I called in the middle of the night for an emergency service and although they couldn’t come right away, Christopher made sure someone was at my door first thing in the morning at 8. They diagnosed our shower issue in minutes and everything was resolved.I was very pleased and will be using them again!

We had a kitchen sink clog and we tried to unclog it with draino and it would not open it up. We contacted Gaithersburg Plumbing Pros and Christopher was able to dispatch his technician, Nolberto out to our home within 2 hours. He was able to unclog it with no issues and was professional and courteous and cleaned up his working space nicely.

Gaithersburg Plumbing Pros are great. I call them because they were referred by my neighbor. My sink wouldnt drain. I tried everything didnt work. I was using a shop vac to empty it. I called and within the hour Rockey was at my door. He had my pipes flowing again in no time!! Very professional, friendly and reliable! Ill use them again?

I was contacted right away and my job was scheduled in a timely manner. The plumber arrived at my home and was professional, courteous, , and efficient. He explained to me where the leak in my toilet was coming from, what he would need to do to fix it, and an estimate of how long it would take. He completed the job in less than anticipated time and left my bathroom looking better than when he arrived. He left having me assured that if the leak continued, to contact him and he would come back to address. However, he did thorough and complete work and I have had no issues! The staff was very courteous and professional. I experienced a problem with my bathroom shower faucet. When I called to book the appointment the receptionist was very friendly and upfront about the estimated fees. He was also very accommodating regarding my schedule. Emergency situation as water leak in basement noticed Friday evening. Called GPP and Christopher answered. I was told a plumber would be at my house in an hour. We have heard that story before. Sure enough, Berto of GPP was at my house in an hour. As the basement is finished it was a hidden leak. Berto was very skillful and found the leak. Repair was done in a professional manner. I had turned the water off in my house and if GPP had not arrived we would have had to pack and check into a hotel.I would like to thank Christopher and Berto from GPP for the great service.

When it became clear that fixing our issue would take longer than expected, he stayed late into the evening and went out of his way to come back early on a Saturday to ensure we werent without water and everything was buttoned up.
