Jesse was very polite, sweet and understanding I needed to confirm with sibling. The water heater was replaced in a quiet and timely manner. Highly recommend!!

Johnson Comfort continues to provide excellent service for my HVAC and plumbing needs at a reasonable price. My humidifier recently developed a leak, and the saddle valve controlling the water to it also failed.The initial evaluation was by Roy, who found multiple failed humidifier parts, including the solenoid, along with the plunbing leak. He was efficient and got the leak temporarily controlled, along with a plumber visit scheduled for the water valve, and a follow up HVAC visit to rebuild the humidifier.Jade from plumbing came out to replace the saddle valve with an in-line valve to solve the leak in the plumbing side. Jade was very professional and did a beautiful job, and pleasantly answered all my questions in spite of working very late that day.Tyree came out today for to rebuild my humidifier and do routine heating service. He did a great job, was very patient and professional, and asked if I had questions when he was finished.All the techs involved were great to work with, increased my knowledge regarding my installation and went the extra mile in providing customer service and value.

He used shoe covers and was sure to move quietly and speak in a calm quiet tone as not to excite my dogs. Overall a fantastic experience. Johnson Heating has always taken care of me over the years which is why Ill always come back to them. Very fair prices and always great service. I had the pleasure of meeting Tyree today because when we woke this morning, we found our home at 60°. He arrived within a few hours of calling and had the problem diagnosed quickly. He was able to make the repair and had me on my way in no time. My house is heating up and everything is all good thanks to Tyree! Great guy, great service, and highly recommend him!

I request Jesse every time because I know he will not only do the best work, but he will also suggest the most cost efficient approach. I hired Johnson Comfort to replace my water heater. The service technician that was sent to perform the repairs was very nice gentleman named Jesse. After a quick laugh about us having the same last name, he made quick work of a not so easy job and his quality of work speaks for itself. I’m very happy and thankful for all that Shawn and Nick and your amazing team has done with the purchase and installation of my new air conditioner and furnace. Shawn provided me so many options to complete this project and didn’t exceed my budget. So thankful for all that he offered and provided. Nick came out after Shawn and provided additional support to the installation. Nick also was willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. This helped to completely put my mind at ease which allowed me to continue to focus on moving into my new home. The installers that showed up for the installation were very professional, on time, and completed a professional job in a very timely manner. After confirming the leak, he also discovered some other items that were installed incorrectly. We had an intermittent – let’s call it a communication problem - between the heat pump and air handler. We all know intermittent problems are the worst! A big thanks to Corey who did some initial trouble shooting Friday and proactively contacted Lucas who drew the short straw and had to come back out Saturday. Last, but not least, Allen, who we understand provided Lucas some tech support via phone call Saturday. We’ll never know if it was luck or divine intervention that caused the system to hiccup while Lucas was here, but once it did, he was on it. He was able to identify and replace the suspect part. So far, so good – great team work guys!

Dennis changed put pur hoses on our washing machine. He was out several months prior to do the plumbing for a lavatory and mentioned that water hoses need changing out every 5 years due to potential failure, which we did not know. Were grateful he told us about hoses weakening because we have experienced a water leak from a toilet and the damage was something we dont want to go through again. He looked at our water heater and water softener and tested since the softener is reaching its age limit and all was good. Dennis is thorough, efficient and personable and does good work. Have been pleased with the company.

Johnson is by far the best to work with when it comes anything HVAC or plumbing. Jesse on the plumbing side was more than willing to accommodate every need and so much more. Jesse would offer us knowledge and precise care until the job was done. Jesse made us feel welcome to the Johnson family along with his coworkers. Jesse never complained about any changes we made last minute and would tell us if the idea was good or bad for this specific reason. Jesse is very hard working and trustworthy. Nick assisted Jesse and he did a great job also. They spent a great deal of time in our attic installing new gas exhaust pipes and the seal they put on our roof is holding perfectly. Jesse even gave us notice about the state of our roof and how it will need attention in the near future. Jesse and Nick were just amazing and you could tell they love what they do by their work.Nick and Ryan on the HVAC side were also accommodating to our needs and also installed special fabricated air ducting created by the Johnson team. They never complained once about the small workspace or how hot our attic was with sweat pouring down their faces. They were absolutely great in every way and didnt mind us looking over their shoulders or taking photos as the progress went along.Don was our first contact at Johnson for the HVAC side. We wanted him to quote us on a new air conditioner and furnace. He spent a good amount of time looking at what we had outside and inside. He took pictures of our old equipment, measurements of how we were set up, and brought insight to things we didnt realize. He sat down and informed us on what we needed and NEVER once tried to upsell us on anything. Honesty is what we wanted and Don gave us that.We had another company come out and quote us on new equipment and they never took pictures or even looked at anything in our house for more than a minute or two. Then they sat down and talked more about their life and proceeded to upsell on everything. They were close to $7000.00 more than Johnson and they wanted to install a 3 ton A/C unit which was way over the limit for a single story house close to 1800 square feet. I received a text informing me that a technician was on his way to my house with a picture and a short bio. As a woman with 2 daughters at home it was such a comfort to know who was coming to our house and what he looked like, it made us feel safe and cared for. They sent Bob out to help us and he was SO knowledgeable and experienced in HVAC and just a NICE GUY, I knew we were in good hands. Bob had been to our house before and fixed our problem and this time was no different. He introduced himself told me how long he’d been working in the industry and assured me that he would take care of our problem. Ryan, Shawn, and Allen all did a great job with our repairs and eventual furnace replacement. They were very professional in their duties and all of our needs were met. I would highly recommend using Johnson heating and cooling for any home repair needed. Allen our repair technician came out last year to repair our old furnace and again visited this year with the guidance to speak to Shawn about a new unit. Shawn visited our home within a couple days and gave us a detailed breakdown of units with cost and all information on exactly what size and type of unit we needed. They offered great advice along the way. Ryan came today to install our unit and replace the thermostat and in doing so was very communicative in all the steps. Once complete they ensured us that all their testing came back positive and our home in better shape than when arriving. We greatly appreciate the local aspect of this company and look forward to using them on any other repairs we might need in the future.

