Last Friday I stopped by Mother-in-law’s house to move out the last few boxes before selling her house. I noticed some water in the basement and began calling several local plumbers. Billy Bell had two technicians to the house in less than an hour. Luis and Joe showed up and immediately found the problem and presented a solution. They ended up installing a new water service line to the home and did it in record time. Luis and Joe were both extremely professional and did exactly as they promised. I would recommend Billy Bell Plumbing to anyone looking for fast and professional service!

Armand and Carlos did excellent work installing washer box in our small cabin utility room. They also removed our old water heater and installed a tankless electric water heater. You cant beat Billy Bell Plumbing, I immediately got service at 9 am day after a holiday. I own several rental homes and will continue to call them for all my needs! Armand Leone was very professional walking me through all my options, and a new hot water heater was up and running in a couple of hours. Dont waste your time with other companies just to save a dollar, youll still be waiting for service.

Excellent customer service! Same day service. Jason came out to fix a leak under our sink. When I mentioned a notice from my water dept about an huge increase in use over a short period of time, he went under the house and found a huge problem from the most recent cold snap! Immediately got us in touch with someone to come up tomorrow to help with ins and clean up. Highly recommend!

Jesse and Jason came and replaced a leaking pipe. They were fast to respond and got the problem fixed same day. They also found my PSI was way to high which could have caused my pipes to bust from the pressure. They ordered the part and again were very quick to get everything done. The price for all the work was very reasonable in my opinion. Excellent service!! I will be using them for all future plumbing problems.

These guys are awesome! We had a different company replace our well pump and it still wasnt right after a week. One phone call with Diana led to Drake calling after hours. Drake said he would be here around noon the next day. Drake and Nick came right on time fixed our well along with 2 leaks on the main line and in no time we have water again after a week. Had a 12 gallon a minute leak in water line on my 53 acres. I have water lines running all over my property at main house, additional house, out buildings and barn. Billy Bell located the leak and fixed it as well as adding a cutoff valve and box. Great work. Others who looked at the job just said good luck in finding your leak. When Billy Bell found the leak, it was 4 1/2 feet underground and water never surfaced; therefore, I was unable to locate the problem. However, Billy Bell, located it. Location :Flowery BranchJason and Jeese repaired the outside water faucet on the side of the house. They both were attentive and detailed in their repairing the faucet. They also advised me that the water-hose attached had an aluminum head which oxidized to the faucet. The were able to cut into the wall and extract the old PVC fitting attached to the outside faucet with new flexible piping to prevent freezing in the colder times of the year. A job well done

I called Thursday evening, left a message explaining my situation, basically I had no water in my home because the line from the meter to my home (located in the yard) had burst. Not only was it the best offer but Doug decided to get the work done the next day which was a Saturday while others asked me to wait 4-days. Have worked with Billy Bell on four separate occasions for four separate issues. He is the best plumber I have ever worked with.My family has a houseboat at Lanier. We were having issues with our waste tanks not getting pumped out fully because there was a blockage between the tanks. After having the marina plumber, Pootoon, and another plumber all try and fail, and tell me that I had to replace the tanks, i was at my wits en. I happened to drive by Billys office and called him. He came out himself, explained the problem in clear English and met me at a boat ramp and fixed my problem for a reasonable price.The next time was when our septic stopped up. Again, he came out himself, immediately and got it fixed.Last month, we had an issue with backup in our bunkhouse. When we bought the house, the original septic inspector couldnt find the septic tank to the barn and he brought a super long camera and charged hundreds of dollars but never found it. Billys crew found it very quickly and had to pump it, fix the top of it and install a new drain field. thats expensive. But I asked a contractor how much it would cost with his plumber and he quoted me $3000 more than Billy charged me.This most recent visit was because the supply line to my jacuzzi tub failed and flooded my basement. We called Billy and came out after hours, figured out the issue and got us with a great restoration company.I really cant say enough good things about Billy Bell and his people. They are reasonable, nice, professional, and they know what they are doing. At this point, I wouldnt call anyone else if I have another plumbing problem.

Billy came out personally, short notice for my dad who is 91. We knew ahead it was going to be a difficult repair. Billy communicated with me throughout letting me know all costs ahead of time & when he went to get his machine, he even said just take a minute & pray about it!He was wonderful with my dad & my dad likes to be involved, so Billy even made sure daddy didn’t fall & was concerned for him & his safety while he watched them work.I feel our service for value was well within reason!If you want to be treated fairly & honestly call Billy Bell.I cannot thank him enough for restoring my dads very old septic system in such a timely, efficient manner.Thank you Billy.

Today 18 Dec 23, I had to call Billie in regards to a concern about my water heater that was installed by them previously. Billie and Drake verified the water heater and pressure, they found a leakage behind the water heater (inside the wall). Both handled the situation with professionalism. They were able to fix the issue with minor damage. I would recommend them always.

After replacing the pump switch and still no water...i had to hire professionals. Had to call several places to find someone to work on a well system. Thankfully found BillyBell Plumbing who came to check everything out for us. Jason and Jessie were great. They had water flowing within a half hour of arriving. Price was much better than expected!
