I just want to say how great Tim Davis has treated my family this evening. I am a cancer patient and know Tim and what he does for a living. I was in dire straits this evening with a clog in my septic tank and no way of fixing it. I called Tim who was still working at the time but told me he would come by when he got off. He arrived at my house after work in his pickup truck and within 20 minutes had my clog fixed so my family could take showers and use the bathroom again. He wouldnt even take a payment. I just fed him a couple grill cheese and a handshake. You should be proud to have such a great member to your team. He definitely represented wind river to us in a way we would recommend and use yall again. Dont find people like him much anymore. Just so thankful and blessed. Thank you again Tim for taking your own time to help us out of a major bind.

Their interaction (or customer service) with me, their problem solving approach to the septic issue I encountered and their step by step explanation of what was to be done (before executing) was commendable. Mr.Tim Davis provided us with great service. He serviced our septic tank about 2 weeks ago. I was at home and was like a curious child as this was my first time actually seeing the work that goes into this process. He was very kind and did not mind me asking about how the process works while he worked his magic. He is a master at his job. He avoided cutting a line (that we didnt know about and was not marked) saving us a headache. He did not tear up our yard (he is a master at digging too) either. All in all, great service and will definitely use this company again.Thanks!

Marlon was our technician and was amazing. Our septic alarm went off so we called Wind River. Within an hour Marlon was at our house inspecting the system. He educated me on our system and showed me that our pump had died and our system was due to be pumped. Within a few hours all the repairs were made and the ground around the septic was returned to the state it was in prior. Amazing service and expertise. Cant recommend them enough.
