    Ozzy, Mike, and his whole family are wonderful to work with!I had Ozzy come hydro jet my property last week, he and his whole team are very professional.Despite an honest mistake on his part that caused a mess in two of my units, Ozzy called in his entire family to come help clean up! Within a few hours they scrubbed the units clean and left them nearly as good as they were before! He then made sure the sewer line was thoroughly cleaned, and even gave me a one year warranty on flow!Overall, I am very pleased with Ozzy. He is a man of his word and an honest man to do business with. He and his family worked very hard to fix his mistake and I am very grateful to have found him. I will be using him for all of my plumbing needs.

    Hands down the best plumbing service I have ever worked with. Responsive, informative, reliable, and best of all, effective! They are an awesome team and always solve the problem.     I must say Mike was a real professional. Ozzie scheduled me between 4-6 and was a able to give me a same day Appointment. He said if he can, hell call me if he can get someone here sooner. He gave a 45 minute head up notice that Mike will be arriving within 40 minutes and showed up an hour earlier than scheduled. He was polite and entered my home with boot covers and was very friendly and I was very satisfied with the service and customer friendly conversation. He answered all questions and was done having my pipes cleaned and roded out in about an hour. Service was excellent, everyone I dealt with was great and pricing was very fair. Id recommend them anytime. 💯% satisfied 😁

    Mike and Ozzy are truly the best! A small plumbing job turned into a whole day ordeal. Mike was a real professional, was always cleaning up after himself, and gave me regular updates throughout the job. Ozzy was also really sweet in explaining the issues in simple words so I could understand what was going on. Appreciate the amazing work that they do!

    Legit you will not get better plumbers than these guys right here. Ozzy and Mike are the best in the biz! Honest and fair pricing, they came out in the evening to unclog a residential sewer line and they fought the clog till the line opened up. I will be trusting them with all my plumbing needs in the future.Dont give it a second thought, call them if you need plumbing work or you will be sorry you didnt go with them first!Thanks again guys!

    Mike came to my house to unclogg a kitchen sink. After some work and investigation he realized its bigger than just a small clog. After calling in Ozzy for backup they spent 2 days researching the plumbing system of my hodgepodge house trying everything they could. Eventually they got everything unclogged in a way that will keep us running smooth for a long time. Keeping our house clean and undamaged from the sewage was their main goal which was very appreciated. They were very thorough and always transparent about their pricing which I found to be extremely fair for their efforts. I chose these guys because of the reviews I read, I wont go anywhere else for my plumbing needs after they performed better than expected.You guys ROCK!

    Mike was a lifesaver. Having toilet issues is pretty much my worst housing nightmare. So when it started leaking water from base, I was absolutely losing my mind. I called white star and they sent out Mike right away. Mike was not only knowledgeable but definitely settled me down throughout the whole situation. Everything works great and while I dont expect anymore toilet issues, I know who I will be calling for any other plumbing issues. Highly recommend!

    Had a great experience with White Star in dealing with tree root problems and sewer issues. Ozzy explained what the problem was and took the time to answer any questions that we had. He showed us where the issues were by inserting a camera. Our problem was taken care of promptly. We were kept informed at all times. Highly recommend.     I called them with a simple part replacement. when Ozzy got here it wasnt a simple part replacement. I needed a new water heater. while they were here he ordered a new water heater and within an hour it was installed. they did a great job, left my house clean and looking like they were never here, except I now have hot water. Love this company and the people that work here. thank you so much.

    Ozzie explained the hydro jetting and the exact type of work they were going to do along with what to expect.What set them apart from the rest was their process. They will insert the camera, show you exactly where the clog and drainage issues are happening, and will then proceed to do the work. They then go back with the camera and continue doing the work where it needs to be done. Overall very thorough work with competitive pricing and cant recommend them enough.
