    I’m just writing to let Lee Company know how much I appreciate your employee, Trace. He saw me struggling and crying while trying to dig out the shut off valve for my outdoor water. I have been sick with the flu all week and am a single mom. I got a phone call from a male neighbor saying my water was leaking and then had another male neighbor knock on my door to let me know my water was spraying. Both know I am a single mom and neither helped. Then Trace came along and didn’t even ask, but just started digging and within minutes was able to shut the water off for me. I can’t tell you how something so small made my day, my week, my month. Especially being a single mom who was home sick with two sick kids all week. Thank you Trace. I hope your company is appreciative to have someone like you.

    I needed quick service to fix an inspection item on a house that I was selling. Every company I contacted couldn’t respond for days or even weeks.     Want to share Lee Companys commitment to customer service. I called them with a problem after going through another service company. My problem was that my kitchen exhaust hood with a roof mounted blower. Appliance service company fixed part of the problem but wouldnt go on roof. Lee Company was great to work with. It took several technicians to get to the bottom of the problem & fix it. They didnt give up! Assured me they would fix it period & they did! Great people to work with. Courteous, on time etc. 100% satisfied now. 100% recommended.

    Lee Company truly does it all: electrical, plumbing, HVAC and even high-end appliance installation. We have used them for all of these things and more and they always do an absolutely top notch job. Their most recent work of putting in 10 new GE Monogram appliances for our remodel was professional, timely, done with excellence, and as we have found with all of our Lee Company interactions done with a winning attitude. Lee Company is an amazing company filled with amazing professionals who not only know their business but are just great people.

    I am very happy with Lee Company and I would highly recommend them. Everyone that I had contact with was extremely helpful. We had an entire heating/cooling system installed. One thing that sticks out was how through everyone was. We are building our barndominum and the set up is a bit unique. They took the time to make sure everything that was ordered/installed would give us the best experience.

    We have been a customer of Lee Company for many years, with a 10-year gap when we relocated, but immediately became a customer again when we moved back to Nashville. Lee Company employees are friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and punctual. Over the past 30 years we have had to replace HVAC units in both of our homes, and we have used their electrical and plumbing services. We would not use anyone else!

    Rich was fantastic. Very detail oriented. Very systematic in how he broke down the job into steps. We needed to have some drywall work done following a re-piping of out first floor. Our laundry room looks like it always has. No evidence of the cut-out in our dry wall. Our garage was basically unfinished. We had two drywall cutouts to upgrade our plumbing. The walls in the garage look better now than they did before all the repair work was started.Rich always cleans up so your space is ready to go when he leaves.

    We had a problem with our upstairs AC unit. We put in a service call to LeeCo. . Jacob Stout came out to take care of us; and that is exactly what he did. He quickly assessed the problem and checked to see if we were covered under warranty. He explained the situation in words both my husband and I could understand. And he took the time to answer our questions. I would request Jacob to service our account again. We have always had good service from Lee Co.

    They were slightly delayed, and called us, apologized..not necessary...and were soon there. We had both electrical and HVAC maintenance plan service. A VERY reasonable outside AC connection addition was made...new box and everything.We were surprised at how reasonable the price was. Suggestion...get the maintenance plan...that way any work done that day has no work call charge. Very pleased, as usual.

