    I love the fact that I am notified not only a window timeline of when my service tech will arrive but as well when he is within 15 minutes away from my home. Dylan has been my contact the past couple of times and I can honestly say yes, Donna I’m very thorough job. Each time As he doesn’t rush, he takes his time as a good mechanic should. Quality over quantity Upon exiting, I receive a detail report of his inspection along with photos that are documented for future reference. I have called ran finally in the past, they answer my questions without hesitation with the willingness to help. I personally have never had any issues mechanically or product related with this company and would highly recommend them

    I contacted Absolute Heat and Air as my ac went out recently in the middle of summer! Sean and Jack came out the same day and was determined I needed a new blower motor. The part was ordered promptly and it arrived the very next morning! Thank you to the office staff who quickly got the part ordered and were also so kind! Sean came out to install the part the same day it came in and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. He even checked all the components of the ac to make sure all in good working order. My ac was back up and running in no time! Sean answered all my questions and is extremely knowledgeable and truly passionate about what he does! Professionalism at its best! No one wants to spend money on ac repairs but I felt the price was reasonable and that I got my moneys worth. Absolute Heat and Air will be my go to if anything else ever arises.     We are so grateful to have found Absolute Heat & Air, Texas. Customer service was so kind and quickly handled our urgent need. A broken AC during the Texas hot summer is miserable. Jacky Murphey came out very late to our home and did a fantastic job. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional and got the job done right. Jack represents your company so well and we are thankful for him being our tech. We have found our AC company and tech for sure.

    Had the AC at my house not functioning properly on a weekend. As soon as I left a message, my phone was ringing. They texted me with an approx. window of time and a photo of Jack the technician that would be servicing the unit. Jack arrived slightly before the estimated window of time given. He explained the issue and resolved it quickly. I appreciated that the part that was replaced was pictured on the invoice and the invoice was mailed. I will use them again!

    I reached out, got a reply 1/2hr later, stating that Dewey (tech) would be arriving in approximately 45mins. Possibly a 1/2hr later, he was here, checked a few things, blew out the drainage lines, emptied the overflow pan, explained it all and we were back in business.Nice to have prompt, courteous responses and help from local businesses!!

    Sean came to my rescue to diagnose my AC unit that he and Jack repaired and recharged in 100 degree temperatures. Sean also identified corrosion on my water heater that they will fix next week. This company is so responsive and efficient!Dylan quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue that was causing the problem with the system not cooling. I brought up the service plan, and he fully explained it and the different levels, which led me to purchase the plan. All in all, it was a great experience!

    I have been absolutely pleased with the work and service from Absolute. After using them for the first time this past summer I had signed up for their membership. Loads of benefits for a really fair price. Well, Jerry from Absolute came by today for my annual maintenance check up and he looked at every square inch inside and out on my HVAC. Everything checked out perfectly but my UV bulb was burnt out in the unit that’s in the attic. Which explains why my filters have been getting so dirty after just 2 weeks! I mean obviously something’s not right dirty. Without Jerry I honestly probably wouldn’t have noticed this till I was sent up there to grab the Christmas tree. Thank you Jerry and Absolute!!

    My daughter has asthma and something in our heat/air ducts was causing her asthma to go nuts. I called Absolute to see if someone could come that same day to see what they could do but I was told they wouldnt be able to until the following week. I explained why I needed someone so quickly and Heather said she would schedule me for the next day so I agreed but within 10 minutes she called me back and said she had someone would be at my house in 30 minutes to look at the job. Jack Murphey called said hed see me soon and all I can say is Jack was incredible! He was thorough and upfront about everything and he was able to get me scheduled for the very next day. I would recommend Absolute Heat/Air and Jack any day.

