    Soooo…. Yeah…. It happened to me!! A pipe froze and busted on me. My first call to Brian, and scheduled me ASAP to come out to repair! I was terrified to find out what and where the leak was, but he knew EXACTLY where to go! A very straight forward, and very honest and professional! And his cleanup was meticulous!!     Estes plumbing came out and repaired my slab leak under my water heater and did a phenomenal job! These guys even replaced my outdated hot water heater pipes.     Brian installed a water softener and water heater for me, as well as some other miscellaneous plumbing work.He was here when he said he would be, and he fixed what he said he would fix.I also enjoyed conversing with him about his many years of service, and he spent quite a bit of time explaining things to me through my many questions (Im sure I was obnoxious).Ive used him twice now and will hopefully be able to use him in years to come.

    I was reluctant to call a plumber for an exterior leaking faucet but by daughter recommend Estes as she had used them several time and was very pleased. I can only say WOW. When he first called he was on vacation to touch base and set up and appointment. Then when he came to the house he was right on time and the first thing he did was try to fix, after I agreed that the faucet needed to be replaced, as he said “to save you some money”. WOW who does that anymore. When it was obvious that it could not be fixed he started to work to fix it. He was done in no time and made sure that his work site was clean. The other kicker was that this was a Saturday and he didn’t charge me extra for a weekend call. I recommend very highly. Thank you Estes Plumbing. Will use again and again.

    Theres something to be said for a small company with personal service and no pressure to upsell. I was quoted a fair price over the phone and, once on site (he arrived on time), the work was actually completed for less than the quoted price. Ill definitely use Estes Plumbing again.     I reached out to Estes plumbing to repair a running toilet. Not only did they come out quickly but they were professional and their prices were the cheapest I could find in my area.     My kitchen drain was clogged for 2 days. So I needed someone to come out quickly, I contacted Estes plumbing and they got back very quickly. This father son team came out to my house the next day. They arrived a few minutes early, and were very respectful to me and my property. As someone who has VERY LITTLE knowledge of plumbing they explained everything clearly for me. Gave suggestions of why my sink was clogged, they DID NOT try to push any sales on me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing services.     These gentleman were prompt, upfront, thorough, and honest. We had a leak in our hot water heater over the weekend and called them Monday morning. They came out Monday afternoon and looked at our system, gave us a price, and had the water heater replaced within a few hours. They were very friendly and did a good job of cleaning up after their job. I plan to use them again for other plumbing needs, and would definitely recommend them to others.

    On Friday evening our water heater went out. I called Estes plumbing and they were able to come out Sunday and replace the water heater and put in a new water softener also that I had purchased. I can’t say enough about Zack’s professionalism, the quality of work that he did and his responsiveness to my questions on Saturday when I was trying to pick out a new water heater.     Excellent service and honest interactions. At no point did he ever try to use the situation of the after hours emergency to get more money or take advantage of me. They have earned my business and are now the plumbers I will be calling whenever I need help.Edit:I recently had to call them again to get my house ready for sale. They did an expert job of replacing the main shut off valve to ensure the next owner could more easily shut the water off, then came back later to replace a shower valve for me. It doesnt matter if Brian or Zack shows up, they are both first rate plumbers and I cant recommend them highly enough.Again, theyve never tried to get more money out of me than what was agreed upon...even when something unexpected happens. They are just two really good people who do amazing work for less money than their competition. Its very refreshing to work with people who truly just want to do what is right and fair instead of burying you in additional fees.If you call a different plumber...youre almost certainly going to get less and pay a lot more. (Either right away of down the road.)

    Have used Estes for two jobs on my older farm house. In 2015, they ran new plumbing for a 1/2 bath addition and this year did several miscellaneous updates, including well-pressure switch, plumbing reroute, new external gas line install. Each time they have done a fantastic job about being responsive to a request for quote and always being competitively priced. For the job, they are great at doing what was requested and making sure they clean up after, all while keeping me informed during the process. Ive used Estes twice now and will use them again in the future for any plumbing needs.
