Grillo just finished a new furnace and A/C install at my home in Franklin, MA. This is the first time Ive ever had to have a large job like this done, so I had a lot of questions. They were amazingly patient and walked me through the process and laid out all my options. The installation was smooth and Im very happy with the result. Great company, I highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

Grillo Plumbing is great. They came by and gave me a no cost estimate for a water heater (not many do this anymore) and it was half the cost of the other quote I got for the same equipment. The installation went smoothly and the guys that came were very professional and cleaned up when they finished. I’d highly recommend them for your plumbing work.

Can’t say enough about this company!Woke up to a hot water heater that had a puddle under it, they responded to my phone call by 7am! They were able to send two technicians by 11:30! Rob and Chris were highly professional and the highest quality of work! Very respectful of my home, even offering to put tarps down when they removed the hot water heater! Not to mention the bill was very reasonable!I cannot say enough! I highly recommend this company, and would hire them again in an instant!

I had a mountain of problems with my 3 year old heat pump, Rob from Grillo HVAC was out within THIRTY MINUTES of us first calling, after our usual HVAC place told us two weeks (during a heat wave no less).Rob kept pushing, working with Bryant customer service until we finally nailed down the problem (which turned out to be an improper install from the previous HVAC contractor). Not only did he figure out what was wrong, he was here the next day to install a new system and now we finally have working AC!Weve used Grillo electric in the past, and now after this experience well use Grillo for anything they offer. Absolutely phenomenal customer service, quick to respond, and priced fairly. 10/10 experience during a wildly stressful issue, cant recommend them enough!

This is my second time working with Grillo Plumbing Inc. I scheduled my annual maintenance service for my HVAC system and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.The process of scheduling was seamless. Chris in the office was extremely professional and efficient. She responded to my call in a timely manner, and was very flexible when the first appointment had to be rescheduled.On the day of the appointment Rob arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was courteous and respectful of my home and left no mess behind. He took the time to explain the maintenance process and answered all my questions patiently. Rob proceeded to complete a thorough inspection and servicing of my HVAC system, checking all components, replacing the filters, tested the thermostat, and ensured everything was running efficiently. He also provided useful tips on maintaining the system between annual services to enhance its longevity and performance, along with leaving a replacement filter for the fall.Both Chris and Rob display a high level of professionalism. Both are friendly and helpful with regard to scheduling, job knowledge, efficiency, and follow-up communications.I am extremely satisfied with the annual maintenance service provided by Grillo Plumbing Inc and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional HVAC maintenance. Second time they came and helped me out. I would never call anyone else. The call back was so prompt it floored me. First call was for heat (pilot was out). They didnt ridicule, just lit the pilot, made sure heat was working. Second time was this morning to replace a 24 yr old water heater. Woo hoo, hot water !!! They are neat, efficient, friendly and knowledeable. Their prices are reasonable. My ex was a union plumber, so I do have a working knowledge of plumbers and Grillo Plumbing is my choice for best around !!!!

Grillo Plumbing has been so easy to work with every time I have needed them. The people in the office are very helpful. Rob Methe, who does plumbing and HVAC, is amazing! He has had to come to my older house multiple times and he is so knowledgeable and kind. One time a pipe burst in my basement at night and he was half way home and turned around to come back and fix the pipe. I highly recommend Rob and Grillo Plumbing.