    This is a review and advice to all who may be unaware of one of the most common causes for higher water bills. That culprit is a leaking toilet that will over time lead to ghost flushing. At first its barely heard (or not at all), then progresses to the point that you will think someone is in the bathroom when no one is present; hence, the term ghost flushing.One effective way to determine if you have a toilet with an internal leak is to pour Red Food Dye into the water tank. Do not flush the toilet for about an hour. If you see any signs of red dye in the toilet bowl, its either the Flush Tower where the so-called Flapper is connected or its the Flapper itself that has deteriorated over time - not sealing properly allowing water in the tank to slowly flow out into the bowl. The red dye is usually seen slowly flowing from the flush hole in the bottom of the bowl.In our case, it was the Flush Tower causing the problem. The seals (gaskets) had deteriorated. To be proactive, the Flapper was also replaced along with the Flush Tower.I give Lee Company a Five Star rating for two important reasons:1) Our go to plumber from Lee Company (Josiah) installed a Flush Tower that was not quite up to par yet, it was the type that had been used in the past. It turned out it was a faulty design. Josiah replaced the Flush Tower with a well known brand under warranty. We were not charged extra for anything.2) Josiah is very conscientious about his work - quite professional. We have had the is same, very good experience with any Lee Company Technician.In summary: Lee Company stands behind their work. Some people say they are the most expensive. To that I say: You get what you pay for. My past experience has shown you usually pay more in the long run when cheap is the motivating factor.

    Very pleased with the service provided by Rafael Castro with Lee Company:We built our home with an extremely unethical builder in the area and we have had issues with one of the units every year since we received the certificate of occupancy (first month> present).This past issue we used Lee Company and we extremely pleased. The technician came out the same day I called and he fixed the issue. He was careful with ensuring the repair was causing the problem. Another tech promptly delivered xtra parts to complete the job. Our heat was back on the same day!!The cost for the work was reasonable. We were getting fed up with the high cost of appliance repair in our area, but I have to admit, I was not disappointed with the charges. We appreciated the honesty and time the technician took with discussion the issues and cost of the repair. Other larger companies farm out the service work to contractors and you never know what you will get...Given the prompt response, genuinely friendly, professional technician, and reasonable service and repair fees, we will be using Lee Company going forward.

    This company has been 1st rate for me. I signed up for the home maintenance contact after having them respond for a 3 year old A/C that went out. They responded in a day and had it fixed that same day. I made the huge mistake of forgetting I had this contract when my water heater blew its guts out. I paid another independent person $500 to swap out my water heater, only to discover it was leaking!! Who found this? The Lee Company employee who was doing my electrical inspection! I had Lee send a plumbing person to do my plumbing inspecton who corrected the leaking issue & installed a termal pressure overflow that should have been then to begin with. He also mentioned having a dehumidifier installed after hearing I have air purifiers in each of my main rooms/bedroom due to my hubby and I having breathing issues. So I had another Lee Employee come out to take a look. Upon his inspection & report, we then had Lee install the dehumidifier with the system that promotes cleaner air coming into the home. I feel very fortunate to have found Lee Company. Each of their employees are respectful and extremely knowledgeable. They convey confidence with the work they do and seem to take pride in their work, as they are always happy to show me & explain (in detail) the work they have done. From the wonderfully kind folks who answer the phone, to the bidders on the jobs, to the actual crews who do the work, I have yet to have any negative communicatinos or vibes from this company. They respond quickly to any type of contact, be it on the phone or on line. They have also contacted me on the day they are coming out to your home, to alert you to their arrival. If they do not arrive on their scheduled time, they contact you to let you know a new eta. I strongly advise you contact Lee Company for any work you need done on your home. You will get quality work done with a guarantee, by folks who have pride in their work & have personal satisfaction in a job well done. (Looking at you James & Nolan!!)

    This past week was my annual Plumbing maintenance appointment. Mina arrived on time, first thing in the morning. He did a very thorough inspection. A number of issues were discovered. He was able to show me videos of the problems that he found. I decided that due to the nature of them, it was better to go ahead and get them fixed rather than put them off. Mina was able to get to work right away. Lee Company trucks are very well stocked. One of the projects was a two person job, so Ryan came out to help in the afternoon. These two gentlemen worked solid until around 10 pm. I did not hear a single grumble or complaint. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Lee Company has worked on my home for years and they have earned my trust.

    Chuck from the Clarksville/Hopkinsville location is amazing!!!!! He saved us so much money and while you’d likely think that caused Lee Company to lose out on money that couldn’t be further from the truth.     The technician came out on the first visit and replaced the thermostat for the HVAC, which was apparently the issue. It turned out it wasn’t and he came back the following day and worked until he found the problem, and then had to find parts. He returned early the next working day with parts and made the repair. His dedication to fixing the problem was extremely admirable.

