    We had the pleasure of working with Bruno L who helped us with a leaky AC unit. He was punctual and arrived earlier in our scheduled time window. From the start, he was very professional and polite. He was very efficient with diagnosing the issue and thoroughly explained the repair options and associated pricing. We appreciated his patience while we asked our questions in which he answered in plain language to not confuse us. This is our first time using GAC services but because of Brunos exceptional customer service, we look forward to using GAC services in the future.     The price for signing up with their service was exactly what I expected and budgeted. Dwayne came to service my units and was beyond exceptional. Friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly identified my issue and resolved it promptly. My experience with the company was very good. But Dwayne was outstanding!

    Geovanni did an excellent job explaining repairing our 30-year old humidifier vs. a new one. He pointed out the pros and cons of keeping the old one. We had him install a new humidifier and when he was finished, The area was spotless. He didn’t rush through the install, but he was efficient with great attention to detail. I highly him as he is very knowledgeable and honest with customers. GAC is very lucky to have him. We were very lucky to have called GAC as our humidifier was leaking and we were pretty sure that it needed to be replaced.

    GAC was very responsive! When our AC unit fan stopped working, John came out to diagnose the problem. He was beyond knowledgeable and he didn’t try to oversell or charge us. He gave reasonable recommendations to get the initial up and running. He sent Joel to work on the unit. Joel is a humble, knowledgeable, friendly man. A few days later, we had Joel come to replace the motor. And, we worked with Richard to apply discounts and talk through our quote. The whole team at GAV is like the dream team. From start to finish, we are pleased with the people and the process!

    Luis Ruiz with GAC Air and Heating system did a terrific job for us. He is very knowledgeable, nice, respectful and punctual. He explains the problem he finds with the system very well. He even draws pictures to make the technical issues easier to understand. He brought some colleagues with different expertise, as needed to fix the problem.Luis and his colleagues worked hard and their charge seemed quite reasonable to me.We got GAC membership for twice a yearsystem check and maintenance.

    I reached out to GAC Electric to have Ethernet drops installed in my house (one upstairs and one on the ground level) and they got back to me within a day. They sent Chris over for a quote who was very detailed in explaining the various approaches I had to choose from, and who put together a quote that met all my requirements at a good price.I ended up going with GAC and Chris and his assistant (sorry I forgot your name) did a great job installing everything and I am very happy with the work!Overall I would say that you should definitely reach out to GAC Electric for networking work (they do seem to waive the quote fee if you end up going with them, so keep that in mind as youre gathering quotes).

    These guys are AWESOME!! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed three boob lights changed along with some electrical help in my kitchen and Chris was efficient and quick. He was also very sweet to my dog who wanted to follow him around the house as he worked. Total job took about 2 hours and was well worth it. I definitely recommend GAC Services.

    We had a new hot water heater installed today with Richard Webb. As always, the best professional service! We used GAC for a new HVAC a few years ago. I didn’t realize GAC also did plumbing, and their service exceeded expectations. You can’t beat the honesty and hospitality of the workers. Prices are fair, but most of all, the quality and professionalism puts them above the competition!

    Recently our AC quit working and unfortunately we ended up needing a completely new system. GAC services made the process smooth and as low stress as possible! Phil, our comfort advisor, was fantastic. He took his time to figure out our needs and gave us great suggestions within our budget. The financing options available through the company were great as well. Wilbur and Sam showed up promptly at 8 AM on install day and did a fantastic job. Everything was cleaned up and tidy, and they even finished the job a bit earlier than anticipated. Unexpected home repairs are never fun, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use GAC services again should the need arise!

    Richard did a great job spearheading this, we had just come back from vacation to find our water heater letting go, Richard replaced it in a day, in just a few hours. Everything is professionally done, the workplace was left immaculate and Richard and Phillip were able to deal with all of the access issues to our home. Richard gave us a lot of good information about future maintenance. So glad we called GAC.

