I had a water line leak that required a complete replacement. Reached out to many plumbing companies whose quotes were outrageous to say the least in retrospect. Gaithersburg Plumbing had done some work on my house about 20 years ago and I called them again. Ron Smith came out and gave a very reasonable estimate and they were able to schedule the repair work fairly quickly. There was no overselling of other services and no pressure with jargon that the others used. Very punctual and good communication. Gary & Zach came out and the job was done cleanly and very efficiently. Cant thank them enough for the great and timely service. I will recommend this company strongly for anyone looking to get plumbing work done.

Gaithersburg Plumbing did a fantastic job for me to repair a water main break and pulling a new line to the house. From estimating through final completion they explained everything, kept me informed, were punctual and completed the work quicker than anticipated. And, they were almost half the price of the other two bids. They came highly recommended to me by two other plumbers who dont do this type of work and I can see why. If I have future plumbing needs, theyll get the call.

I had plumbing service from Gaithersburg Plumbing INC many times. The plumbers did wonderful job!!! they diagnosed exactly and repaired perfectly! They also provide professional report about the problems and the repairs which is very important to protect yourself from any disputes such as water problems or property damages.The master plumber whos name is EDGAR did great work when I had a severer water problem last month. Hi is absolutely qualified and experienced. The owner of the company support customers in a great way.I am glad to had service from Gaithersburg Plumbing and highly recommend home owners to know their wonderful service!

Great experience! Im not sure why they have negative reviews, but my experience was fantastic! This company was a provider under my AHS home warranty plan. I had a buster water heater. They came out in a timely manner, were courteous, and professional. Ron and Dunalt were excellent, and the installation was flawless.Everything was exactly as they said it would be.I would definitely use them again.

I would give Gaithersburg Plumbing more than 5 stars if possible. Had my main water pipe replaced and the service was absolutely perfect. So was the customer service. Their cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend them.

The team at Gaithersburg Plumbing , Tracy, Amanda and Michael were awesome ! My water heater went out and they worked with me to get a new one installed the same day !! Absolutely amazing service and highly recommend them !! The technicians Jason and Logan did great, very professional, cleaned up as they worked ! I am very satisfied!!

Wow! Gaithersburg Plumbing is amazing! Our regular plumber recommended Gaithersburg Plumbing when the pipe burst at our rental property. He told us that Gaithersburg Plumbing was top notch and he would only recommend them for this kind of work--digging and repairing/replacing the pipe underground.Ron at Gaithersburg Plumbing was so very accommodating. He had a few jobs ahead of ours but fit us in and sent his crew early in the morning so he could fit everyone into his schedule. He even came the evening before and started the job early so that he could make it all work into his tight schedule.Mike, also with Gaithersburg Plumbing and Ron took extra care by taking photos and documenting this since we live away from the property. They also called the utility companies before digging and are seeding the area that was dug up. In addition to all of this, they came out to put a de-icer down so that no one would slip on the ice that resulted from the broken pipe.We drove by the property last night (we were in the area) to check on things and the area was so neat and tidy even though it was dug up! This is a top-notch group. They are going the extra mile and we appreciate that so much. If you ever need plumbing of this magnitude, I would highly recommend this group. They may do smaller jobs as well, I just dont know but it doesnt hurt to give them a call! Tell them I sent you! They are awesome!

I cannot thank Gaithersburg Plumbing enough especially Amanda that made it possible for the technician to come out the same day. I happened to stay home that day and I would have not been able to take off the next day or after. All I heard Amanda say with her kind voice was that no promises but she will try her best, and she did. To top it off the technician Max was kind, polite and professional.

Dont understand the negative vibes. There was one person I had problem with last year but I just asked that he not come back. All others have been excellent. Just had water heater installed and he was excellent even cleaned up. The office staff are humorous while being very professional.
