They are a phenomenal company!! I used them for my air conditioning unit. Originally, they came out and cleaned the mechanism outside completely. It was working for a little while. Then, it seemed to stop blowing cold air. I called back and talked to the manager and he was an extremely nice guy. He sent out a guy who spent a lot of his time inspecting both inside and outside units. He fixed the problem and it’s been running perfect, ever since. The boss did not make me pay a penny more for the additional work that was needed!! I highly recommend BSE!!

Miguel Osorio-Mellado went out of his way to fix our heating. We had a large tree fall during a wind storm causing a power surge. Our heating system was fried and we were without heat in very low temp. He came back to our home for multiple repairs in a 2 day span. Each day he came he repaired a part only to find another piece was fried. He went out of his way to find the next damage piece and was back within hours to install. He made such an amazing effort to make the process as quick as possible. Very thankful for him.

Diego did a GREAT job clearing my clogged sewer line several months ago, so when my furnace crapped out {on Christmas morning}, I didnt hesitate to put in an online service request with BSE. Even on a holiday, the response was immediate.During the repair, I noticed water on the floor in the adjacent room. It was nothing Cody did, but he knew what it was, what caused it, and how to fix it.There was an additional charge, but it was VERY reasonable for the work he did and the potential disaster he helped me avoid.I have others plumbing-related projects to do in the Spring and you KNOW Ill be using BSE.

We have 2 toilets and both were out of service at the same time. I called 2 plumbers and neither one of them ever called me back. My neighbor knew of our situation and noticed BSE Mechanical in the condo parking lot. She gave us the phone number. I called and BSE and they repaired the one and replaced the other cracked toilet with a new higher toilet with a wider seat for my senior wife and myself. We could not be happier with the repairs, and replacements and installed very quickly. They have worked flawlessly . It is so comforting having two new and working toilets!

We called BSE as they installed a new pump last year next to the sink that was overflowing. The service tech was here within a couple of hours. He found that there was nothing wrong with the pump. He could’ve just left it at that but instead went outside to check the septic drains. He actually found the clog and was able to clear it for us. That is service above and beyond. Jan 2023 UPDATE: Another awesome service appt was completed by BSE for my AC unit that I had BSE install about 6 months ago. The repair was to add a common wire to my existing Nest thermostat that I had installed many years ago.Lukas from BSE who completed the work was very professional, courteous and I would highly recommend him and BSE for any heating and AC repair work.My Original Review:I had my Central A/C system completely replaced by BSE. They were price competitive (but not the lowest price out of the 4 bids I received).More importantly was their excellent customer service during the entire process. They communicated clearly on what was required, what they included in their proposal, and when the install would take place.They were on time and finished everything in (1) day. Because the new air handler in the attic was larger than the original that was installed +20 years ago, they had a tough time of getting it into place, but as more installers arrived quickly to help, they got it done.They cleaned up the site perfectly after they were done, so I highly recommend BSE for any A/C system new or replacement.

5 Star. BSE installed a mini-split for us. It was a very positive experience from the get-go, starting with Karl, the HVAC Manager, who came to give us an estimate. This is a man who really knows his business. While other companies insisted we needed to run expensive heating/cooling/electrical piping across the house, down the roof, and back across the house (one company even wanted to run it through the gutters), Karl took one look and said, “The best thing to do here is install the compressor right outside where the inside unit will be, hanging from the side of the house, with extra support and sound dampening.” He then proceeded to give us a fair price (two of the other bids added a couple thousand dollars for all the unnecessary piping) and the work was scheduled about 3 weeks away. On the morning of the install, Karl showed up again to shepherd his crew of Steve and Cody. They did a great job of the installation, very neat and unobtrusive. Steve took the time to explain everything we need to know about operating and maintenance of the unit. Knowledgeable, communicative, professional, fair – this is a company that deserves the high marks they receive.

The tech Lukas was exceptional as he showed everything to me as I explained to him the issue I had with the unit not cooling as it drained once again with another freon. Theres a leak somewhere in the system but couldnt diagnose it where it was. One thing I didnt like was that the lady who I spoke with over the phone to schedule the appointment failed to mention about the trip fee/diagnosis up front. Hopefully the dye that Lukas inserted into my system fixes the issue as its not a guarantee it will do it. I understand that my warranty doesnt cover diagnosis, freon and etc. It covers only labor for the coil and evaporator and parts which is only 1.5 years left of the warranty.Next time, please disclosure upfront the trip charge over the phone as this is only my beef with the BSE mechanical..Full disclosure is the key to any transaction

A year after the installation of a new HVAC system, I felt that something was just not right. The house was hot, the system was running non stop and I blamed it on a heatwave. I felt like it just was not strong enough or big enough to work properly. I reached out to BSE and shared my frustration. They reached out, sent Lucas to look at things and he found the issue/repaired the issue immediately. My HVAC was pulling hot air from my attic since the install - just a missed hose connection. A year later these guys still called me back, sent a tech to check out the situation, fixed it and left with a handshake - no bill. If you ask me, companies show their true grit in the face of a problem. BSE came through for me and my family and we all truly appreciate Lucas and the team for the prompt help and thoughtfulness. Highly recommend BSE as a reliable company with integrity. The reason; I had an emergency with my main central AC unit in the beginning of June this year. I was tired of hearing about travel time charges from other companies so I gave BSE a try. They came fixed the problem then serviced 3 split sytems for me. yhis past 90+ degree weekend I had water dripping from unit they had worked on and called them on Sunday with an emergency. They convinced me to wait until Monday so as not to incur additional costs since the AC was still able to cool. I told them I was leaving for a trip early on Monday and they were able to get me an appointment mid morning. Not only did they come when they said they would, Dennis, the owner, showed up himself. He checked the system and pressure checked the unit and determined it was just condensation due to the high heat over the wekend. When I asked what the charge was he said $0. He was glad that the system was still working properly after his teams repair. That is why local is SO important.
