Fantastic experience! I called them on a Saturday night, they arrived earlier than stated on Monday morning. Matt came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour. Super professional, clean, kind, and respectful. I have already recommended Remedy to several friends and family.

Remedy does what is best for the customer! Our problem was a slow draining toilet. The technician that came out, instead of working on the toilet, evaluated the problem and advised us that we had septic tank issues. He got us in contact with a septic service and worked with us to have our issue resolved that day. I highly recommend Remedy Plumbing!

Anthony was awesome! Unfortunately, I was unable to be home when Anthony arrived to make repairs. He communicated with me by phone including pictures each step of the way! He was also observant enough to notice a water leak in the wall coming from my attic…he notified me of what he found which alerted me to a huge HVAC issue that was a few days away from causing me some serious water damage and extensive repairs!! Thank you Anthony!!

Blake came out within a couple of hours of me calling. Pricing was very transparent. Didn’t try to sell anything that was unnecessary. Even gave me some advice on future home maintenance. I would definitely use Remedy Plumbing again.

I needed a gas line installed from my basement to the grill on the deck. I tried 4 other plumbing companies who never responded to my call or answered the email sent through their website. Within minutes of filling out the form on Remedys site, I had an appointment for a free estimate. I received a call from Mike stating Chris would be arriving at the appointed time. Chris came and listened to what I needed and then Mike called back with an estimate shortly afterwards. After I accepted the estimate, the work was quickly scheduled. Chris not only did the estimate, but he is going to be the one who does the work so there shouldnt be any problem with what has been promised.

Remedy was a life saver today. Our well pressure tank malfunctioned and left us without any water. Angelo came and diagnosed the problem and gave a solution to fix it. He was very informative when he explained everything and the whole process. I would recommend Remedy to anyone without hesitation.