    I have left one review for Lee Inc. below, but felt I needed to add another, because they just completed an install of two AC units on my home yesterday. I interacted with the repairman who first came to my house, the Lee agent who sold me the AC systems, and two installation crews. I am completely satisfied with all of them. I found them to be professional and polite and they answered all of my questions. Im glad I chose Lee Company for the install and feel that I got great service at a great price.The repairman Matt came out this morning. He did a great job and wore a mask, gloves and feet coverings. He also wiped down the phone I used to make payment. First off, thanks for keeping us safe, secondly, thanks for fixing my electrical problem, and third, thanks for being professional and nice.     Lee company repaired our sewerage system two years ago and we were very pleased. I love that there are high quality professionals working there, starting with the one who answers the calls and others. Andrey called and said that in 40 minutes he would be at our house. Andrey explained everything very professionally, very patiently answered all our questions, explained that he would order spare parts and complete his work. We were confident that he would fix our electric stove. By the way, Chris, who also works for Lee company , called us today and said that the spare parts had arrived. This is how they work in a well-coordinated and professional manner in this company.

    I had Lee Company come out and do some inspections on plumbing on a house I was selling. The tech was courteous, friendly and happy to explain everything to me.     I called Lee Company in a moment of need and Lonnie and Steven(Blake) were dispatched to my house as a end of the day fit in appointment. I was thankful the dispatcher even said they would come out same day. Lonnie and Blake fixed my drain,toilet,seal, and replaced everything that was terribly wrong and fixed it the right way with quality craftsmenship. I probably won’t have to touch it for 10 years!     I opted for a home water filtration system. Lee Co sent a plumbing team to install it, bathroom and kitchen faucets and remove and replace old pipes. The plumbers were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and executed their plan as discussed. I am very pleased with the outcome. The water tastes great and everything looks great.     We had our two new HVAC units installed in March and I have waited to review the experience until I we were sure they would continue to work properly. In summary, the experience from start to finish was a very pleasant one. The quote we received was professional, comprehensive and competitive. Two install teams of four well-dressed, polite, friendly, and experienced gentlemen arrived on time with the right equipment and supplies. The removal and installation went very smoothly and, somewhat amazingly, the recycling company truck arrived and removed all the old equipment from our yard within minutes after the removal was complete. When the four installers left, you would never have known they had been there except we had two new, properly working systems. And, somewhat unique to the industry, as long as we keep the reasonably priced service agreement we have had with Lee four years, both parts AND LABOR are warranted for 10 years. We got two other quotes before having Lee do our work and are sure we made the right decision.

As we have used Lee Co. to do maintenance on our AC unit for several years, we knew we could depend on the great service we have always experienced with Lee Co.     In preparation of selling my house, I enlisted Lee company to do some maintenance checks and repairs. The TL;DR version of this review is I found the entire team to be responsive, professional and knowledgeable in their respective fields. Also, Im certain my dogs are convinced that I hired Lee Co. just so they could be loved on everyday for the week they came to my home. Now on to the detailed review....Dispatch - Every person I spoke to in the dispatch department was friendly and helpful. With several different service types needed, I was pleased with how organized and efficient they were in not only scheduling everyone I needed but getting them to my house as soon as they could.HVAC - David came to address a concern I had with my HVAC system. He addressed my concerns, educated me on what could be happening, serviced the system, and gave me peace of mind on its performance.Electrical - Ryan initially came to fix an outdoor light fixture but was also able to address a concern I had with an interior light. He advised me on everything that needed to be done to fix the light, helped schedule everyone I needed to fix the issue, and ensured he was the one to come back to the house to fix everything on the electrical side after he returned from time off.Plumbing - Gregg came to advise on the interior light fixture situation but also helped me fix a shower handle that had been installed incorrectly with the wrong parts by the previous owner. He was able to determine the correct parts needed and helped me on the installation as well.Home Maintenance - Ray came out to repair the drywall after the interior light was fixed and he did a great job. The area he repaired looks good as new.Overall, I highly recommend using Lee Company for your home repair needs. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and they loved my dogs (not required but a bonus). Im so glad I hired them for everything as they made all the service calls and repairs seamless. Pricing wise, I would say it was as economical as possible. You definitely want to hire insured professionals for home repair and maintenance if you are not knowledgeable in those fields. Spend the extra money and hire the right people for the job. Had the previous owner done that, I wouldnt have had to pay for the mistakes their handyman did.

