    Great experience with Steve and Chuck from The Water Heater Pros! Called this morning at 7:15am to deal with a water heater leak I discovered last night. They were to my house before 8am and immediately diagnosed the problem. My inner tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. They ran to Nashville and back to get a replacement and had everything installed and back up and running by 11:15am. Amazing!! They were both very personable and were helpful in explaining what needed to be done and what they were doing along the way. Also gave me some things to look out for going forward. 100% would recommend!

    Very professional company from the initial phone call to the payment process at the end of the installation. I was especially impressed by their prompt phone response and the ability to diagnose my problem by sending them a few pictures.     This was such a great service! The guys that came out worked efficiently and were kind and professional. They came out and replaced the water heater in one hour! Yes that included the removal of the old water heater too. In addition we called 4 places and they were also the most affordable with no gimmicks no long explanations as to why the price is high etc. Just straight forward honest service. They even went over maintenance to ensure the longevity of the new water heater. I couldn’t be happier. I pray that we don’t have to call them soon. But if I know anyone that needs a water heater replacement, best believe I will be recommending them!

    This was my second time using the Hot Water Heater Pros. Both experiences have been wonderful. Michael was very helpful and communicative. My project involved coordinating with another group of contractors and Michael and his team were very flexible and accommodating. Their pricing is reasonable (I received 3 other quotes from other companies that were 30-50% higher….which was simply outlandish for the work I needed done) and the work was well done.     Michael came out to give us an estimate last week to replace our 17-year-old water heater. He was very knowledgeable, and the pricing was upfront and cheaper compared to others, so we moved forward with them. We were able to get scheduled fairly quickly.Steve and Chuckie came out today for the installation. They were great! Friendly, respectful of property, and finished the job in just 2 hours. They even replaced a few pieces of old CPVC pipes near the water heater that were worn out. One literally cracked when they moved it, which is not surprising given that my next door neighbor incidentally just had costly water damage from a leak that started at her water heater. Steve answered my questions about the piping, and recommended a plumber to look into the piping in the rest of the house. Overall, highly recommend.

    These folks are the real deal. We had issues with our hybrid electric / heat pump water heater. They worked with us to replace the parts the vendor said needed replacing, and even swapped out the whole thing when it became clear that the parts were not fixing the issue.     Mikey and the whole team are amazing! Great attitude, efficient, straight forward published price. Just had them remove a bad upstairs 50gal unit, combine the two circuits (left&right), and installed an awesomely efficient 75 gal powervent unit in the basement. They went above and beyond to remedy a multitude of issues resulting from a previous poor home remodel. This is the 2nd time Ive used them now in the last two years (2 different houses) and am super stoked to give this crew a positive review.     First off, I love that The Hot Water Heater Guys have prices listed on their website. I live in an upscale area that usually gets premium pricing because of our location. I knew upfront what I was going to pay.I called them one morning when we realized we had no hot water. After a quick investigation, I discovered our 20 yr old water heater was leaking and had outlived its prime by many years. I sent a few pictures of the unit and gave them details and was quoted a price (same as listed on the website - Just under $1,400 for a 50 gallon unit) and they said they had openings tomorrow. I then went off and got a competitive quote from a highly rated company hoping I might get serviced today. The second quote was $800 more than these guys and the timing wasnt any better. I then get a surprise call back from Robert saying he has an opening later that morning. I jumped on it!! They arrived exactly when expected and spent the exact quoted time (2 hours) to replace the unit along with great cleanup and disposal.I made sure he left his info on the unit itself (date installed and by whom) so I can call when my second unit needs replacing.THANK YOU.

    The Hot Water Heater Pros were outstanding in every aspect concerning the replacement of my hot water heater. I booked an appointment online and got a phone call on a Sunday afternoon to book a Monday morning appointment. I was asked to text them some pictures of my old water heater so they could make sure they came prepared for the installation. They guys were on time, were friendly, and did a great job. A top-of-the-line Bradford White 50 gallon hot water heater was installed for a very good price. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled my old water heater away. If I need help in the future, they will be the ones I call.

About 1 year ago, the pilot went out and another (not to be named) water heater company told me it needed to be replaced. I wanted a second opinion and so the owner of The Hot Water Heater Pros was near my home and offered to have a look. AT NO CHARGE, he relit the gas pilot and got the heater back online. Told me it still had life and call when I wanted to replace it, no sales pitch.So 1 year later, of course I called them, they provided very competitive quotes on tankless and electric, including an explanation of state/local clean energy incentives.     These guys were by far the best out of all the people I called. Quick to respond, were able to quote via pictures without the service fee/first visit. They were also able to do electric work as the new unit needed to be moved over a few feet whereas working with other plumbers/electricians and coordinating was not ideal.     Our water heater stopped making hot water prompting us to quickly look for a replacement. My first call was to one of the companies we have used for our heating and cooling. Their estimate seemed exceedingly high. I called Hot Water Heater Pros and received an almost immediate response. After exchanging some photos and providing information about the current equipment, I was given the estimate. A substantial savings over the first I called for. They had the replacement on hand and scheduled the appointment. They actually called the day of the appointment asked if they could arrive earlier. The two men that came out were extremely professional, worked quickly and were very attentive to detail. I had no mess to clean when they left. They also took the time to show me the features and remind me of the controls and preventive maintenance I could consider to prolong the life of the new heater. We are extremely satisfied!

    This is the second time weve used The Hot Water Heater Pros, first for a new water heater installation and then for an expansion tank replacement. They were incredibly responsive, shifting schedules to come out as early as possible to confirm work needed after we found a leak. Michael was great to work with, and talked us through the issue wed seen, as well as the work needed.     Robert was incredible! I got four different estimates for the work I needed done (replacing our water heater). The quote from The Hot Water Heater Guys was considerably less than any other estimate I received. After Rob arrived, he noticed that when our water heater was replaced eight years ago, it wasnt repaired up to code. He made an extra trip back to his shop to get additional supplies he needed to bring it up to code (at no extra cost). Despite not having a helper with him on that day, he completed the work in about two hours. The quality of the work and the customer service were outstanding! He was friendly and extremely professional. I highly recommend these guys.

    After the odd lukewarm shower I took on Sunday night and then waking up to no hot water, it appeared I might have a water heater issue. It sent me a text that told me to send pictures of the label on my water heater and it’s location. I received a text from one of the technicians at about 8 o’clock that night confirming the details of my water heater setup. The appointment was for the very next morning at 8-8:30am. They showed up at exactly 8 o’clock and completed the job by a little after 9am. In addition to them being prompt and efficient, they were friendly and kept their work area clean. My old hot water heater was probably within days of failing, so these guys really saved me from having a major flood and damage in my home. If you need a new hot water heater I would highly recommend that you use these “Guys”!

Sometimes it’s uncomfortable to have strangers in your house to do work/repairs, but not these ones.I heard a rushing sound yesterday and followed the sound to my water heater.
