    First impression is crucial and this company understands that. My call was returned within 24 hours with a suggested available time frame. Then the appointment was confirmed based on my availability. They followed up by text / email with a photo of the plumber that that’s coming to the house. Chris Sullivan showed up on time with his helper Tobey, they started with a preview of what to expect and went right to work. The issue was that my shower would dispense only hot water no matter how much I tried to adjust it. They took care of the issue with care, and now I enjoy taking shower more so than ever since the water pressure seems to be improved considerably and the hot water issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Chris took the time to explain everything from soup to nuts . He’s very professional and courteous; not to mention his pleasant and easy to talk to.

    We had G&C Plumbing come to our house and are thoroughly pleased by their professionalism and service. Anthony was our primary plumber. He is very knowledgeable with a wonderful attention to detail, respectful of our house and time, and does not try to oversell any services. He completed numerous projects within our home along with apprentice plumbers, who were also very professional (Cole and Ashley). We are happy to finally have a reliable plumbing company for all of our future plumbing needs. Highly recommend without reservations.

    If I could give Anthony more than 5 stars, I would. He did a super job as our main plumber in replacing faucets, toilets and sinks in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. From the beginning while we were choosing our new fixtures to the completion of the project Tony was informative, professional and attentive to detail. In short, he does great work. I would absolutely recommend Tony and G&C Plumbing, which we have used before without issues.

    Chris and Joe were super knowledgeable and professional! Very friendly and outgoing!! I got same day service, and Chris even told me exactly what I needed to get vanity wise at home depot for installation.I get a warranty and everything!!Thanks guys!!Update!! I have added photos of my before and after of my bathroom!!As you can see I was in pretty bad shape before. The new vanity and faucet are a perfect fit!! It is so unique as you just push the bottom of the sink to stop it up and to drain it. Plus I now have storage space in my bathroom!!Install day, was great! Chris and Zach (I think ) were once again super friendly and outgoing explaining things along the way. They cleaned up after themselves, took all of the trash out and vacuumed before they left!!My dog who is super unfriendly...even liked them both!!!5 star!! Thank you very much!!

    Short notice was provided and Fay was able to work with my complex scheduling requirements to have toilets and vanity removed and replaced while a flooring removal and replacement was going on the next business day. Sully and Tony were the first to arrive and Evan joined them and they were thorough, detailed, responsive and offered excellent professional advice. Fay provided preliminary cost, we added on work and Sully and Tony were very detailed with cost and work required- I ask alot of questions. We received regular updates from Tony and Sully and Sully, Tony and Evan completed the job. We added on a baseboard heat replacement and Sully completed that as well. We are very happy with the work G&C plumbing completed for us.

    G&C came to my home and replaced my fridge water line connection to the water copper pipes in the basement by adding a new T to it. They also replaced by garbage disposal (new one was a Badger 5) and the piping that connects it and the two sinks to the sewage pipe.The crew is professional and courteous. The service is excellent.Sometimes you hire someone who claims himself a plumber for cheap and they have no experience in plumbing. They do a crazy nonsense pipe installation that you are not aware of until a real plumber comes in and tells you all about. The real plumber in this case was G&C. They have come and fixed all the issues the previous so called plumber has caused.The G&C price was rather salty ($1,234) but you are paying for knowledge, quality and trust. It is a money paid for peace of mind.

    Id highly recommend the G&C team. They were very transparent about the work that needed to be done, offered multiple options, and gave upfront pricing. Sully (Chris) and Zach were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and installed a new garbage disposal (no prior one was in the sink) within a couple of hours in the same day of giving an estimate. They also made sure to thoroughly clean up after the job was done. Thanks!I had held off on this project for a while but within ~24 hours of making the call to schedule an appointment, I now have a garbage disposal that Ive wanted for months!

    We did a lot of research before deciding to use G&C Plumbing & Heating. We met with Brandon (and Roy, the electrician they contract) and they were very thorough and gave us options to fit our budget.The problem we presented to them was that we had a water heater hidden behind the furnace in an HVAC closet in our living room. New regulations for the tanks made it difficult to replace with the size we needed for the confined space. Removing the furnace, and putting it back together, to get a replacement gas water heater, would have been time consuming and costly.We came upon an idea to shut off, drain, and leave our gas water heater in the HVAC closet and then put an electric water heater in a coat closet. Brandon felt we might be able to snake a line above the ceiling using an access hatch that was available, but if that was impossible they might have to cut (chase) the ceiling which would be more expensive.Shawn, the main technician, attempted to snake the pipes but there was just too much venting in the way. He came up with an idea to send the hoses underneath the stairs. This totally worked and the insulation in that space assures that the pipes won’t freeze in the winter. Tony assisted him, and they were both very polite, courteous, and thorough. All work was done professionally, and I was updated through each stage of the project. Once completed, they left all spaces clean and tidy.We can’t say enough good things about G&C Plumbing & Heating. It was a pleasure working with Brandon, Shawn, and Tony. Patti, who initially scheduled our estimate was great as well. The electrician Roy sent did a great job, too!We give G&C Plumbing & Heating our highest recommendation and would not hesitate to use them again for all our HVAC and Plumbing needs.Dave and Patty North-Martino

    A+ work with G&C Plumbing. They did awesome work fixing a drain issue and a toilet hookup that needed to be replaced. Casey came out first and went over what options I had to repair the issues.     G & C is our go to for all our plumbing needs, and I never see that changing. From the very first time when our ceiling started leaking in the middle of the night and they came to rescue, to when we paid a company to hook up our new oven only to find out they were not allowed to hook up our new oven and so G & C did it, to today when, in the midst of replacing our toilets they found the time to get my wife flowers when they found out she had just lost her grandmother, the level of kindness, care, professionalism, and excellence everyone at G&C has shown goes above and beyond. They are excellent plumbers and excellent humans.

