I have only had great experiences with Joslin. They are reliable friendly. This town is growing and changing but Joslin remains to be the most reliable.Just this past week I had two unexpected issues. They showed up the same day. They found it was so simple they didn’t find it necessary to charge me. The techs are professional and friendly and they always show up positive even if they have been working all day in the heat.I’ve seen many companies who blatantly overcharge. Not Joslin. They are honest and only focused on resolving the issue rather than trying to sign you up for some membership.The staff is warm and friendly as well. They are the best.I was recommended by another local Franklin plumber a few years ago called Tweek The Leak who retired. He said Joslin is the only one he would trust and he was right as that’s been my experience.AC and Plumbing issues can be very stressful. Joslin is who you want to call so you don’t have to worry about the stress of dishonest and unreliable companies.I will always be a customer of Joslin. They are the best. The most honest, friendly and the most reliable.

Adam was excellent! Replaced our hot and cold valves for our washer, when asked made a recommendation for cut off valve and checked our water pressure. Provided quote while on site for both cut off valve and pressure regulator. We will use Joslin to install a pressure regulator and cut off valve soon. Adam was professional, efficient and friendly! Highly recommend Joslin for any plumbing needs. Excellent quality, Good value!

Joslin is just the best plumbing service in TN. I just had Timothy came over to replace a filter for me. He was right on time, extremely courteous, his job performance was excellent. He went above and beyond, he wanted to wipe off the water with his nice sweater, I gladly told him there is no need. He is definitely a keeper for Joslin

Our experience with Joslin was exceptional! So exceptional I’m writing this review. Joslin was responsive, set a realistic timeline and when Tim (the plumber) showed up - he got right to work! He explained/showed me in layman’s terms the problems, how he would fix them and then did just that. My experience - Joslin is very fairly priced and does honest, great work. Highly recommend.

The technician who came to my home today was much appreciated. He demonstrated a great work ethic, professionalism and was very friendly. He replaced my dripping outside faucets, sealing the openings with cement, not caulk, and cleared a clog for us. He was very thorough explaining each step of the process. I have a newfound respect for someone who will be my go to person in the future. The arrival time was a bit delayed, but like a fine wine, well worth the wait. Thank you very much- David

My father used Joslin for years, now I use them for hvac and plumbing. They have a strong stand in Williamson County! Their prices are reasonable, give exceptional service 99% of the time, and the ladies that handle the phones and dispatch the technician’s are the kindest people! Considering other companies most times money hogs and hard to reach, Joslin is the best choice! I hope they keep their hometown feel and dedication to this community!

Joslin is top notch. We had our faulty septic tank collapsed and a new grinder system installed last year. That has been working with no problems and we were able to resume the use of the plumbing system on the same day the work was started.Today we had the drain system in our house cleared to address gurgling drains. Note: The gurgling started recently and was not related to the new grinder system. The gurgling was caused by the internal drains.Justin, the Joslin technician, arrived at the time we were told he would be here. Very professional and thorough and he took time to answer our questions. He did an excellent job and we will definitely call Joslin again.January 22, 2024We had some problems with our heating system and Joslin sent a technician out within an hour of our call.Nathan quickly found the problem and even had the part we needed in his supplies.The entire experience was first rate from the person who answered our call to the technician (Nathan).I HIGHLY recommend Joslin for your heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

Called Joslin on Friday to get a plumber to fix our bathroom sink, which was draining very slowly. We were told they were too busy & would get to us probably on Tuesday. We agreed to wait on them till Tuesday & gave them the address & phone #.I got a call Monday afternoon from Joslin saying their technician was in the area & could be at our place in 15 minutes. Since I was home, I was pleased to get the plumbing work done asap.The technician was quick & fixed the draining issue i had originally called Joslin for. Soon, i remembered the loud noise the faucet made when hot water was turned on. I told him about that & he was happy to fix it too.Then I remembered that one of our toilet wont stop running water after a flush. He was quick & fixed that too. Next, I remembered my elementary school kid dropped something down the drain in the upstairs sink. I told him I needed that fixed, too. He soon took care of it. Got everything worked on in less than 30 minutes.I anticipated that we would be overcharged since we called him for 1 issue & got 4 problems solved. But to our surprise, the bill was for $90. We were happy that we werent being ripped off as most plumbing companies do.... Thanks to Joslin for ringing customers, honestly.I will surely be coming back to Joslin for all plumbing & or HVAC issues.

These guys are awesome. I used them a few months ago for plumbing and they did a great job so I just had them come out (in a ice storm I might add) to fix our HVAC. They showed up in about a hour of me calling and had the problem fixed within 10-15 minutes. Nathan did a great job. Their pricing is very fair, too. Once you find a company you can trust you’re going to keep using them. Honestly, it’s a relief when you have somebody to call that you can trust for plumbing and HVAC. You won’t feel like you’re getting ripped off or talked into something you don’t need by a used car salesmen. Highly recommended.

We came home from work to find our AC units were not working. We called Joslins afterhours hotline and their repairman, Nathan called us back in a matter of minutes. He arrived within the timeframe he provided us and quickly diagnosed the issues. Our AC was up and running within one hour of his arrival at the house. Cost was reasonable given the urgency and time of day that we needed the work done. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

I was also impressed by how he cleaned everything up after the install. FABULOUS experience start to finish ! Last Friday a big name plumbing/HVAC company couldnt unclog our kitchen sink after working 2 hrs.. Said they would have to come back 3 days later with 2 men at the cost of $1300.00. Our neighbor recommended Joslin. Called them this morning, Blake showed up a little later & in less than 30 minutes the sink was clear. And it only cost $110!!! Blake was polite, friendly, & knowledgeable.Joslin will be our go-to company for plumbing/HVAC issues....no more big name company!