    We just worked with GAC to get a new heat pump installed in our home and found them to be top notch from the initial sales discussion with Matt to the superb installation completed by Blake and team. Matt explained things well and was very patient with my questions. He was also polite and professional. He responded quickly to my follow up questions via email which helped us sort through our options and get the system and features we wanted. We met with four companies before selecting GAC. Their proposal was in the middle of the range of estimates, but it was by far the most straightforward and easy to understand system plan which gave us confidence to go forward with them.Blake and his installation team arrived exactly when they said they would, explained what would happen with the installation, and seemed to install the system very well and without taking shortcuts. They also cleaned up the area and removed all the old mechanicals. When they finished (earlier than expected), Blake walked through the whole system, piece by piece, and explained the work they had completed and what we needed to do to maintain the new system. He also provided a comprehensive walk through of how to use the new thermostat. It was clear he and this team know what they are doing.We are really happy with our experience and highly recommend this company.

    Vincent Brown came on a Saturday afternoon for emergency service after our heater went down. Although our system wasnt installed by GAC, Vincent was thorough, methodical, and keenly knowledgeable enough to get it running again. He was also super friendly and empathetic about our urgent need to get the heat running again. Im feel extremely grateful that dispatch sent him our way.

    Bruno, thanks for allowing my son to accompany you as you serviced my heat pump. Immediately after you left the house, he turned to me and said: If they ask for an evaluation, give him Five Stars. My son is an engineer who evaluates new designs for components for nuclear reactors, making sure they comply with the strict Nuclear Regulatory Commission standards and approving them for construction. Then he leads a team of technicians to build the parts. GETTING AN EMPHATIC FIVE STARS FROM HIM IS SIGNIFICANT!

    We used GAC Services for our annual Heating & Cooling inspection for the first time. Sean Vieweg performed the service. We were truly impressed. The inspection was the most thorough weve ever had. Sean was timely, professional, and handled the inspection efficiently. He identified some issues, presented options that were sensible and cost effective, and made the necessary repairs. We could not be more pleased with this experience and definitely will continue with GAC Services in the future.

He explained in detail what further work was needed to resolve our issue and provided an estimate for that work. He was very experienced and professional during the entire service call.     From start to finish they were very professional. Initially Brandon came out and diagnosed the problem. He made some suggestions and was very knowledgeable and professional. His suggestions led to me setting up a consultation which was done by Justin. Justin was extremely personable and professional as well. My furnace installation was done by Wilbur and Oscar. They were efficient, thorough and professional. They even multitasked working as we laughed and joked around. I would recommend this team to anyone. Very great representation of the company.

    GAC is very responsive and their tech Sean was experienced and figured out the issue with our heating unit. Sean explained what he found wrong and was able to replace the part and get us up and running. Would be a 5 star review if GAC would handle their pricing with more visibility. They will not break down their bill based on parts and labor…they just give you a price for the repairs and you take it or leave it. This pricing policy makes me feel like they are hiding the true cost to repair. I will probably use GAC again but next time will get a second estimate to compare costs.

    Very satisfied with the technician’s visit to fix/replace a gas line. Samuel Durrett was courteous, clear, and explained fees fully. The only issue we had - and think this might be a GAC system issue - is that we didn’t get notified about the time frame he would arrive in advance.

    Our experience with GAC with awesome. We signed a contract for a new HVAC system with Jennifer on a Thursday and it was installed the following Wednesday. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to all of our questions/concerns. We were told they’d be here for installation between 8-9a and 5 trucks and 5 technicians showed up at 8a. They worked all day, cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain the different thermostats that were installed. Prior to going with GAC, we did a great deal of research on different local vendors and manufacturers. We are extremely happy and satisfied with how this entire transaction and experience went. We would very highly recommend GAC!

    What an amazing experience I had with GAC. I had to get a new system installed (gulp!) but GAC sure made the process seamless.     The technician Javian Wainwright that came from GAC Services was excellent and arrived on time then he managed to get the units all communicating properly. Now my thermostat is working correctly after he analyzed the heat pump and the outside units to operate in a synchronized manner to the Thermostat unit.