Johnson Heating initially came out to perform a repair on my 20 year old furnace. They repaired the system but took the time to step me through why I needed to consider a new system. This built initial trust with me. I asked for someone to come and quote a new system. When this gentlemen arrived he was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. It did NOT seem to be a sales call, but rather trying to do what is best for the customer. Their price was very fair. When we gave them the go ahead, they were here installing it the same week, right on time. The installation crew was professional, friendly and excellent to work with. They were very conscientious about maintaining a clean workspace. About a week after installation and after we paid them, we received a check in the mail refunding our repair that they had performed. Every aspect of this experience was top notch.

We had four quotes from other companies before deciding to go with Johnson. The sales representative that came out was professional and provided all the information we needed and answered all of our questions and left us with a quote that day. The next day we set up an appointment to install new AC unit and Furnace , they carried Trane which is what we wanted. Johnson had the best price and Duke Energy offered a rebate along with the affordable price so it was a win win. Ryan and Gavin were our installers, showed up on time , introduced themselves , let us know what the plan was for the day and got to work, they both were polite and very professional they worked clean with placing drop clothes on the floor. After the install was done they walked us thru the thermostat set up had us download the app and showed us how to use it. The company provided a basket full of goodies which was not expected but much appreciated. I am glad we chose Johnson for our install I would recommend them to anyone. I also received the rebate card from Duke Energy as promised.

I called several companies to look at my problem and Johnson was the only one who showed me my lines had deteriated to the point that in places there wasnt any clay pipe left. They are a little higher than other companies however they are well worth it. They are professional on the phone, stay in contact with you during the whole process, call when they are on the way, answered all my questions, graded my yard, and even leveled out my driveway before they put down new gravel (my sewer line crossed my driveway). I needed to have my water heater replaced, and Johnson was able to send technicians out the next day. That morning I received an email to let me know a tech was en route, and shortly afterwards a technician phoned to give me an ETA. They arrived within the time window stated, and were very professional. The tech reviewed the current installation and provided me with some options. They were able to get the desired water heater and install it the following day. The tech asked if there were any other plumbing issues I wanted them to check while they were there, and they ended up replacing 2 additional faucets that required replacement. They took care when moving my old large water heater ou and they wore shoe covers and did a neat job on all installations and left no mess. Jesse was very knowledgeable and courteous, and the time quoted for the jobs was spot on. I cannot recommend this company and the technicians (Blake & John included) highly enough. I plan on doing business with them again.

Had a central air system replaced when the old one broke. Service was very fast, and everyone we spoke to was incredibly professional from start to finish and very clear in explaining the work that was done and why. All employees wore masks when meeting us in person, and installers laid down fabric to keep our floor clean. Price came in at the low end of my expected budget, even when choosing a more efficient system than the basic offering. Would highly recommend to any friend/neighbor.

The installation team called before they arrived and were on time. Very professional and started right away. The guys were also very friendly, a plus. They worked from 9 until 4 took out the old units, put in the new ones and cleaned everything up. They took the time to show me how everything worked even after working all day. Don (Comfort Advisor) was able to come out first thing Monday to evaluate our needs with replacing our existing furnace and A/C. He was professional and courteous with his evaluation of realistic options we could highly consider to replace our aging, current system. in addition, he provided some very helpful advice on what we could utilize to improve our comfort with both the heating and cooling units they offered considering the relative age of our home and the capacity of the ductwork, while still keeping everything at a very reasonable price. I really appreciated that he did not attempt to oversell on anything we do not require or items which would be considered in excess, even though we did not have a restrictive budget. Finally, he was more than happy to take any calls or texts for me on any further questions I had for him on the offer. I would highly recommend Don and Johnson Heating & Cooling with providing a competitive, comprehensive offer when you are seeking to replace a system in your home.

Bob J was the Johnson service technician that got our air-condition up an running. He is friendly and knows his job well. I appreciate Johnson Comfort for coming to our house to fix the problem right away, especially during this time. We had a new heat pump and air handler installed last August and it had been working great until the temperature warmed up Saturday, the air conditioning was not working. I went to their website and sent an email requesting service on Sunday and I had an email right away informing me that they would have a technician out Monday. Bob came fixed the problem and everything was covered under the warranty. I could not be any happier with the service I have received from Johnson Comfort during the installation and now repair of my system. Keep safe Bob and to all Johnson heating and cooling team thank you and stay safe out there.

I have always been pleased with Johnson Heating and Cooling. They are on time and effective at what they do. They are able to give you an exact appointment time, rather than a 4 hour window. They are always friendly and hard working, going out of their way to provide good customer service and complete jobs while they are there, without having to schedule follow ups. I have had technicians drive downtown to pick up parts that were needed and come back the same day to finish the work. They are respectful of your time and home, which is always appreciated.

From Debra making me smile when I first called, to their timely arrival at our home for evaluation, to scheduling a complete install of both a furnace and ac and executing that install within 24 hrs. Communication not only to us but between each other is impressive and I’m usually not easily impressed. We plan on being ‘lifers’ with Johnson.
