This was my third experience with S&W and they have always done a marvelous job. They are always honest and transparent with pricing which I greatly appreciate. JB helped us this time and was courteous and professional and did a great job identifying and fixing our leak.

S&W Plumbing did a great job for me and my family.My hot water heater had gone out and I had been swindled by another local plumbing company. I wont go into the specifics of how I was ripped off, but I will add that when the owner of S&W heard about it, he gave me a very generous price and promised to take care of us.They sent JB to help us and he was great! The job itself was very difficult because my house is older and the water heater is in the crawl space of the house. It didnt matter. JB never complained, he was excellent at communicating the whole time (you would have thought he was the business owner with how professional he was), and he did very high quality work. With the difficulty of the job, Im certain he could have upcharged us but he never did.Finally, I need to say that S&W dont know my family personally, but as a man whos been recently laid off from work, having three small kids, and dealing with the bills and stress of having a young wife with cancer, being treated well means a lot to us. I hope they prosper for many years.5 stars

I had the pleasure of meeting JB who repaired my fill valve. He was very polite, kind and professional. He even went above and beyond his scope of service by pulling out some poison ivy that was growing near my doorstep. This man was an angel. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Main line into the house sprung a leak right at the foundation, under a large brick porch....not good. We shut off the water and called S&W. They arrived within hours and resolved the problem quickly!! Ethan and Colton proved to be knowledgeable and courteous. I couldnt be happier! Thanks guys!

S&W plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company I have dealt with. I called to get a estimate, they came out and the estimate I got is the price I got. No more, no less. Also the appointment was met. I was told Tuesday at 8:00 A.M. and Ethan called me at 7:30 A.M. ready to work. That’s a big plus as well. The best part of all was both employees were very respectful, very informative through the entire process (we never had to ask progress) and worked hard until the job was done. I also talked to the owner to let him know his employees were great and he is also a very respectful person. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

When I called to set up an appointment, they worked to get us into the schedule that day because of our issue. Chandler came out and I was initially skeptical because he was young. He was incredibly respectful, professional, and communicated throughout the whole process. He informed us of what he would be doing before he did it including asking permission to enter and exit, go upstairs to check something, etc. He was fantastic. We had peace of mind that he was knowledgeable and diligent in his efforts. We have peace of mind that he resolved the issue, did not add additional hours or charges like other companies do, and was beyond good at his job. Cannot recommend them enough! If I ever need plumbing services again - S&W Plumbing will absolutely have our business.

Josh and Colton came to my house to fix a problem with my shower. What seemed like an easy fix turned into a difficult fix because the builder’s contractors had stripped the screw to the shower handle. These two did not give up. They worked on the shower handle for quite a while so they could remove it to adjust the scald guard.These fellows were so polite and patient while they worked on a difficult repair. I will 100% call them for any plumbing repair problems. I give them an A+.

Woke up this morning and we discovered that the PRV on our hot water heater was bad. Called several plumbing companies in the area and they all said they couldnt fit us in until next week. Called S&W and they were here within a few hours. Met JB and he took care of our PRV problem. JB was very respectful, knowledgeable and had our water heater working in a timely manner. Would 10/10 recommend.👌

Saving the best for last best describes my experience with S&W Plumbing. I have a home warranty with First American Home Warranty, we were getting sewage backup and called First American for a plumber to come out. The first contractor sent by First American was Del Mar Construction, this guy poured water down the sewer line, said the only way to fix the backup was with a 2 way clean out that is not covered by First American and it would cost $2200.00 to complete the repair. I needed a second opinion so I called First American Home Warranty, they then sent out Prime Plumbing. Joe their plumber was great he could not find the issued but called the office and requested someone come out with a camera to take a look into the sewer line. Dede from Prime Plumbing came out ran a camera through the sewer line, found a small dip or belly in the line and claimed that was the issued. She then gave me a quote of $4500 to repair the line, after saying no several times her final offer was down to $3200.00. Again, I said no. My son told me to call S&W Plumbing, when I called and told the office staff my experience and what I had been quoted they laughed and thought someone was yanking my chain. S&W sent out John and Ethan, two of the nicest professional plumbers I’ve encountered since have this issue. John and Ethan found the issued (a broken door and the sewer line), repaired it filled the whole back in and the best part was the repair only cost $250.00. Compare that to $2200 or $4500 to do thinks that wasn’t even the problem. S&W Plumbing is the company I’m calling if I have any plumbing issues. Thanks SW and thanks John and Ethan for being ethical and professional.

John and Ethan came out to work in our laundry room today. When we moved in, the movers never were able to get the washing machine back far enough for our laundry room door to close. It was always an eyesore and something that we were told by others wasnt going to be possible. They worked hard to find a solution and made it work perfectly! Very nice, hard working guys. Highly recommend!