    Lee Company does a phenomenal job. They are not the cheapest and trust me, not the most expensive. The electrician also gave me other great advice that will save me lots of money. He recomended other much cheaper options than what I had in mind, which he was ready to do. However, he happily said, I can do whatever you want Sir. Im here for you. Lee Company is the only folks, I truly feel confident in and trust completely. Their expertise has a calming effect. So, I bought peace of mind as well. That may be the best value. He was also very meticulous in clean up. I was blown away! He placed items back exactly like the were. He was very accommodating, friendly, conversational, and professional. I very much appreciated him. Great guy.

With my discount for the Lee Company quarterly checkup, the repair charge was half what I thought it would be. Two other service companies wanted to charge $85 to $100 just to come out and evaluate the problem—in addition to parts and labor.

    Outstanding service. Technician came and worked until nearly midnight two nights ago to solve an AC crisis and finished the job first thing the next day. Lee is not the least expensive but the work seems to be sound. I have found all technicians to be polite and they deliver a written summary of the work done. Appointments are on time and communication is very good between me, the home office and the technician.

    I had a Lee Company technician come out to check my AC unit as it was not cooling properly. The technician that came out was very nice and helpful. He detected a leak in the evaporator coil and to tide me over until I could file a claim with my home warranty company, he added more refrigerant to the system. The next day, however, all the refrigerant had leaked back out which was unexpected. Lee company sent another technician out to my house free of charge within an hour of notifying them. This technician found a much bigger leak that the first technician did not catch. They gave me a price to fix it and even discounted the price I paid for the refrigerant on the first visit. Mistakes are going to be made by everyone. They are apart of life. Lee Company, however, handled this situation in the best way possible. Highly recommend.

    I have the monthly maintenance plan with Lee Company, and it is the best reassurance I can have for home care, upkeep and maintenance on all my appliances, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, plus they also can do repairs as well! The service technicians are always very professional and courteous. They are always very punctual for appointments, and they doreminder calls. They are very thorough when explaining what they are checking and looking for, as well as detailed on explaining what repairs may need to be done and itemize the cost.     This was not my first experience with Lee Company. Valentin arrived five minutes early, very unusual for Tennessee contractors. They are usually very late! He was very pleasant. He was here to try to prevent water infiltration on an outside wall with vinyl siding. He brought a ladder and looked around. After carefully evaluating the problem he explained that if he were to try to caulk to attempt to seal the wall, I would not be satisfied and it would almost certainly still leak. Instead he suggested a roofing/siding contractor should take a look and then quote. While it will surely cost more, I wont have wasted money on having Lee Company do something that wont solve my problem. Lee Company did not charge for the visit. Valentin was very honest and seemed to be looking out for my best interest.

    From a first time customer of Lee....Quality, professional service, thus far we will call them again. A few to many follow up emails :) BUT that is expected I suppose from a good business. The phone calls to set up the appointment were handled smoothly, professionally and with a sense of caring.... the technician arrived at the appointed time (in fact a few minutes early). All things said at the end of the day did they do the work well and has my problem they came to resolve been corrected? So far so good.... their pre-service actions would indicate the beginning of a good customer / service provider relationship....Cost seems fair and reasonable too....Seen some less expensive, others more, so all is good....