    Chris Barry, Cooper and the whole crew that assisted on our boiler project did a great job. The guys were always careful when bringing in and removing the old boiler, it was not the easiest of routes. Chris and Cooper did a great job with the installation.     Sully and Mason arrived on time. Sully evaluated my problem and gave me all of my options. He answered my questions thoroughly and clearly. Sully and Mason were professional and courteous. They took special care when going through the house to wear protective covering on their shoes so not to soil any flooring. Sully gave me frequent updates on the progress and showed me each step as completed. They were very neat and cleaned their work areas completely before leaving.     Sully and Evan were amazing! They came to install a turn off valve for our spigot in the new house we purchased. They were on time and very professional. They gave us multiple financial options and provided wonderful service. They helped us decide on the most cost effective solution which included installing a brand new spigot. They were clean and efficient. I would DEFINITELY use their services again and would request to have Sully or Evan come out for any other projects. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

From the time I initially reached out via chat on the website, through my experience today when my disposal was replaced, I found the entire process easy and pleasant.Edited October 13, 2022I used G&C again, this time for a water heater replacement. Chris S and Tony D did the replacement today, and they both (along with someone else who came out when I needed the old tank checked out, whose name I regrettably cannot recall) were incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional.     My sister was in need of some plumbing repairs and she complained that she had tried calling some and they never showed up or were crazy expensive. I found G&C from a Google search and chose them based on their solid positive reviews. They were fantastic! From the first call, Faye was professional and helpful and scheduled an appointment the very next day. The crew came out, on time, were professional, clean, respectful and provided an estimate and a thorough explanation. They did the work the same day!     Could not be happier with our experience with G & C plumbing! It was truly exceptional customer service. They came to our rescue after a disaster in our home and listened to our concerns in other areas of the home, then were able to make appropriate recommendations. The work was done quickly, efficiently, with professionalism and to the dollar of the quotes given. We had several things done to enhance our septic system as well as a water filter installed. These gentlemen were true professionals, they arrived on time with positive attitudes, described everything so I could understand and made additional suggestions to help us. In addition they truly seemed concerned about our safety and happiness in our home. Cant recommend this business enough, will be sure to tell my friends, family and neighbors about this great experience. Oh also, they were super with my dogs who kept getting in their way, which was an added bonus.     Chris Sullivan and Joseph did an excellent job of repairing my burst kitchen sink cold water line. They showed up on time with a friendly professional attitude. Quoted the project and performed the repair. They kept me in the loop with what was being repaired and how they were accessing the pipe. They also did an excellent job cleaning up.     Fantastic!!! I would give more than 5 stars! Left a message on Saturday Greg called me back right away professional, extremely thorough with my different options and schedule an appointment for first thing on Monday morning for my hot water heater to be replaced. Chris Berry and Chris Moulton came to do the install, and they were both professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable on replacing the hot water heater.     I had used another plumber. Within days I noticed leaks from what was supposed to be fixed. I called G&C plumbing on my lunch break and they had an opening that day. Chris and Cooper were able to come to my house, they were professional, clean, and nice from start to finish. They inspected the problem area and within a few minutes pointed out the problem and gave me various options to choose from. After listening to my concerns and answering my questions they fixed the issue and cleaned up as if they werent even here. I feel so much more confident in their work than I did with other plumbers.     Had a great experience with G&C! The office was very nice and explained the service process clearly. And both the office and Greg were very helpful when we had to unexpectedly reschedule last minute.Brandon and Matt were very professional during the service appointment. They explained everything they were doing and even took the time to fix a slow drain outside of the main service call.     Update 2024G&C did an amazing job resolving a problem with our tankless water heater. We are very grateful for the professionalism, dedication, and kindness of the plumbers and office staff. We feared it would be a painful process to resolve our issue but G&C treated us so well that I dont know how to describe it without sounding corny. Wholeheartedly, thank you!-------I have trusted G&C for their professionalism and skill on a few occasions. Most recently they replaced an old and leaking water heater with a tankless unit. Shawn and his crew did a great job finding a good install location in a small and cramped utility space. The work was quite involved with the gas line needing to be upsized and a good deal of piping changes but they were up to the challenge. The unit was placed in a very organized way and the crew laid out the water and gas lines neatly so that it will bet easy to find anything should I need to. It really demonstrates their skill and professionalism that they took on this complicated install without issue. Before this we had a G&C crew come for a yearly inspection and they found a gas leak at the meter that I had not noticed. I was incredibly thankful that they were so thorough in their inspection as I was able to get the gas company to fix the issue that same day. I trust their crews to explain everything clearly and deliver excellent results.