    Louis from GAC came to check my hot water heater that was leaking. He saw that I needed a new unit and It was delivered the next day. Louis and his partner worked hard to bring the unit in and discard the old. The job was done very professionally and with much care.     Our furnace stopped working during a renovation, and the technician sent out by the contractors spent a hour here and claimed the furnace was dead. We called GAC, and they sent out Francius, who immediately found a miswiring in the thermostat, fixed it, and got our heat back on in minutes. He also identified three issues with our furnace and answered our questions about them with the details we needed to make an informed decision about repair or replacement. He was personable, professional, skilled, and well-informed, and that convinced us to continue working with GAC.

    Our experience with GAC with awesome. We have our heat pump on upper floor replaced last summer with GAC, and this time is the AC and furnace at first floor.We signed a contract with Steve, a very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive representative, roughly a week ago and it is installed today. Wilber, Sam and Kevin arrived a little bit after 8AM as we were told. They worked the whole day professionally, installed the furnace, AC outdoor and indoor unit, replaced the thermostats. They explained to us the whole system, operation and maintenance, and cleaned after themselves.We are extremely happy and satisfied with this entire transaction and experience. We would very highly recommend GAC!

    I had a great experience working with Francius from GAC Services. I was looking for a Bryant factory authorized maintenance dealer to inspect my AC unit. Francius came to my home on time, inspected the AC unit and was completely prepared with detailed pricing and reasonable recommendations. Not only was he patience but he took the time to explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions, and I had plenty of questions. He was professional and polite. Francius extremely focus on every aspect of the job, and left the workspace clean and orderly. I would use GAC Services again.

    Mr. Thomas was very informative in identifying each step he performed and the results he found. My system is in need of a thorough cleaning and he stressed how important it is to have it done. He took pictures of the inside and provided them to me. This information was provided to me by my last technician (Joel). Mr. Thomas also fixed the covering over the wiring outside. I was very pleased with Mr.Thomas professionalism and how thorough he was in completing the service.

    One of my units went out on a hot day and my then current provider couldnt even get out to see us to evaluate the problem for 3 days. I called GAC late afternoon the next day and they were out at 8:00 a.m. the following morning. Javian was possibly the most thorough and professional service technician Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with, tested everything and diagnosed the issue, walked me through every step he took and how he got to that conclusion, Ordered the new part, which was under my manufacturers original warranty, was back the next morning with the new compressor. He me up and running again by the afternoon and also gave me some good pointers on maintenance no one had ever taken the time to do before. Needless to say I switched providers-great experience working with GAC when I needed them.

    I had major repairs and rework needed to include laying out new ductwork and adding a new zone to resolve long standing issues with my old AC. It was a big and complex job. The entire team from the start with Steve and then Brian Moss to design the best path forward and then - Brian Reyes, James Hughes, Blake Compton, Johnny Guevara, and Lee Domer showed up in force. They were awesome. They even paid attention to how they parked - I found out you can fit at least 6 GAC trucks in my driveway. It is now like I have a new house.

    GAC Services did an incredible job with my full demo and HVAC installation project. I had an entirely new system put in and replaced my condenser outside and the air handler inside. They prefabricated the tie-in to my existing duct system and taped up and sealed off all the joints. They were very clean and considerate while removing the demolished pieces and brining in the new equipment. The estimator, Matthew Adcock, and the installation team with Oscar Ortega were consummate professionals and were happy to explain the process and any changes or options. Matthew genuinely did his best to find me the best option within my price range and I’m satisfied with the install from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. My family is very happy with the results.

    Fantastic service today. Had sewer pipe backup and overflow into basement. Called and they had Richard out in 45 minutes to snake the main sewer line. They also managed to get another person with a camera out to identify the problem soon afterwards. Very, very pleased with the responsiveness and capability of everyone involved.

    Ermias Gebreyes was fantastic today! This was my first time using GAC. Gave 30min notice to showing up. I had an issue with my HVAC that wasnt super clear what was going on. He did a thorough eval of my system. He took pictures and thoroughly explained everything he found - what he should find and what was a problem. I ended up purchasing a year membership and needing to get a new part installed which he did in the same visit. He was done in about 1.5hrs total. Ermias was very kind and thorough. Our tech John Bennett, came out to look at the problem and was able to narrow it down to vibration from the cabinet. Goodness was there was nothing wrong. While he had the cover off he continued to check the system and discovered the start capacitor was weak and went ahead and replaced it before we had another issue needing assistance. GAC has provided us a service we can rely on.

