Brandon was very helpful showing me how to unscrew and put back the stopper in the sinks. Also showed me what to order to replace the filters in the faucet. He took his time also looked at the other sink in our guest room and kitchen sink even though the issues and reason for service was for the master bathroom.

I just had another excellent experience with this company which I have used as my exclusive plumber for over 20 years. The entire team is capable -- especially Jonathan, the dispatcher, and Mike, whos probably their most experienced plumber and a great mentor to the less experienced plumbers that are sent out with him. This visit involved an easy kitchen faucet replacement and clearing a slow drain, and Mike and his colleague completed the job quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up nicely, too, which was particularly important because this was a rental property. I cant imagine using any other company for plumbing. Nice work!

Brandon, one of Bryants plummbers, came today to find out why my homes water heater wasnt functioning. Within minutes, he found the issue and repaired it. What I liked about Brandon was that he took the time to answer my questions, explain the problem to me and what he would do to resolve it. After the repair he waited to make sure the water was heating which I appreciated. Thank you, Brandon--and Bryants for having good professional plumbers like him.

Today Mike and Gage from Bryant installed a water softener and whole house filters. It was somewhat complicated as there was no space where the water pipes are so they had to install it in the adjacent utility room. They did a super job, extremely neat as well. Mike is so knowledgeable, a credit to Bryant. I would have given 6 stars of i could!

We had a wonderful experience with our service call from setting the appointment to completion of the job. Appointment was set timely, communication on the day of the appointment was much appreciated and the job was completed faster than we expected.Randy was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed us exactly what was wrong as he completed the job.

Randy is very nice and knowledgeable, felt very comfortable with him explaining everything that he did. I will sure use Bryant Group and Randy again in future. Had John Baynes come by from Bryant Group. He was very professional. Explained all the details to me and also showed me how to identify the issue with the bad cellular PVC from the good PVC that should have been installed coming out of the water heater by the home builders. He was here to identify the issue and fix it if the wrong one was installed. Being on the community HOA board, his help in identifying the issue and how to seek assistance from Bryant Group was very informative. I appreciate his time, dedication and explanation of the problem and how it will be addressed by him if there was a problem. He was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help the community. I will definitely use Bryant Group for any future plumbing, water heater, HVAC and Fire Protection needs. We needed multiple visits to get a loud whistling noise removed every time the water is turned on. Finally when Mike came out i got the feeling the noise won’t be coming back. Time will tell. Mike was professional and kind. Luckily my home still has warranty through Pulte.

Brandon was recently at our home. Very knowledgeable and very professional with his work! I was so pleased with how he conducted himself, I will be requesting him for future service calls! 100% satisfaction is what we have experienced with this company! I hope anyone that uses them is as happy as we are more importantly to any new clients! Bryant Group Plumbing overall service and experience today (8/17/23) was truly outstanding. There were 2 plumbing service technicians Mike and Brandon. Initially the customer service team provided a time window when they would arrive and the plumbing service team subsequently called with a 30 minute ETA before their timely arrival.These 2 men were extremely professional, polite, neat and thorough in doing their job. They upgraded, replaced and tested the main home water valve.Kudos to Bryant Group Plumbing and special recognition to Mike and Brandon for their professional, quality work and outstanding customer service.
