I live in a rural area in Nunnelly TN. My well pump system failed on Friday over the Labor day weekend. I was unable to contact any services and no one even returned my calls or e-mails/voicemail. I contacted Henry on Tuesday morning and they had a crew out that afternoon. They were Great. Weather was bad with thunderstorms in the area and they still got my pump in my spring well box replaced and my water service up and running that day. Very professional and quality work. Highly recommend and will always call them first if i need this type of service again. 5 Stars .

We live on a hilltop and the water is pumped up to our house with a holding tank and a pressure valve to deliver water to our house.On Wednesday August 19 late in the evening the water stopped, the next morning my husband checked the pressure valve and it had burnt completely, we called a local plumber and he recommended Henry Drilling in Franklin, Tn.We called and set a time for Thursday which they were not able to make however he did arrive on Friday. Mark arrived early afternoon and started working immediately as rain started!He needed another part which Daniel was able to deliver, still raining hard they both worked while the rain poured down! They did not leave until the water was working again even though they were both soaking wet.Their dedication to providing help when needed was and is a blessing to us, we truly appreciate Mark and Daniel for their hard work!!!

We’ve used Henry drilling on two properties over the last couple years. The first was just a well and the second was also a well with a reserve tank in the ground with a multiple pump system. These guys are extremely knowledgeable. I had a couple of occasions when something happened with the water pressure, they came out very quickly and solved the issues.I will definitely use them for any future needs. Well work has always seemed to have a little bit of guesswork involved. The success rate from Henry drilling is clearly attributable to their knowledge and skill set.

This is my second job completed by Henry Drilling. The first, replacement of well pump and pipe, was handled in very professional manner, throughout; so when I had another issue with my pressure tank I called Henry Drilling again. There was quick response from the office and from technician sent to look at job. Mark realized the old tank, which had no drain valve and was located in a small area, was going to require extra consideration to avoid any problems in replacing tank. Today, he and Brendon drained and replaced the tank in less than three hours. There was little to no water around the job area, and his preparation was more than space here or my knowledge would allow me to share. Once again, I can’t satisfactorily put into words my impression of the people who work for this company and my opinion of the jobs that have been done for me. I will definitely use this company and recommend them to others.
