    We had a leaky garbage disposal which had to be replaced. We also didnt have very hot water in our two showers. Luckily, the tech had new cartridges on the truck and he replaced both. We are very happy that they were able to come today and completed all three jobs for a reasonable price. We would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Polite, professional, clean and knowledgeable.

    JW Freeman Plumbing is wonderful! This is about the fourth time I have used them within the year and every person who comes is friendly, knowledgeable, and very neat with their work. Today they installed two new bathroom, faucets, and one kitchen faucet. They also checked an outside faucet and stopped the leaking around the hose connection. They left things better than they found them. I am so happy and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber.

    Wow! I had planned to do the work myself, but was afraid I would break something and then have a real problem on my hands. So I arranged for an appointment with J.W. Freeman. Peter arrived right on time and knew exactly what he was doing to change out the faucets and water cutoffs under the sinks in our master bath. We had purchased the replacement parts beforehand, so all he had to do was the install. Very happy with the result, saved me a lot of time, and the cost was well worth the peace of mind not having to risk making a mistake myself.

    After years of hit or miss experiences with plumbing companies in Gainesville, I’m so glad that decided to call JW Freeman. I needed anew gas water heater and after reading so many great testimonials, I contacted them. Now this was not an emergency situation, heater was just old and needed replacement.Well that was 1 week ago and it’s installed already.     The tech (David) did a superb job fixing the sediment problems with my water supply lines from my well, cleaning out the filters on my kitchen tap and washing machine, and installing a new fill apparatus in the toilet tank. He also suggested a new filter system be installed from my water tank to the house that should eliminate future sediment problems. I am grateful for the service I received.

    JW Freeman (JWF) has been with us on so many projects, from significant remodeling (new nat gas lines, re-routing kitchen plumbing lines, new plumbing piping) to basic things like dropping in a new toilet (which they just did a couple weeks ago). They also did a camera inspection of the lines for the house we bought in 2020 as we were concerned regarding tree roots given all the big trees around our house (thankfully, no issues found). Always professional and they have great people with solid trade craft. Lastly, they have a system which they announce prior to their arrival with a photo of the technician coming to the house, my spouse really feels good about this service. We just call JWF whenever we have a problem that needs to be solved.

    They are the most honest and reliable plumbing company Ive ever known. We had bubbling and gargling in our toilets and hurricane Debby made it worse that we couldnt use toilets at all. The water didnt go down. The day after hurricane these guys made an effort and came to our house within a few hours after our phone call. They checked everything and told my husband there is no plumbing issues (they checked vent, used camera...), the problem is with septic tank pump. Despite the time they spent, they didnt charge us a penny. I am forever greatful! Their honesty, integrity and professionalism is extraordinary!I recommend them more than hundred percent 💯.

    Freeman plumbing did a great job cleaning my drain lines from blockages. They were on my roof for over an hour sending the cleaning cables and camera down and knocking all the rust and the grease down and opening them back up. Workmen were professional and polite. Also, they don’t try to waste your money. Repairs that were recommended to me by my home inspector, they said were unnecessary. Highly recommend Freeman.

    After getting multiple quotes for a whole house repipe, JW Freeman was not only the best price, but also the most professional. Last week Brent, Joel and Micah came out and did the complete repipe. They were kind (I had a million kids over for a couple hours and my very excited pup) and timely. They were incredibly conscientious of keeping my water running as much as possible throughout the entire process, which I certainly appreciated since it took 4 days. There were minimal holes in the drywall which I can easily patch up since they took great care to label each one and only one hole is even in a conspicuous spot, the rest are in closets! Fingers crossed I won’t be needing a plumber anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to call!

    Freeman Plumbing is the only plumber I call now, after living in Gainesville for 38 years, and having called on many of the local plumbing companies over the years before I hit on the very best, most honest, most reliable and best value plumbing company. They respect their customers time, and give you an accurate, reasonable and reliable window when you call for their assistance. They get the job done as efficiently as possible. This company has saved me several thousand dollars as I got a couple of estimates for problems/work that needed to be done, and they fixed the problem so much faster than the other company. Now I just called them and dont bother to get another companys opinion as it will just slow things down. And when you need a plumber, in general, you dont want things slowed down anymore than they are already are!! Freeman is an excellent local company, and I have recommended them too many other people over the last few years.

    During the initial inspection, the J.W. Freeman employee spent a solid 30 minutes with us hashing out all the fine details that the work would entail. Then we had a couple other companies come in, but they stayed for no more than 5 minutes - the choice was obvious even if the price was a little bit more. The person who came to do the free audit set the bar very high. These technicians did phenomenal work!After realizing that the main supply pipe to the house was already made of PVC, the men on sight agreed to save us more than $500 since they didnt need to replace that part! You better believe that I will spread their name around town for the excellent work they put into this job.I had to call up the technicians a few months later because I realized a spigot didnt work properly. For no fee whatsoever, the technician came back to us and for completely free of charge fixed the issue without complaints.These guys are friendly, professional, and willing to work through the brutal Florida summer. Kudos to you, gang! Thank you for your hard work.

