend the company and will use them again.ETA multiple services performed recently with HVAC and a plumbing issue by what is now Pipeworks.     TemperaturePro was great from start to finish. I recently purchased a Nest thermostat and temperature sensors. I called a few businesses to ask about installation. TemperaturePro was the most professional and responsive. They were willing to come out for a free estimate where several of the other companies wanted to charge a service just to come out. Nelson showed up in the time window prescribed and was extremely friendly. He assessed the situation and promptly gave me an estimate. Nelson advised me that we may need to place an extra hole in the wall for wiring but worked hard to avoid doing so (which he successfully did). After wiring, Nelson stayed to help me set up the Nest and sensors. He even walked me through the layout of my HVAC system. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and amiable service.     We couldnt ask for better service from an HVAC/Plumbing team. They take the time to diagnose issues prior to cutting, drilling, or removing. We had what we thought was a pipe leak which we thought would need to cut the floor, the ceiling or the wall and they determined the toilet gasket was cracked causing a leak for years unnoticed. He quoted me multiple options but was very honest on what he was doing showing me each step as he completed the work.They also offered us a free comfort audit (I inquired to what they did) and found that our system wasnt cycling properly and we realized the prior service (last year) installed an incorrect capacitor which was causing the AC unit to overheat and recycle. They installed the correct capacitor and only charged us for materials. Their annual maintenance is reasonable and the employees were very knowledgeable and personable.We will be absolutely be using TemperaturePro for any plumbing or HVAC needs in the future!Thanks!

They sent a technician, Edwin Climaco and he diagnosed the problem. After explaining the procedure we had him correct the problem. He was very professional and courteous and spent time explaining the solution. Plus cost was reasonable and we will use TemperaturePro in the future.

    Jason came out to our home to diagnose a problem that had perplexed other plumbers, in that they did work that didnt fix our problem. Jason determined the problem after talking with us and running water in our tub and sink, and seeing the effect in the toilet (bubbling). He spent well over an hour, diagnosing the problem, all without charge.Jason gave us an estimate , which we accepted, and tJason, Tony and two others showed up on day and time agreed upon and started. The work was estimated to last two to two and a half days, and was to involve breaking through the concrete in our basement to access the sewer pipes. They accomplished all the work, including hauling away debris, installing new plumbing and valves, and pouring concrete, by the end of the first day. We ended up paying only a portion of what they estimated.Everything works great! We recommend TemperaturePRO and Jason and Tony!

    A problem with the overflow plate in my hallway bathroom resulted in locating a cracked pipe that was slowing leaking water onto my first floor ceiling. Tony came to my home to attempt to remove the broken, rusted screw that previously held the bathtub overflow plate in place. But, the scew was not able to be removed, resulting in more extensive work required to properly install a new overflow plate. Even though this diagnosis resulted in a much more invasive and expensive solution, it turns out that this was actually a good thing. In order to properly install the new plate, Tony needed to cut through the living room ceiling drywall. This is when Tony discovered moisture and mold beginning to develop in the ceiling. Tony noticed some water and mold, and removed the damp pipe. He showed me the crack in the pipe and the mold that was beginning to form and settle on the ceiling drywall. Tony, proactively repaired the cracked pipe which will result in preventing a potential serious mold problem, as well as future significant drywall damage.Tony spent about 5 hours at my home, ensuring that all my plumbing issues were addressed and properly repaired. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Tony ensured that I was aware of all the issues (known and new) and explained in detail, the process for repairing each one. Tony also needed to cut into the drywall in my master bathroom (inside the vanity, so not noticeable), and recommended that instead of repairing the drywall inside the vanity, install an access panel, so that future repairs to the hallway bath will provide immediate and easier access. What a great idea. I sincerely appreciated that tip.It is very clear to me that this company strives to complete all repairs in a very professional manner. Communication was excellent, receiving a phone call when the Tech was on his/her way. And follow up communication on the work that wa completed was immediate. These guys are honorable, polite, professional, and the folks I will do business with for all future plumbing and HVAC needs. Thank you for doing what you promised.

    In the early morning of the day after New Year (2nd of January 2018), we found out that our home had no hot water coming from the taps and it was only cold water. I had to cancel my all plans for the day and began to call companies in the Silver Spring area, who do related mechanical works. One person came and told me that the water heater needs to be replaced and gave a quotation of $ 1300. Another company guy said the same thing and gave a quotation of $ 1750. So we were almost prepared to spend around $ 1500 because we needed to get this done asap. The last person to come was Tony Sperduto from TemperaturPro. Tony calmly inspected everything and assured us that nothing need to be spent and the problem was due to clogging of water pipes with ice due to cold weather. He said to warm the house and keep all hot water taps opened. It will be fine by the end of the day. Actually, after 30 minutes of doing what he suggested, we started to get hot water. We were very happy that we got the problem solved without spending a cent. We are very thankful to TemperaturePro heating & Air conditioning, and Tony Sperduto for your genuine and sincere service.     Pipeworks was a pleasure to work with. We already had a couple of quotes for the replacement of a broken bathtub faucet (with shower diverter. The other companies we contacted wanted to tear out tiles, cut pipes, install new pipes and then replace faucet. The Pipeworks plumber (Johnny) said the additional work was not necessary - there was no leak, the existing pipes were solid; the faucet broke, that was all that needed replacing. He used plumbers putty, replaced the faucet and used clear caulking. Simplest solution, and saved over $200 plus clean-up costs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
