My kitchen sink drain was completely clogged, about 25 feet out, and the sink was nearly half full with water. I was referred to Steven from Titan Jetters, and he arrived within an hour!His communication was excellent, and he followed up with photos and videos, explaining everything he was doing. I was totally impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness. The problem was quickly resolved, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing or drain services!

Steven provided superb service. He was responsive and timely and was able to accurately triage the issues and offer fair pricing. The cartridge and faucet for our bathtub needed to be replaced. He also completed an inspection of the plumbing in our home and fixed a separate issue with our dishwasher and was very thorough, explained everything before initiating the work, and proposed reasonable solutions and fair pricing. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell. He was very respectful of our home. I would absolutely work with him again. I highly recommend.

I was seeing indications that I had a partial blockage in my main drain from the house - air bubbles in the toilet, flushing issues, etc… I contacted Steven around midday to make an appointment. He was finishing up a job not far from me and got to my house in less than an hour from when I called. By mid-afternoon he had the blockage cleared and everything working as it should. He’s coming back out in a few days to resolve the issue that led to the blockage. He was upfront about pricing and timeline, and he was very friendly. Great service all around.

We recently had a leaking clogged pipe, and Mr. Steven was a lifesaver! He responded quickly, arrived on time, and diagnosed the issue immediately. The work was efficient and thorough. It has been a few days and the pipe is now working perfectly, and theres no more leaking. I highly recommend him for his professionalism, expertise, and excellent service. Five stars all the way!

I had a great experience with Stephen. He scheduled a visit a day after I contacted him (on a holiday) and was able to fix my water faucet issue and also address all other questions I had about my plumbing needs. Stephen was very pleasant, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I plan on working with him on some other fixes and upgrades for my home in the near future

Couldnt be happier, Steven helped me out in a pinch when I was left high and dry by the installer setup by Home Depots people. He came out last minute, took a look, confirmed it wouldnt be too difficult to put in the new dishwasher, and got to work. Extremely happy with the work he did and keeping me informed throughout the process. Thank you again, the new dishwasher is working perfectly now

I had a wonderful experience with Titan Jetters. I had to have some bad news delivered with my plumbing issue and it was dealt with in a very sensitive and empathic manner. I was educated on my plumbing situation what caused it, what maintenance needed to be done, how to fix and worse case scenario. Unfortunately it was a worse case scenario for me but a plan was put in place with options and how to go forward.I called based on recommendations from others and would not hesitate to recommend to others.
