Clover was amazing from start to finish! Their customer service was great, they were prompt in coming out for the estimate and were on time. The plumber walked us through the work they would do and we received the quote almost immediately. They were able to schedule the work immediately as well. They were on time and were great at finding what they needed (without any assistance or guidance from our condo on where anything was located). The were right on with their estimated time of completion, and the work looks amazing! They had to replace a bunch of pipe, fix our main water valve and install a new water heater. Great job guys, I will definitely be recommending and using your company again!

Clover services was wonderful to work with. Their office staff was courteous and helpful. Ryan did the emergency service for a flooded/broken pipe issue. It wasnt even his area of expertise (hes HVAC and it was a plumbing issue. He was so kind and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and took care of the problem and suggested what I needed to do next. Mr. Santos installed an air purifier to help the stale air problem in my home. He did an excellent job and was quick and efficient, as well as courteous and kind. The plumbers who came to work on a broken pipe were really good and got the job done quickly and efficiently. German was so, so helpful and went above and beyond. Mason came with Ryan to help with water mitigation removal and replacement of the HVAC system and worked extremely carefully and did an excellent job. They were so nice and respectful and very informative.Clover has excellent technicians and wonderful office staff who know their jobs, show care and concern and make having work done in the home easy and comfortable.

I used Clover for a plumbing issue. They fixed my problem right away and also made suggestion on another issue I had resulting in the manufacturer replacing a part for free saving me from replacing a while kitchen faucet. Very pleased that they were so helpful. They also came same day. My technicians were Thomas and Ricardo. Both were super helpful, did a good job and came on time and very efficient.

On March 25, 2022, Clover Services installed a U/V air scrubber to purify the air in one of our HVAC systems (we have a 2-zone system in our DC rowhouse). They also did a thorough seasonal check of both systems. In addition, they strengthened the supports for the unit that sits on our roof to insure that strong winds wont move it around. Ryan and Brian completed with work--extremely professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Clover has installed and maintained our HVAC systems for the past 8 years, providing extraordinary service to us throughout that time period. Ryan, incidentally, has been the primary technician responsible for maintaining our system since 2014, a testament to Clovers commitment to retaining top talent and delivering consistent high-quality service. Ryan is a superb communicator. He takes his time explaining his work and walking through recommended repairs. He is transparent and patient. And, although our 110-year old row house can prove somewhat challenging for modern HVAC, his work has proven to be of the highest quality and reliability over the years. I would recommend Clover without hesitation to family, friends, and colleagues.

Ryan was amazing! After a disappointing experience with another company, I was referred to Clover by a friend. Ryan came and saved the day! I was told I would need a new unit by a previous company that charged $450 and my AC shut down the next day. Ryans customer service was excellent as well as his ability to trouble shoot the actual problem. AC is working beautifully & I did not need a new unit. Ryan was so impressive that I immediately joined the Clover Club!

Clover Services is a local Fairfax company, small enough to be responsive and large enough to be able to cover every aspect of HVAC that I have needed. Their prices are fair, and theyve stood behind work, coming back to check and fix things when original work needed it. Their technicians are polite, clean/tidy, and willing to explain the repairs at the level I need. Ive had entire systems installed by them, and many small repairs. The annual HVAC contract has been worthwhile for getting the service we need prior to the cold and the heat.

Clover was recommended by a neighbor, and I was surprised that our technician Ryan new them by name, including what type of heating system they had. Our appointment was for second estimate, as another contractor recommended that we replace our furnace and hot water heater (turns out out water heater wasn’t permitted and wasn’t to code fir the space). Ryan corroborated the recommended water heater diagnosis, but reassured us that furnace was fine and likely to have more life in it. He explained things clearly, listened to us, and unlike our other estimate, wasn’t a hard sell.

Clover services are outstanding, and I highly recommend them. They did some work on a dryer gas line. All interactions with Clover were great, though the technician did not do a great job on the first pass. What is so impressive about Clover is that when I called them, they sent out a different tech who completely re-did the work to a really high quality level. Though the first pass wasn’t great, Clover’s approach to dealing with it demonstrated to me that they are a company to be trusted and we will work with them from now on.

Clover Services was great. They were referred to me by a neighbor who had used them before several times. The plumber, German, was timely and professional, patient in answering my questions, was able to diagnose the source of the leak quickly, and efficiently repair the issue. He also was able to take care of a few other minor plumbing tasks that I have been waiting to do during this same visit. I especially liked that the company sent me a picture of the plumber that was arriving so I knew who to expect. I will most definitely call Clover again for any future plumbing needs.

The latest service Clover performed for me was upgrade of both heating and AC units to the modern ones. Ryan Kibler came out to provide the estimate, which was competitive compared to the other estimates I got. Ryan came out to perform the installation. He was right on time, took care of the installation from start to finish, and provided the overview of the new system and additional tips on the maintenance once was done.Edit: We had a little hick-up with the new system. Ryan has returned to troubleshoot the issue and did phenomenal work yet again!

These folks know what they’re doing. Ryan was excellent. Learn from me and know that no other company out there does a job like this group. I learned my lesson the hard way by going with a company that had a cute logo on a truck and supposedly had a bunch of really great Google reviews and such. Yeah they damaged my house installing a tankless water heater that I am now still dealing with. Clover, on the other hand, knows their stuff. You won’t go wrong with them. I just got a full service contract and I’m very satisfied. Highly recommend.

This company gave us the best service we have had in a vendor in quite some time. Our AC had been down for 6 days so we were desperate.We currently have a maintenance agreement with American Home Shield, which was quick to provide a diagnosis that we needed a new unit at $5,000 and then never called back to schedule the install.We then contacted Clover, who sent a very pleasant technition who determined we only had a clogged pipe which took 10 minutes and $89 for the service call. He was there for a good hour checking the unit for other issues.Clover is a pleasant and most importantly, honest company.

