    I am a retired disabled Army Vet who needed to do a major remodel in the lower level of our tri-level. This included busting up the concrete to move pipes to move our washer and our water heater. And to build a walk in handicap shower and full bath. This was major and important part of a larger project. T.O. plumbing was very professional, did quality work and answered all our questions. A special shout out to Doug who kept me well informed. For a top-notch plumber these are the people.

    We needed a kitchen faucet replaced due to a faulty part. The technician was able to change the part instead of replacing the whole faucet which is what we were prepared for.     Scheduling was easy to make. Communication is great on when they will arrive. Technician is very knowledgeable and their customer service is great. This is my second time using their service and I will call them again for future services.

    We wanted to remodel our master shower. It was a drop in which was beginning to crack at the base. The catalyst to remodel it occurred when we discovered the drain pipe was leaking into our crawl space. We shopped around for plumbers and found T.O.s offered the best price and had the best reviews. They were professional, qouted a reasonable price for the project and offered financing options too. They installed a beautiful shower using a shower pan and tile surround and showed us why our original shower failed. It was due to poor installation by the home builder. The original shower wasnt seated properly making the center weak and the drain being off centered which in turn created cracking at the base and drain pipe failure. Additionally, the night before our project was supposed to finish, our water heater decided to leak. We called them the following morning and they sent out their team that day to install a new water heater. Overall, were very happy with our new shower and water heater. Well definitely be using them again in the future for other projects. Would recommend to others to use T.O.s plumbing.

    It was a sad day when I went to take a shower and had no hot water. After tinkering around and asking a friend to look. We realized we needed a hot water heater. To much to type but T.O Plumbing made us an appt for the next day after I called. The issue was assessed. Within 4 days we had a new hot water heater installed. Unfortunately the next (saturday) we still had no hot water. I accepted the fact that I would have to wait until Tuesday to even speak to someone because it was labor day weekend. I called and left a voice mail on Sunday. To my surprise I was contacted on the holiday to comfirm I was home. I was so appreciative of the special attention. It was determined it was an electrical issue that kept the water from heating. They called the electrician and stayed until the electrician arrived and found the isssue. Thank you T.O. Plumbing for your professional and courteous service. I will go to you for all my Plumbing needs

    They were very quick and provided the exact water heater I requested. Richard was very professional and cared, had concerns of a previous incorrectly installed/wrong vent for the CO gas (it could have been deadly), which I would have never known about had I done it myself. Will use this company again for any future projects and please, if its a gas heater, use a professional like these guys.

    I had a leak in my bath tub. I thought the washer replacement would be about $100. Both hot and cold water washers were replaced. Ehen I was quoted a price of $213 I asked why it was so much. I was told the washer packet packets cost $ $30 for each washer box that was replaced. It took 15 minutes at the most for the repair. I thought the price was a little expensive but I have always used them for our plumbing work and they do excellent work.

    I had a problem with low water pressure throughout my house and this team of professionals didn’t stop till they found the source of the problem and they took care of it. They were in constant contact and informed me of their progress every step of the way. They were reasonably priced , did quality work and explained everything to me.