    I had 3 electrical issues that had to be fixed. My go-to electrician had retired and I was dreading having to work with someone I didnt know or trust. So I put out several requests on Yelp on Sunday night to have companies contact me. Lee Company called at 7:30am Monday morning to schedule a visit. They explained thoroughly what the visit would cost and how each service would be priced and then I could accept or decline. The electrician, Dan Miller, was just excellent. He was very clear explaining what he would do, why it would benefit me, and how much it would cost. He was also exactly on time and had called me 30 minutes ahead of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Im very pleased with the service I received and want Dan Miller to be my go to guy for all things electric in the future.

    We use Lee for all of our HVAC, Water, Electricity needs and have joined their Quarterly PM program. For this issue our ceiling lights blinked and went out unexpectedly with visitors in for the holidays. After doing all of the self checking we could, we called Lee at 8:30AM in the morning and requested a priority visit. They arrived at 10:30AM. The Tech did some basic troubleshooting and discovered a neutral wire that had the set screw mounted into the insulation versus the bare wire. When the weather turned cold, the screw lost contact. Problem solved. What I loved is that when the bill was sent electronically, it also had a video of the entire repair as proof of the work performed.     Had the heating / cooling guy and the plumber guy this week for maintenance service. Both took time to evaluate my systems and gave me current information then future predictions. Appreciated the facts as they saw it. There were no sales pitches made, just advice I could take it or leave it. As always they had ready answers to my questions.     My air conditioning went out on Saturday afternoon. I logged on to the Lee Company website that night and requested an appointment online. The very next morning I received a call from Kelly asking about my problem and what they could do to help me out. I was able to get an appointment at 8am Monday morning and had cool air within a couple of hours. They were fast to respond, courteous, professional and got the job done! Great customer service!

    Our goal this year was to fix any issues which had come up in our home during the 9 years we have owned it. As we are members of Lee Companys Home Maintenance Program, they came out to do the annual heating inspection (very thorough, no problems), the annual plumbing inspection (a minor issue -- had to remove a pressure regulator that should have been removed when the hot water heater was relocated from the second floor), duct cleaning (a major job -- there was not only the expected dirt and dust, but a great deal of building debris and trash from the original build) and the installation of a home air purification system We all breathe much better now! Then we had them come out and re-point some mortar in a wall joint. Turns out the problem was again from the original build -- the mix was of poor quality and only the barest coat was put in. Every technician that came out was extremely polite and professional and took care of our home as if it were their own. Would recommend Lee Company to others in a heartbeat!

    The Lee Company is the epitome of what a professional customer oriented company should be. My air went out and I had small children in the home. They did a same day service call. The technician did everything he could to get the old unit to work, however it was done. He gave me some information on new systems, but wasnt pushy at all. Once I decided to purchase a new unit, the oncall project manager not only came to my home at 9:30pm to complete the paperwork he brought 2 window air conditioners and installed them both!! Maybe I could have gotten a cheaper unit with another company, but I could have NEVER gotten the kind of customer service I received from The Lee Company. I would Highly recommend The Lee Company.

    DeWayne Bragg is our technician and he is all about customer service. He is always on-time and lets us know when hell arrive for our service window. DeWayne is thorough, and checks everything each time he comes, i.e., Spring and Fall. So many companies say they are all about customer service, but so many are just giving lip service. Very happy with Lee Company and especially with DeWayne and his professional work ethic.

    A few years ago they installed an hvac system for our second floor. Last week it went out. A wire issue. Of course, it was after hours. We troubleshooted for a few hours. Finally we called their emergency number. The technician was here within 45 minutes. He found the problem and fixed what he could. They came back the next day and finished the job. Our plan covered the cost. They are friendly, and professional.

    Lee Company is fantastic. They are always prompt and call before arrival and if they are running late someone calls you in plenty of time to let you know. When they are at your home they great care care of it. They are always professional. They explain what they are going to do then do it and after they are finished they give a recap of what was done and give some recommendations that might prevent the problem from occurring in the future. Lee company is the only company I trust for plumbing, heating, and electrical work at my home. A + plus service.