    Casey was a tremendous help! Our boiler broke down, leaving us without heat in the house. We were able to get an appointment on the same day. Casey clearly explained the cost of the repair. He did a great job fixing the boiler.     Ive recently used G&C Plumbing for my master bathroom remodel. There prices were very competitive to other quotes Ive received, but what made me decide to go with them was there professionalism and friendliness. From my first interaction Shawn and Chris were attentive to what I was looking for and offer suggestions on how to accomplish it. They were upfront and honest throughout the process. I also appreciated the same plumbers who gave me my quote was the same plumbers I dealt with throughout my project.     I moved into a new house about 3 weeks ago and have not had consistent hot water in the shower. I called another company first and they told me they could not get here for 2 weeks. I called G&C yesterday and they sent a technician today. They told me their technicians are background checked and before he arrived I was sent a text with his picture and a little blurb about him. Chris Barry arrived promptly. He was friendly and incredibly helpful. He investigated the problem and worked to find the most cost effective solution for me. Not only did he fix the problem (I needed a new mixing valve) he also noticed that I had my shower head installed wrong and fixed it quickly for me. Awesome experience. 10/10 would recommend!

    Called G&C when I thought I had a minor leak in one pipe of my tankless water heater. After inspection Casey with G&C showed me, the leak was coming inside the unit and had been leaking probably since installation 3 years ago by our developer. Casey worked on my behalf with the manufacturer to resolve under warranty, but the manufacturer did not stand behind the issue even though the warranty had recently expired. After multiple attempts to get the correct replacement parts, Casey provided multiple options and I ended up replacing the whole unit. It was the most costly option but the best option instead of repairing an already faulty unit. As unpleasant as it was to replace after only 3 years, Casey and the G&C staff were very courteous, professional, and always had my best interest. I would highly recommend G&C for any of your plumbing issues.

    I dont like to leave reviews right after services are performed, usually giving some time to see if anything happens first. Back in Sept 2022 found out I needed a new water heater, seeing the previous reviews I took a chance with G&C Plumbing & Heating, what a great experienced. Chris B came out an evaluated the situation, gave a complete breakdown of what needed to happen and pricing options. Once I swallowed the sticker price, which I might add was still less than others, we signed and he went straight to work. He had an apprentice with him who was just as knowledgeable, they laid rugs out to protect the floors, they had to even remove a piece of my door, when they were finished it looked better than it originally did! They looked at all my other piping to see it was okay, and even made a small fix in my sink of turning know that caused a knocking sound at no cost. All on all, a great experience! 5 🌟 from me.

When I called a different vendor they couldnt be available until Wednesday and said they didnt support the water I had.     These guys were great! I had a trio of Chris’s. Chris G, Chris M and Chris S. True story, I couldn’t tell you which initial belongs to which one but I don’t have to because they were all wonderful. They did a great job even under the difficult circumstances my particular issue place them in.I have already scheduled them to come back to work on a different problem involving my bathroom faucet.     Chris Barry and his assistant showed up early and were courteous and thoughtful. They wore protective gear to keep the house clean as well as masks for covid.     Once again, G and C plumbing did not disappoint! Their customer service is above and beyond expectations. Their receptionist was extremely nice and friendly scheduling the appointment, they were able to come the next day, they were on time, and they are just the friendliest, most professional plumbing crew Ive ever met. We needed a sink and faucet replaced after a pipe cracked on our old sink and then we also needed the piping fixed under the kitchen sink because the piece that broke got stuck in the pipe! We also needed the old pvc pipes cleaned out under the sink and they did that too. They did the work efficiently, explained every step to me and made recommendations when I asked a boatload of other questions and dragged them to every room in my house to ask about other potential plumbing improvements. Huge shoutout to Brandon and Dave. I am impressed and I LOVE MY NEW FUNCTIONING KITCHEN SINK. You guys are the legit best. I dont know if you go through extensive customer service training or if you just hire the nicest people on the planet, but whatever you are doing, keep it up!

She was able to send someone out very quickly and Casey and Tony quickly determined the cause to be a blocked sewer line between the house and the tank.     We did a complete bathroom remodel and it turned out great! They demoed our old 1970s style bathroom down to the studs and built it back up again completely updated. They also removed all of our old Cast Iron and copper piping and replaced it with PVC and Pex and brought all of our plumbing up to code.     I cant say enough good things about G&C Plumbing! I had a difficult problem involving moving a gas meter. Greg cane out the morning after I called. I had a quote a day later which was very reasonable. They worked around the gas companys schedule to ensure I wasnt without gas for long. They worked as well with the town to get my permits in order. I would give them 6 stars if you had it! After they finished, Casey showed me how to turn off the gas and water in case of emergency and helped me with other things, all free of charge.     Casey has been to our home twice to resolve emergency conditions for us. On both occasions he responded very quickly and was able to assess the situation and make recommendations for resolution almost immediately.
