Replacement of 4 toilets, shutoff valve, water supply line and repair of a flange. Took 2 days and for a total of 7 hours. This company is very responsive with calls but seems to be overbooked as the technician (Jake) had to leave in the middle of the work to another site. The technician was on time and called prior to driving to site which was great. The toilet work looks great, but there is no information regarding labor warranty and I have not received a response in regards to it. Their per hour rates are competitive but may have been cheaper to find a company that has per-job rates for work that requires multiple hours. The company was willing to provide a breakdown of the hours worked when I requested them due to a discrepancy with the hours balancing.

Excellent experience with TitleTown Plumbing, I called on Christmas Eve for an emergency and they were able to come same day without an issue to fix my pipe leak and help me having water. I would highly recommend that this company is the best plumbing company in all of Gainesville, FL! There is no one else to call when you need plumbing repairs (both residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs). Rocky is a great guy, as well. He is very reliable and trustworthy.

We have used Titletown Plumbing many times and they have always been great. Finding plumbers that show up on time, do the job right, and clean up any mess is hard nowadays. Titletown is who I would recommend you call for your next plumbing job!

Rocky and team defined professionalism. I was in a bind about getting my house re-plumbed before closing and when Rocky mentioned he might not have time and suggested a competitor, it was a done deal. I would have postponed the closing while waiting for Titletown to complete the job. Instead, they knocked it out on time. They communicated throughout the job, had a great repair crew and charged me exactly what he said he would. No nickel and diming.

It is great to see that a company will treat you like family. We had a water leak that could have been shut down from our washer and fixed on a Monday. But, they stayed and worked in the dark on a Friday.Friendly and caring employees and owners.

The job before me took a couple hours more than expected, but they kept me in the know with updates and still came out after 5pm to work me in the day.
