I really appreciate the job that was performed and the professionalism from the begin to end. The lady that gathered my information really helped by getting someone out here earlier than she had told me They didnt know I wasnt feeling well so they were a blessing. The young man that came out was top notch He looked around and accessed what the problem was tand unclog my sink and toilet in know time. He was so very patient with me when my phone went dead and I had to pay them. I wish I would have called them before using a so called Plummer. My problem would have been eliminated. We had a dual kitchen sink with a garbage disposal that was backed up. Called AA Plumbing and spoke to Victoria in the office. She said she would get someone out between 3 & 5. The technician showed up around 2. He was very professional and got right to work. He was very polite and told us what he was doing every step of the way. Within a few minutes the problem was solved and at a reasonable rate. I will definitely be calling them back if or when I have plumbing problems again.

I arrived at our ranch at 6 pm on a Friday and found a connection on my water softener spewing water. I shut it off and called All American and they arrived about an hour later and fixed the problem all while it was intermittently raining. I own an HVAC company and really appreciate this kind of service All American provides.9/17/2024 : I had an issue with my water softener and well running constantly. I called at 3:30AM i knew they werent open but wanted to get on their books for an appointment. They took care of my issue which was a bad receptacle for the softener. Everything is back to normal AGAIN. I cant thank them enough for their professionalism and cost for service.

I cant say enough good things about this company! After a pipe burst in my kitchen wall, they not only responded promptly to fix the leak, but also connected me with contractors to mitigate the mold, patch the drywall, and replace the kitchen. A few weeks later, a pipe in my laundry room was leaking and they came and repaired it the same day. This company and their world class service and expertise should be the first and only company that you call. They are here to find solutions and will not stop until they do. As for ourselves, plumbing is not a field that my husband and I are familiar with and when we went with another local, popular vendor they took advantage and provided zero result in order to get more money out of us. All American came in and did not price gouge us. We found out that our plumbing was rigged where the previous owner did not connect the plumbing to the city line…causing a major environmental hazard. This company advocated for us from start to finish. Instead they stayed with us to figure it all out the issue… as if it was their own home. They know what they’re doing and aren’t here to put a bandage on a giant leak. They are here to help fix the issue all the way through. What they did I cannot fully repay them. But this company is righteous and blessed because they do great deeds. Go with this company I promise you…. You will not be led astray. They’ve got you. AAP was the only place that said, Yes, we can be there today. Im so glad everyone else gave me later dates, or Well have to call you back. Those return calls have still not happened. That was probably a year ago. Victoria was very pleasant over the phone, explaining that the technician would be arriving in about an hour. Steve was very professional as he explained everything he was doing. I am now in need of their services once again, so I came to the internet to look them up. Ill be calling on them first thing in the morning. I dont want anybody else at this point. They have a customer for life if theyll keep me.

He had to cut an access into the living room wall that has cedar slats, so he was careful cut it where I can reuse the cutout portion to make an access door. Charles and his assistant came to my property to complete a plumbing service report for my insurance provider. He was very quick to initially get us on his service schedule, communicative prior to coming out, and was a pleasure while providing service. He explained everything he was doing and what he would document on the report, and even pointed out a potential issue of hardware that was installed incorrectly. He took the time to replace it at that same visit instead of scheduling another, and the report did not have to reflect this concern. I highly recommend him and his team, and would be glad to call him again if needed.

I have a place in melrose that I rent out. The hot water heater had went out and popes busted at water pump as well with days of each other. This team came out and accessed the issues, called me let me know what they found and gave me options on what that can be done. They gave me estimates from the cheapest option to the most expensive option and guarantee work. So I want the best to protect my investment and keep my renters happy. So I did go for the most expensive proposal and got all new piping for the outside pump and new water heater installed with new piping. I appreciate how quick that they were able to respond since I do not live in the area to go do the work myself and they did the work in a timely matter to have my house up and running within 2 days waiting for equipment. Thank you guys I hope that all will see this and use your work for the great experience that I have received!

From the beginning Greg was informative and friendly. He encouraged me to get a number of estimate before hiring a company for our job. His estimate was the lowest, but I also felt confident hiring him after a couple of conversations. The day they came to install our new water heater it was discovered that our pipes were in very bad shape. Greg personally came to evaluate it and gave us our options without trying to influence our decision. Upon our decision to avoid potential disaster and do a full re-pipe, they began work immediately. They worked full days, and late even on the second to last day to get the water running for us. Throughout the job they cleaned up so it wasnt a messy construction area all over the house. The last day they checked that everything was working properly and that we were happy with the job. To top it off, when our insurance adjuster had questions regarding some mold found during the re-piping Greg kindly took the time to call him and answer them. We are very happy with our experience with All American Plumbing! We will certainly call them again for plumbing needs and recommend them to friends and family. Thanks guys!!

I highly recommend Always Affordable Plumbing for your plumbing and appliance repair, including gas appliances. Our gas oven decided to die, after 5pm, the evening before Thanksgiving. After calling several places with no luck we were given Coreys number. Corey asked a few questions and said he would come see what he could do, if a certain part was broken he wouldnt be able to fix it but promised he would try. He drove from Newberry at 8pm, wore a mask and was happy to help. He fixed it! And showed me how to fix it if it happens again tomorrow, a part is going bad so well need to replace it, but this will get us through Thanksgiving.The best part was Corey seemed genuinely happy to help and not at all upset that he was called at 8pm the evening before Thanksgiving, he didnt rush and took time to show me a few things. We will definitely be calling them again when we replace the oven or for any plumbing/appliance repair needs.