I had a couple of issues with the AC and Plumbing at our Condo in Reston. I have used Kiddco Plumbing in the past and was very disappointed with their service. Luckily I noticed the bright green Clover Truck in the community parking lot. When the AC went out yesterday, I called Clover and I was quickly able to get an appointment for the AC. I was impressed with the technicians and I signed up for the Gold service package. The AC was serviced, lines cleared, a new circuit board installed and the thermostat replaced. I then had the Clover Plumbing Specialist do a plumbing assessment for the condo and recommended new fixtures and even proposed design suggestions. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Clover.

Update: Clover reached out to me to hear about my experience with them and, in doing so, realized that I should be refunded for the first visit which mitigates most of my complaints.Pros:The issue was fixed and the (2nd) plumber was friendly and professional. He did a good job of diagnosing the issue and dicussing it with me before doing anything and he also gave me general tips for my hot water heater.Cons:First plumber misdiagnosed the issue.Clover did not get back to me after I followed up.The whole thing cost me more than it should and took 2 extra weeks to be fixed.See details below:Was having an issue with noises coming from the pipes connected to the water heater and my neighbors had the same issue and said it was related to the check valve. So i scheduled an appointment and let Clover know what the likely cause was, plumber came in but seemed in a rush to go. Insisted that the solution would require opening up my walls and would require several hours worth of labor so he left because he didnt have the necessary tools and blueprints. I still got charged the fee even though he only spent 5 minutes diagnosing and did nothing else. I called again to follow up and to ask again if it could be just related to the check valve since that was the case for my neighbors and Clover did the work for them. They told me that theyd talk to the plumber and get back to me but they never did. I followed up again a week later and they sent a different plumber and he ended up finding that it was probably the check valve so he removed it and my problem seems to be fixed now.

Umer Ahmad recently came to do an annual inspection on the heating unit, check the humidifier and drain the hot water heater. He was very professional, courteous and went over each of the items thoroughly. His wealth of knowledgable helped educate us on some measures we could take to keep plumbing problems to a minimum. We’ve used Clover several times for plumbing issues throughout the house. The technicians are always prompt, do an excellent job and provide high quality work. We will continue to use and recommend them in the future.

I had Clover come out last spring before I bought my fixer upper and they were upfront that I might need to replace my system this winter, so they didnt try to get me to invest a lot in it at that time. Fast forward to winter and my heat didnt come on. I had them come out for a second opinion on my home warranty claim. The technician helped me understand what was wrong with my system so I could better communicate with the warranty company and get what I needed from them.

Wanting a new sink and disposal installed in our kitchen, we turned to Clover to handle the job. Scheduling was easy and the team, headed by Brad Thomas, that they sent to perform the work was first rate. The removal of the existing kitchen components was done without mess or damage to the countertops, etc., and the installation of the new sink, disposal, faucet, supply and drain lines was flawless. Brad and his team were polite, punctual, and professional, and the results of their work exceeded all of our expectations. We definitely would use Clover again.

Left a message, was called back in a timely manner and the dispatcher/receptionist relayed the issue. ( shower) Hashem, the service technician arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable. Had a great experience with Clover! Sent a request through Angie’s List on a Saturday, got a note same day and follow up call on Monday. Our technician Joshua Sims came out on Tuesday and fixed our leaky shower in less than an hour. He was also working with an unknown system and parts because we saved money during a remodel and went with an unknown brand (not doing that again!). He figured it out really quickly and now shower is good as new. I wish I had called Clover months ago. Would definitely recommend.

We had a noon to 4 PM window and repair man missed that by a few minutes, but once here got right to work and repaired 2 bathroom sinks in just 30 minutes. He then worked on a leaky kitchen sink that was a bear. He had to go to Home Depot for a part but worked diligently and with much effort. The work was done completely and expertly and the repair man was pleasant and professional. Overall, great satisfaction with the job. Would use again for future needs.

A technician from Clover Services arrived well within the appointment time frame, and performed multiple tests to identify the cause of the problem - malfunction of a relay on the control board. He came back in the afternoon with a new board (the relay is an integrated part of the control board) and completed the replacement quickly. He was very friendly and explained much of what happened and how he did his diagnosis.

I have used Clover Services for residential purposes twice, once for HVAC repair and once for plumbing repair. Both times they correctly diagnosed a problem that a previous service provider got wrong, saving me significant money. Ive also found everyone Ive encountered at Clover (including office staff and management) to be pleasant and responsible.

The short-term solution would have been to replace the igniter assembly but, because of its age and limited availability of parts, it could end up costing more than a new water heater and install. The Clover technician removed the igniter assembly, shut off the gas line to the heaterrand took the water heater offline to minimize potential damages and allow ourselves extra time to consider our options. They noticed two or three holes that were drilled into the pipe because the previous seller tried to install a nest thermostat. My gas furnace wouldnt heat so I called Clover (the original installers) and they had Ryan come out that same day. Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem--a faulty control board on the 2-stage furnace and a malfunctioning flame sensor. He made a temporary repair on the sensor and arranged to have a control board delivered by the next day. Ryan returned then--even though I was not on his set schedule--and made the necessary repairs. Even better, he suspected that the furnace had not been properly calibrated when it was installed because the 2nd stage burner was igniting far too soon before the 1st stage burner had a chance to supply heat. He asked me for the manual--which I had kept--and checking it, Ryan discovered that the 1st stage had not been properly set, which he did at no extra charge. Ryan did so because he clearly cares about his customers and he is a dedicated technician who takes pride in his work. Im fully satisfied and I recommend Ryan for a raise!
