    I am beyond grateful for Lane and his team. We had a septic issue and needed a completely new field line. After two outrageous quotes and feeling taken advantage of by a couple of name brand companies, I was referred to Lane. So glad I held out for his workmanship, honesty and attention to detail.Why I had to do this: I had a driveway installed a couple years ago and the concrete fellas accidentally dug into my field line. Two years later it compromised the entire system. Lane regraded my front yard after installing the new line and pump and also put down Bermuda seed to give me my grass back in the spring. His efforts were very professional and he didn’t cut any corners, also taking care of the two inspections from the county which included a soil test where the old line was.I didn’t have to be on site for anything and felt very comfortable with letting him do his thing.I appreciate y’all for your hard work and attention to detail.

    These people are AMAZING! They did everything so fast and worked with us on a timeline to ensure everything was done by when we needed it to be! Everything they did looked beautiful and they communicated every little change they were having to make! They cleaned up as they went without even being asked and made sure we had an amazing experience with them, while also having very reasonable pricing!     Josh and John were professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. I was especially impressed that they didn’t charge me for a minor plumbing fix—something you don’t often see, especially coming from Florida. They also took the time to answer all my plumbing questions about our new home in Toccoa. From now on, they’ll be our go-to plumbers.

    These guys are just awesome! Scheduled an appointment for the morning after I called, got a nice heads up call and arrived promptly at the time they gave me. Great service on a small job. I asked them to go under house and check my 2 year old total rebuild, was concerned about the work my former contractor did. They found some things that were not exactly right. Totally trust that will make it right! Thank you John and Ian! Coincidentally my mom called Gainesville Plumbing today, I found a leaking sink in her laundry room, Brandon came & fixed it.     These guys have been great to work with. Lane did my basement remodel install. I had a few small warranty issues afterwards and they sent Mason to help me out. All items resolved and their communication has been amazing.

    Lane and his employees were professional, and good to work with. I called about running a new water line for my house they did a great job on the new service. The only problem we had was the trencher they was using hit the electrical wire going to my wife’s decorative light next to the side walk and they did not know they hit it until my wife tried to turn the light on that night I called lane the next door and told him what was going on and he had someone out the following day to have the problem fixed great people to work with would recommend and use them again.

    Lane and Brandon were both responsive, professional, and good to work with. I called about low water pressure and Brandon came out right away; I had anticipated having to completely replace the pressure valve on the supply line, but Brandon took the time to evaluate the situation and discovered that adjustment to the existing valve was all that was needed. I greatly appreciated that he didnt blindly start replacing things and made sure that things were minimally disrupted - it was the best repair experience I could have asked for!

    Can’t say enough good things about this Company.Had a lack of hot water issue late yesterday, and assumed that I had an element gone bad.So first thing this morning I reached out to Lane at Gainesville Plumbing and was very pleasantly surprised to hear that Dalton would be here in an hour or so.Dalton quickly checked both heating elements on the water heater and they were good.Moments later he diagnosed the issue as the recirculating pump on the water heater had stopped working and that a check valve was never installed by the original plumber allowing cold water back into the lines.NOW less than 4 hours after my initial call to Gainesville Plumbing the recirculating pump has been replaced and I have more “HOT” Water than we have had since moving in in January.Thanks to Lane for the quick response and a Big Thank You to Dalton for such a quick and professional repair.

    These guys are the real deal! After another company falsely claimed my plumbing issues were due to a failing septic tank and told me there was no fix, Lane came out, identified the real problem, and John and Ian had it all fixed within 24 hours.     I called this company for a drain clog in my house that was inhibiting my family’s ability to do dishes and laundry. The very nice lady at the office was kind and helpful in scheduling an appointment.Dalton and Ian came to unclog my drain. They arrived first thing in the morning with a positive “can-do” attitude. It was quite the quagmire trying to find exactly where the clog was but through diligent, hard work, these two were able to get it done. The guys were also very respectful of my house and property.     John and Ian came out to investigate a leak in my attic which I thought was a burst pipe. It turns out that the problem was a leaky roof. Since the attic is hard to navigate with all of the HVAC Ducts, they took pictures for me so that I can explain the problem to the roofer. They spent 30 to 40 minutes here and did not even charge me.