    We bought a programmable WiFi thermostat but could not get power to it called them up to figure out why the unit had no power all agents was out today but said send pics see if we can help toook pics sent & figured out the blue wire needed added in to 2 other wires with nut cap! We didnt want to get a brand new AC and duct work but it made the most sense and their team did an amazing job. You dont see this level of communication and respect from companies these days.     Derek and Absolute Heat and Air did a great job of getting our heat pump back online. Weve lived here 1 1/2 years and were never told we had a heat pump system.     Addendum to past comments below:November 19, 2024Had my twice a year Fall tune-up today by Sean and Logan. It is a comfort to have my HVAC system kept in tip-top condition!November 15, 2023The Absolute Air team checks all of the boxes for me. Today was my Fall maintenance check of my HVAC system and all went smoothly. Sean Doughty was efficient, thorough, and a friendly professional that provides this homeowner with great satisfaction that I am in good hands.March 16, 2023Today was a routine maintenance call. It is also the day this homeowner faced very dismal news. My HVAC system needed to be replaced ($$$$), due to a huge Freon leak resulting in serious damage. This explains why my air conditioning ran 24-hours straight during a recent 80+ day. Once again, the ever patient Sean Doughty explained the situation and my options in a succinct manner. So patient with my endless questions. Final analysis? A new system has been ordered, to be installed in five days. The good news? This happened in March and not in July thru September. Not on a three-week waitlist (or longer) and have to suffer the sweltering heat! Thank goodness for Absolute Heat & Air.November 9, 2022I am so impressed by everyone Ive dealt with and, thanks to my technician today, Sean Doughty who thinks the Dewey brothers walk on water (my words, not his), Im so happy to find out about Absolute Heat & Air from my son, Chris Lyons!     I feel guilt for not choosing absolute. I opted to use another company because it was cheaper. Dylan was very professional and knowledgeable. He was the only one of my 4 quotes to be so thorough. That amount of quality comes with a price . Literally it was over my budget. After talking with Dylan I knew that if I gave absolute my business there would be no issue. I just couldnt swing the price gap between theirs and a close competitor. Financing options are amazing and they pointed out things no one else did. But the amazing part about that is they didnt pressure me to buy the extra . It was informed suggestions. My words not his... I took what he pointed out and am having someone cheaper look at the additional issues he found. Im grateful I had them come give me a quote and hopefully I wont regret using someone else. I know who Im calling if things go wrong again. If I only had the funds or wanted to pay payments for the next 4 years (0% interest if u have a down payment and qualify for it. ) sorry for taking your expertise and having someone else do it for less. Yall are great.

    We called and received a same day consultation. Jeff took his time to evaluate our situation.     I was really impressed when I got home. The house was really clean considering the amount of activity taking place. I expected a huge clean up job on my part. My house was so warm & comfy with my new unit & duct cleaning & attic installation. I could tell a huge difference even though the temp outside was 25 with the wind chill!!     Our A/C died on a Monday night, Dillon came out on Wednesday for an estimate cost. Kenna ordered the repair parts on Thursday and Jack, Mo, Jessie, Carlos all came out on Tuesday morning @ 9 to start the install. Mo worked on outside unit, Jessie cleaned the ductwork spotless, Carlos and Jack tackled the inside unit and we were cooling back down By 5 pm that evening. These guys and Absolute heat and air are awesome and very professional, would highly recommend them.

    Our a/c broke down and I was very nervous about having to call someone out. I’ve seen enough false sales pitches on the news and I was very worried about picking the wrong company. I got through on a early Sunday morning and Sean was out within a couple hours and had my system working in a mater of minutes. He replaced my faulty parts and didn’t tell me I needed a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. He was awesome and friendly as can be!     Our heater went out during a winter storm. There was already frozen rain and sleet in the roads but they arrived within 15 minutes of our call and it was after 7pm!! We knew that our unit was probably on its last leg and they confirmed it. But they were able to get it running on the emergency system and gave us heat overnight and now we are waiting to find out when they will be able to install a new unit for us. These are really wonderful, kind people. They came to our rescue in a really bad situation. The tech showed my husband exactly what the problem was so that we knew what was going on.     Absolute Air installed a new heat pump/AC in our home. They were competitively priced and able to get to it quicker than other companies who gave estimates because they had units in stock. The crew was professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves, which doesn’t happen often anymore. With changing out the inside unit as well—in the attic, it took until after 8 pm to finish the job (including cleaning ducts), but they didn’t seem to mind. It turned out that the blower motor on the new unit was bad and went out the next day. They had to have the part overnighted from Lubbock but because we called at 7pm on Thursday, it was sent out on a Friday and didn’t come in until Monday. One of the guys came out and brought not one, but two portable AC units for us to use in the bedrooms until they came back on Monday to install the part. We feel they went above and beyond to help us out with that. We would definitely recommend them.