    I had a great experience with these folks! They re-piped my entire house beautifully, were courteous (cleaned up after themselves each day), responsive, quiet, thorough, and efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly right and to minimize the impact of the re-pipe on our home’s appearance.     Seriously the best. Beyond fair pricing and they wont charge you more than what its worth for a part, if that. Super kind folks with superb response times.     After spending hours of looking for a good plumbing company, I decided to give JW Freeman Plumbing a chance due to the good reviews from the others. I have to agree with everyone that JW Freeman Plumbing has an outstanding customer service. The guy on the phone was super friendly and helpful. When the attitude is right, it makes the business transaction a lot more pleasant. Simon came to my house to fix the leak, and he was SUPER friendly and professional.     These guys are awesome! They had trouble coordinating with the city of Williston but were persistent and didnt give up. They communicated well with me so we could all coordinate a time to get the repair done. My technician, David was really good at explaining and demonstrating the problem. He found my shut off valve so we didnt have to install a new one and saved me lots of money. So grateful to them for their professionalism and hard work.

    I am using JW Freeman for the plumbing portion of a complete bathroom remodel. I feel that the price is fair. Admittedly I did not shop around much because Freeman came highly recommended.The office staff is extremely professional, helpful, responsive and friendly.The plumber that did the work was smart and professional. I felt confident in his work. While he was here he talked to another tradesman and I heard him asking great questions that seemed to have my interest at heart.The job isnt over, and Ill be glad when it is.     There is just no other way to say it. These guys are the absolute best there is. They are professional, courteous, sensitive to the needs of people in plumbing crisis, and very thorough. This is my second time using JW Freeman and I will NEVER use anyone else. Period. If there were ten stars, theyd get ten stars. Here is why: back in December, I dropped a metal snake hose down into my master-bedroom toilet drain, obviously by mistake; I was trying to clean out the drain from the roof. The snake disappeared out of the dispenser and went WAY down the drain. I tried for three days to lasso it -- no luck. Finally surrendered. I called JW Freeman and Im sure sounded pitiful in my message; they called me first thing in the morning, and Rob came out that day with an assistant. The busted the wall open behind the toilet, fished out the snake, and sealed everything right back up. Saved me probably thousands of dollars. Rob would not stop until he had it done and secured. Next, fast forward to today, 04/03/2023 -- we detect water all throughout our vinyl plan flooring. Everywhere. Called last night, left another despondent message. Grayson returned my call first thing in the morning. I called at 8:45, and he picked up; had me an appointment within two minutes for THIS afternoon. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Shawn, who absolutely treated us like his own family. Figured out what we needed to do and referred me to Sleuth Leak Detection. After they find the stuff, Shawn will come back and repair the leak. This is way beyond good service. This is compassion for your fellow person. They know that when people call theyre most likely in a crisis. It can be overwhelming for the homeowner who can feel like the world is collapsing around them. Shawn reassured. He provided perspective. And he proposed a solution.     J.W. Freeman repiped our home and also installed a new water supply line. All their personnel; sales, plumbers, and management, were very professional, polite, and responsive.My husband and I had multiple plumbing companies give us estimates. We chose F.W. Freeman for several reasons, even though their estimate was higher than the other plumbing companies. Their reviews online were the most positive. Their sales person BJ did the a thorough job inspecting our house and explaining the what would be required for the repiping. Also, they had creative ways to do the repiping to minimize drywall damage. There are only a couple of areas in closets which my husband can repair the drywall. Other plumbers were going to do much more extensive and visible drywall damage to cut openings for the new pipes. The plumbers working in our house were very diligent, cleaned up each day when they were done, and answered all our questions. Our repiping was done during Hurricane Ian, so operations were shut down for 1.5 days to prepare and weather the storm. Nonetheless, the job finished on time because J.W. Freeman had additional plumbers, up to 3 per day, came to our home to assist the initial 3 plumbers with the job. I would highly recommend J.W. Freeman for plumbing repairs based on our experience.

    Our shower faucet needed cartridge repair and the first company we called, said we would need to replace the whole faucet and valves. I am glad we didnt buy it and worked with J.W. Freemen Plumbing to figure out the parts and dot he repair. The customer service was super, Joel worked with us for a week to make sure we got the right part and everything was ready for repair call. Our technician, David, was very respectful and professional, did not give up from some issues that came up during the repair and had the job done. I am glad we didnt buy the lies from the first company and found this one. J.W. Freeman just got a customer for life. And the pricing was reasonable.

    John and Ben arrived five minutes earlier than scheduled. They replaced our 29-year-old water heater and corrected a clogged and misaligned trap under a bath sink. They were consummate professionals -- knowledgeable, courteous and fully committed to the jobs. Not once during their 3 1/2-hour service call were they on their phones checking personal texts or browsing the net, nor did they have a device playing music or talk radio. When finished, they explained in lay terms all we needed to know about our new water heater and what they did to fix the toxic p-trap. Weve used Freeman Plumbing since it was just the owner and one truck, and weve recommended them exclusively for more than a decade.