    I called Lee because Saturday morning, we realized our HVAC unit upstairs had went out and we had to leave for vacation early Sunday morning, and our regular HVAC guy was, of course, busy on such short notice. Lee was able to find a tech who could squeeze me in and fixed the problem, replacing a breaker on the unit, in the same visit. He was very nice, very respectful of our home, and the price was reasonable. We would certainly use them again.

    Weve lived in this house for 29 years and the master bedroom, above the bonus room, has never been a cool place to sleep.     It started with our amazing sales guy Anthony. He was friendly and knew sooo much. Most importantly he was patient because we had a million questions. We now have our new heat and air unit installed with the Halo water system. WOW!! They get the job done and the install guys were as nice as could be. They kept me in the loop of what was going on and cleaned up everything after they were done. Even did a walk around with me to make sure nothing was missed and answered any questions.     Our A/C went out in the heat of the summer. We called Lee Company in the morning and they came out that evening. The repair serviceman was clean and polite. He was able to fix our A/C within a hour. I would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends and neighbors. I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt so expensive. Our repair was $500. I guess you pay the prove for great service.

    Lee Companys tech, Nathan, came when he said he would come and inspected our HVAC system. Lee Company comes twice a year as we have a service contract. We have not had a problem with our aging system, but we have faith that if we ever do need help, they will be there as quickly as they can.     I recently had a humidifier and new thermostats installed at my home in Franklin. My installers came when they said they would, were very professional, polite and courteous.After installing my equipment, Lee Company Employee Jose was extremely helpful in explaining my new thermostat to me. Since it was a programmable one I was not looking forward to reading the instruction manual to figure out how to program it. Without my even asking Jose spent the time to go over the steps to set up my thermostat. Not only did he explain it but he had me demonstrate back to him the steps. When he left I was able to set up my thermostat without even opening the instruction book. I wish someone had done that for me with my new TV!I was more than satisfied with my Lee Company experience and would highly recommend Lee to anyone I know who needs their services.

    What you pay for at Lee Company is their talent level. Every technician they have sent us is a true professional.They are not perfect and they make mistakes - and so I’m really baffled at other people’s reviews because too many people expect perfection.I have noticed that they always honor their word if something doesn’t go as planned.We have used them for 10 years now on our plumbing, HVAC, and on our electrical too. I’ve always been impressed with how thorough they are when they explain the issues with your home.One thing I would personally recommend is the “Home Maintenance” - it recently saved us a major headache. Our HVAC unit was about to have a breakdown but the maintenance check caught it! What was potentially a $1000 repair was just $137 dollars.In all honesty, we never even think about calling anyone else.The other aspect I love about them is literally they give back to the community in real ways. They really do invest in Tennessee with Second Harvest Food Bank, and a ton of charities throughout the area.

    We were without heat on the 2nd coldest day of the year (the coldest was the next day). They had a technician out within 15 minutes of my call in and then had a gentleman who does their job estimates out within an hour and a half. Very impressive. Once we decided to go ahead with a complete HVAC system, they had a crew of 4 men out first thing the next morning and had my old system out and a new system installed within 5 hours. Again very impressive on the coldest day of the year and us having no heat.There was an issue with the install, however, and the line removing the excess water to the recirculating pump was not installed correctly and the system shut itself down later that evening. Again, no heat on now the coldest night of the year. I called the company around 9 or 9:30 that night. Their emergency technician was in a town an hour away and promptly called me to say he could get to me around 11:00. William showed up at 10 minutes to 11:00 and spent the next hour re-configuring the line that was incorrectly installed. William had a very good attitude for being out so late on such a miserably cold night and had us with heat again before he left so we could go to sleep.Overall, a very good experience with them with the one inconvenience. I will continue to use them due to their good and quick service and I appreciated the 10 year warranty on parts and labor on my new system.
