Clay is an excellent representative of the company. I have had a lot of experience dealing with heat and air conditioning companies and Conditioned Air has moved to the top of my list of go to companies. They have always been prompt, courteous and expert in what they do. But the true measure of a company occurs when you have a problem, which I did with one unit. Conditioned Air responded quickly and put in the time and resources to get to the bottom of the issue. Their response and dedication to customer satisfaction earned my future business. This is a company that you can rely on to truly finish the job. I did not give them 5 stars, they earned them.

The plumbing division saved me from certain disaster after discovering I had a faulty pressure reducing valve. Warner and Ben made the repairs with excellent workmanship. But what was even more impressive to me was the fact that they showed up when they said they would, finished the job like they said they would, and finished the job for the same price they quoted. This type of reliable service is rare these days. If you need someone to show up, do quality work, and charge a fair price- this is the company you need to call!

He arrived early for the appointment (which was great as on time is late) and did a thorough, full job of reviewing two units.While one unit had a repair scheduled that afternoon with the owners of the home, he could fully analyze on unit. He made sure to make himself available another time to come back and full review the unit he couldnt the first time. Assuring that the job would be completed even if it had to be done another day.I cant speak highly enough about Dougs professionalism and the great work he did in providing a review and recommendations for the two units he reviewed.

I just had the best experience with one of Conditioned Airs technicians, Doug Bradfield. He came out for my bi annual system inspection and did a great job. At my request, he also took the time to test my thermostat, which is still under warranty and made sure that I was thoroughly satisfied before he left for his next service stop. I would recommend Doug and CAS if you need air service. I live in Smyrna and they are located in Gainesville, and never have had a problem with them dispatching someone to drive out to me.

I discovered a leak in the main water line coming to the house. Tried to get a plumbing service to the house on a Friday before the weekend. We tried several companies but they could not fit us in. Then they cleaned up all the water leak. Ben, Chris and CAS were there when we needed them!

We selected CAS approximately 1.5-2 years ago for our HVAC needs. We have a tremendously complex and expensive system as well as some standard systems in our facility. CAS has been steady and responsive. I must say they have a few technicians, like the ones today, Eric and Charles, who are exceptional and truly get the job done. Technicians like them would keep me and my business coming back. I wish everyone had their work ethic. It’s nice to have this caliber of technicians servicing our systems. Definitely recommend. Office staff is great also, even in summer when AC emergencies are at their height!

Conditioned Air Systems - CAS - just completed a total replacement of my Central AC and Heat equipment with a high efficiency Lennox system and Lennox iComfort S30 Ultra Smart touch pad thermostats.I am so glad I picked CAS - a local Gainesville, GA company where I live - which I had used a few years ago to install a Daikin mini split system. These folks are honest and they know what they are doing in an industry which seems to be full of inexperienced install techs and a lot of false advertising about lifetime free service and parts. Nothing of value can really be free. The cost is just hidden somewhere else ! I understand that only 10% of HVAC Systems are installed correctly - so much for shopping for the lowest price !Everyone I worked with at CAS had 5 - 10 years or more of experience and gave me what I wanted - a problem solving install experience since I was living with a builder grade - get out quick - job during a major remodel 13 years ago. During my install I had a team that included the Service Manager Jonathan, & Install Manager Tommy who made many changes in the location of the air handler and the routing of the ductwork. They made follow up calls to test and make minor adjustments.All of this started with My Sales/Comfort Specialist Trey Chesser who spent at least 2 hours giving me a complete problem diagnosis and three different levels of equipment to choose from to meet my budget. Trey has many years of experience and communicated with me every few days to make sure I was satisfied especially since we had to manage some equipment backorders.I will never use another HVAC outfit and have already made plans for CAS to manage my annual service contract.

I called Conditioned Air on 5/18 with a problem with my air conditioning. The repair technician came out and was very helpful, but told me that my 20 year old system was on its last legs right before it was to get really hot in north Georgia! Trey followed up the very next day, came to the house and quoted a new system. Gulp. I was worried about receiving and having it installed with all of the supply issues were hearing about and knowing it was soon going to be terribly hot and humid. Keith Lawrnece and his partner Zeke came out on 5/24 and did a complete install. New Thermostat, furnace in the basement, a/c unit outside. They cleaned up after themselves, were careful with my hardwood floors, were on time and were very thorough in explaining the way the new system would work, showing me how to operate the thermostat, how to change the filters, everything. From the first repair technician to the final install, everything was smooth and professional. They also installed a brand new split system in my basement last year and Ive been very pleased with Conditioned Air Systems. Their people do a great job and are very good representatives of a trusted local company. I highly recommend Conditioned Air Systems and feel that I got a good value for my money.

Our technician (CWigington) and his partner showed up on time and completed our HVAC winter maintenance. After the maintenance, they pointed out hazardous build-up of mold/bacteria in our attic HVAC system. This was the first time this was brought to our attention. They were able to fully clean the system and install a Halo-LED purification system during the same visit.Both were extremely courteous and professional during the visit. They advised on how we could get additional discounts and extend our Halo-LED system warranty. Thankfully (and unfortunately), they also notified us of captured rodents in our attic traps.

Doug Bradfield was our service tech and this was my first time using CAS. Doug was great, explained everything he was doing and I felt very comfortable with him. Will definitely be using CAS in the future and highly recommend Doug as a service provider
