I chose Lawson to install a new unit in my home in 2018. They did an excellent job and I was impressed with their service. I have since moved and needed a new unit in my new home. I called Lawson and they were excellent to work with, once again. Brad the sales person/project manager was very professional. He reviewed all options with me. He also completed all forms for warranty and rebates; which made the process much easier for me. The install team was professional. They took great care not to scratch my floors and walls. They even suggested a modification to the way my system was installed to make it easier for me to change air filters. I thought this attention to detail and focus on customer service was quite nice. They take great pride in the work they do. Everything was clean when they were done as if they had never been there. Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future!

Fabian and Garrett came out to fix our PRV (pressure reducing valve) that had gone bad. They were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Would highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue!

They came in and fixed several things. It was wrong with my unit. They were very courteous very quick and very knowledgeable. The entire thing cosmic $280 and I gave them a tip. They were here approximately an hour to an hour and a half. Worth every penny.

Ive been using Lawson Air Conditioning and Plumbing, Inc.since we moved to Gainesville 4 years ago. They have always provided excellent service. We recently had to replace our heat pump and furnace. Their salesman, Scott, was very professional and helpful in explaining our heating and AC options.On the day of installation the technicians arrived right on time and worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job. I was impressed that they were able to get everything finished in one day.I highly recommend Lawson to anyone needing AC or heat service. Best yet; theyre a family owned company and once they work with you you become part of the Lawson family.

Changed out my two bowl kitchen sink to single bowl sink. Did all the work myself until I realized that my drain needed to be rerouted. Contacted Lawson and they literally had someone out to my house within the hour to get this done for me. No additional fees..they came in assessed what needed to be done and got to work. Completed the drain reroute, hooked up the disposal, made sure everything worked, no leaks and looked good. They cleaned up and were on their way in and out in 35 mins. You guys have earned a customer. Thank you so much

Lawson techs installed my total HVAC changeout last week and they did a terrific job. The new AC was significantly quieter than my 20 yr. old Goodman system and it lowered my homes humidity. Their price was reasonable and the workmanship and cleanliness were great! I had shopped three other manufacturers and felt that Lawson offered the best sales/service commitment. I later found that three of my neighbors had used Lawson and they were satisfied as well with their systems.

We had a lovely experience buying a heat pump from Lawson Air Conditioning and Plumbing, Inc. Chris Ivey was knowledgeable, professional, and low key. He explained the different types, made suggestions for us to consider and treated us like family. There was no hard sell...rather, Chris treated us as if we were intelligent partners. Chris and the others at Lawson Air make it extremely worthwhile to buy locally.

Don’t waste you’re time going to any other place. My heating went out and Lawson came out same day and not only fixed my unit but did it for about 300 dollars cheaper than any other place even quoted me. Extremely friendly and helpful staff from Cindy who took my call and set my appointment to the actual technician Jay who came out and worked on my home. I only gave them a five star review because I couldn’t rate them higher. 10/10 would use again and recommend to all family and friends!!

Lawson has the maintenance agreement on a vacation rental that we own, so they were the logical go-to for us when the HVAC unit had to be replaced. Their pricing was in line, and their service was, and is always is, top notch. When we had to replace our heat pump at our primary residence, they were the first people we called. Again, their service was prompt, courteous and value based!

We had a good experience with Scott and Lawson Air Conditioning. Our upstairs unit went out which meant the installation crew had to work in our attic and be in and out of our home all day. Lawson AC and Plumbing provide a replacement unit and accessories to out Main Floor Unit. Chase and Sebastian were the Service Representatives assigned by Scott and performed an Excellent Job. Professionally done, clean upon their departure. They are an asset to Lawson. We will continue to use Lawson for all of our AC and Plumbing needs and highly recommend them to all who need and desire prompt, professional and high quality service.

Scott Holland was excellent to work with as demonstrated by his excellent communication and follow-up skills. The installation team was also excellent (Carlos -team lead, Christian, Etter, Edwardo, and Luis -supervisor). They conducted themselves in a very professional manner, were responsive to questions, cleaned up daily, and were very friendly. As a result, we have already had Lawson back to do additional plumbing work for us. Great job!!!

I recommend Lawson for plumbing needs. We had a sink that was almost fully clogged with general soap buildup way down in the pipe and 2 toilets that needed attention. Contacted Lawson on Sunday afternoon; received a phone call from them Monday morning indicating service personnel would arrive at 10:30 - they knocked on our door at 10:30!!!! Fantastic service with full explanation of the nature of the problem and how it was corrected. Could not ask for better and timely service!

I had a leaking shower control handle that was causing flooding in my basement, and Lawson responded immediately. Within a couple of hours they had an experienced and knowledgeable service person to my home and quickly resolved my issue at a fair price. I was so impressed with our technician, Franklin. He was skillful , polite, and knew exactly what to do I appreciate the great service and value.

Called Lawsons with a leaking water service line. Had two guys out in a matter of hours and they had the problem fixed within an hour. Easy to get a hold of an office employee to talk to and book a time slot. I hope I do not have to get something fixed anytime soon but if I do, Lawsons will be who I call first.
