First Choice Plumbing is amazing. Specifically Robbie! Robbie is hands down the best plumber around. We had a few different plumbers out from other various companies and were left unsatisfied. Our Urinals in our office have had issues flushing and draining for several months now and we also needed a new water line run into the front office so we could hook up a tankless water dispenser. Robbie arrived early and quickly went to work. Thanks to him our Urinals are flushing and draining properly and we have a new tankless water dispenser hooked up in the front office. 10/10 would recommend him. From his promptness, craftsmanship, cleanliness, patience, and knowledge; Robbie is the best in the business.

Had a water heater issue and the tech, Robbie, was very very friendly and helpful. He showed me exactly what was wrong with the heater and told me the options to move forward. I opted to have the heater replaced and he made sure to keep me updated for when the heater came in and got back to me as soon as he could to work on getting it in. Robby was fantastic to work with and I know First Choice lives up to its name because they’ll be the first place I call for any plumbing issues moving forward!

I couldn’t ask for a better experience.Had a water heater go bad and start leaking this week. Contacted two local plumbing businesses for bids and availability. First Choice Plumbing Inc. gave me a fair quote and service within 24 hours. They sent Robbie out to do the replacement. This young man was timely, courteous and extremely professional. I stood and watched just so I could get a better understanding of the process. Robbie was quick to start up a conversation as he worked. He explained to me the what, why’s and how’s of this project. Had everything wrapped up and cleaned up in a little under 2 hours. When he left, the only thing that you could see that he was even there was a brand new Rheem water heater. Great service. Great technician. Great young man.

Excellent experience! We had tried several things ourselves to fix a persistent clog in our kitchen sink line and were at our wit’s end. Robbie from First Choice was punctual, professional, friendly, and effective. He was happy to explain what he was doing and why every step of the way, and did not stop work until he felt certain the issue was finally solved (flushing the system several times to make sure it didn’t back up again after a lot of water). Robbie came to repair my jacuzzi type tub. He determined very quickly that the pump wasn’t working (rather than the switch which is what I had assumed). But rather than just ordering a new pump, he kept trying to start the pump, and also checked the breaker and the receptacle. He also checked with one of the First Choice owners. He got it to work! Which saved me a lot of money, and then he cleared my sluggish drain for free. I am very impressed by his knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile!

First Choice Plumbing completely re-plumbed my 1970’s era home. They arrived early, completed the work in less than a day and ensured the follow-up dry wall repairs were completed the next day. Very happy with the results: better water pressure, better tasting water, and faster delivery of hot water. My only constructive feedback would be on the clean-up procedures. While the ”big” messes were cleaned up, there could have been a little more attention to the detailed cleaning. Overall, good quality work at a fair price.

Their work is meticulous, with all plumbing neatly and carefully done and with extra-clean job site, plus they are always very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We have used the services of First Choice Plumbing Solutions twice. One event was a minor remodel, which involved installing an on demand hot water heater and water cycling plumbing to provide access to the hot water all over the house. First Choice Plumbing was great! This was not a cookie cutter installation, and required skill, knowledge, and, as it turned out, some creative thinking. The second event was a repair (NOT of their work!) of our kitchen plumbing. Everyone has a vision of the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and garbage disposal all going crazy at the same time and finding water (of questionable heritage) all over the floor. Again, they were great! Both times we were contacted by phone to let us know when to expect them, and they were right on time both times. Both times they arrived with everything needed to complete the job. Both times they were very pleasant, and worked quickly to complete the task. Here’s the kicker—each time it was First Choice Plumbing, but each time it was a different person who came to our home.