To be sure, he was very thorough and took measurements to validate the low pressure error message was a false reading caused by ice and not actual pressure.The root cause was my mistake in not switching the humidifier over to summer mode. He was very nice in how he informed me of it and showed me the fix.The only downside was the price quoted when I scheduled the service was only the price to roll the truck, not for any actual service. The total was still within my expected range before calling, but it left me feeling that dispatch was lowballing me.

    Brandon at GAC has done and will do a great job. We were having a tankless water heater installed in a condo we own and rent. The first tankless system didnt work right out of the box. Unfortunately, this was a Friday and work wouldnt resume until Monday. On Monday Brandon arrived to prep the space for the new tankless system while someone else at GAC was going to deliver the necessary parts. The parts werent available. I cant have our tenant without hot water. Luckily Brandon was thinking ahead and brought a traditional water heater to install as a back up plan.But we do want a tankless system in the condo. Saves energy and water. Its what we ordered, its what we want. Brandon called his boss. We came to the agreement that GAC will leave the tank system in place so our tenant has hot water and is ordering a new - and different brand on Brandons recommendation - tankless system. Which they will install once everything is in.Its frustrating that its taking this long to get everything taken care of to the specifications we want. But Brandons forethought allowed out tenant to have hot water. Many Kudos there.Plus GAC is working with us to get us the system want and will make sure its all running like its suppose to. While this is taking longer than anyone wanted, its being handled professionally and carefully.Weve been using GAC for our home and rental condo for years and will continue to do so as long as they have top notch employees like Brandon.

    Had GAC came out to replace a failed water heater. Technician Richard Webb went the extra mile to get the replacement information and get the install ready for a unplanned same day replacement. They were flexible to do it the day I called (yesterday) , on time and finished the replacement leaving the basement location cleaner than when they found it. Lastly I recommend giving GAC Services a call for your HVAC needs havent been disappointed with timeliness and thoroughness of this local company.

    Brandon was very helpful in identifying the source of the leak in my kitchen sink. A leak that had many possible sources, but found it. Recommended several options to remedy it. Quickly responded to questions about options to repair/replace a faucet and other potential rusted pipes and seals.     Despite some sticker shock (not having purchased an AC unit in 20 years!) we were very happy with GAC. I called on a Monday for repair in the middle of a heat wave and a tech came out the next day, providing us with options and cost estimate. The next day a sales rep came out, to provide new purchase options and cost estimates. We quickly made a decision and the day after that our installer Wilber did the work putting in our new AC unit with professionalism and courtesy. He and his assistant Sam were efficient from start to finish and by the end of day 3, we had AC again in the middle of a heat wave! Highly recommend.

    Highly recommend doing their priority program, as benefits include being higher on the list for emergency service. This was very useful when our AC had problems during this heat wave!Steven came out this morning, quickly diagnosed and took care of two issues.Additionally, he gave us no-pressure estimates on duct cleaning (its been 10 years, so its time) and a possible surge protector installation (no thanks).Weve been very pleased with GACs service and with the technicians theyve sent over.     My breaker to the AC kept tripping a few days ago and took a chance on GAC and I’m so glad I did.They sent Bruce Moore, their electrician, out promptly and he got the breaker switched out, the AC back on AND serviced my GENERAC. I paid dang near nothing for everything, GACs prices are awesome. I’m very happy with the service and signed up for their whole home membership as well as the generac membership which will hopefully help me keep my older home more up to date/code and in tip top shape.Bruce was extremely professional and very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all the questions I had.I wish I could give Bruce and GAC 10 stars.     GAC has been top notch since I first called them. I called with a problem on Monday, a technician came Tuesday, we settled on what system to get on Wednesday, and today Monday, a week after the first call, we have a new air conditioner and furnace. All the people who came to our house were first rate, knowledgable and trustworthy - and efficient.
