Jorge did a wonderful job taking care of a main sewer line clog. He incurred many emergencies appointments that unfortunately delayed my appointment to the next day however he made sure I was the first person he saw the next morning. He was fast but thorough insuring I was well informed of the steps he would be taking. They were very transparent about the prices. He came on time and with a good attitude. Will definitely be reaching back out with any other repairs I might need in the future :)

I originally had a less than stellar experience with this company when I called them to come out to clear what I thought was a partial drain clog in my kitchen sink two days before Christmas. Needless to say, my sink was almost unusable come Christmas Day with a house full of family. When I called to express my frustration the next day, they had someone out to my house the same day I requested. Cynthia and her partner listened to my frustration and discovered that the issue wasnt actually a drain line problem and fixed it at no additional charge. They were very professional and I could tell they wanted to make it right. I really appreciate their desire to do so and what a relief that I can clean my kitchen properly now! I do want to say that you might want to be prepared for the prices that they charge as they charge for the job and not by the hour. Know what you want done because you may be sold some things you dont necessarily need. This was what I experienced on the first service call.

Very pleased with the service. Bathroom faucet was dripping very badly. Jorge was very thorough explaining what needed to be done, which was replacing the faucet along with the valves underneath and the toilet valve as they were frozen. He also did an inspection of the water heater, checked the washer hook-up, tub, kitchen sinks. Additionally he tested the water for chlorine and how hard/soft it was. These inspections were at no cost. He gave me 4 plan options for all the issues he found, with cost for each plan and let me decide which I wanted to do…no pressure.I highly recommend Benjamin Plumbing!

My water bill went from $100.00 to $600.00 and I needed a leak detector and plumber immediately I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and within a few hours Terry Moffe and his associate was fixing my leak both guys were curtious and kind with great customer service and attention to details we are very happy with the out come we will call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all our plumbing needs

George and Alan came to inspect my 19 year old water heater because it was making a clunking noise. They went above and beyond with answering my questions and providing education. Due to personal financial limitations I wasn’t able to get a new water heater installed today, but they gave me vital tips on how to preserve my current water heater and which elements to buy. I will be calling them again. This should be the standard of service for all contractors.

Called for urgent service because of a sewer blockage last night. They said that someone was to come this morning. I got a text this morning saying that no technician was available today, and asked me to call them to reschedule. I called but the person on the line just put me on hold for more than 5 mins. I hung up and found another company,Update: The manager called me to apologize for the miscommunication and offered to inspect my sewer line and flush my water heater. I appreciated the attentive attitude of the company and gladly accepted the offer. Jorge, the technician, came this morning to run a camera through the sewer line. Jorge worked hard to diagnose the problem, and was very patient in explaining the diagnosis to me. Thats very commendable. I really appreciate his effort. Id update to a 5-star rating if Jorge didnt constantly try to sell his companys plan and products to me. I understand that may be the policy of the company, but it just hit the wrong note. Personally, Id prefer letting the work do the talking (thats indeed the case), rather than keep on boasting slogans like we are to set a new standard in town on and on. Simply give me a quote (he did) and we can go from there.
