Matt and Michael saved the day. We dont ever expect fittings to go bad, but we had one, behind a shower faucet, on a Sunday... We called Waldroup plumbing on Monday morning and Porsha was so sympathetic, and the guys came out by 1:30 that afternoon. We might have just lucked out with their scheduling, but nonetheless, they were kind, professional, and efficient. Will call them again in a heartbeat when we face our next plumbing emergency (or non-emergency!).

Matt re-plumbed our bathroom during renovations, and he was very reasonably priced and did a great job. Later, when a pipe froze and burst, he was our first call. He came out on a Sunday morning and had our problem fixed in no time. Very happy with the service

Mr. Waldroup was tied up on another job when I called him, but he asked me to send him pictures of the problem, and he walked me through how to fix it step-by-step (offering to come by later in the evening, but telling me how I could fix it in the meantime.)He didn’t make any money off of me today, but he was honest and helpful and selfless with his time, and I will definitely be calling him in the future when I need a plumber.

Matt and his team saved the day when they came and repaired our well-tank. We were without water and because of their speedy and professional response we had water again in much, much less time than expected! Truly grateful!

We had a plumbing emergency in the afternoon the day before thanksgiving. We had guests at our nc cabin and we were in Florida. We must have called 40 plumbers, no one answered or could come out for several days. Mr Waldroup went to our cabin immediately and fixed the problem. He even sent us a bill rather than take payment over the phone. We will always use him from now on.
