I have used Woods a couple times. One major job of replacing the water and waters under the house. They were very friendly. I have had no problem with the replacement or pass work done on my house. The only complaint is that old pipes were left under the house. Im had trouble dragging one piece from under house due to knee surgery. I just left the others. This is a five star, if the removal of old pipes is not their responsibility. To others, they do a great job and I do recommend them. They were quick to respond.Went from 4 stars to 3. When I called to have the pipes removed. I was told they do not dispose them. It cost to remove and dispose the pipe. This is something that should have been mentioned at the time of service.Woods plumbing came thru and removed what piping was left. I greatly appreciate the service I have received from them. The guys were very nice and friendly. I do recommend them for your plumbing needs. I have used them before and plan to use them again.

Hey yall! Yesterday evening was interesting to say the least!!! After a long day of work and coming home from my youngest children’s appointment - I literally had a water fountain in my front yard. My water main connection to my house broke. I proceeded to not panic immediately but pray. I talked to a few technicians and planned to get them out the next morning to fix the situation but ONLY one came out immediately. Yesss, after 6pm. David - from Wood’s Plumbing!!! We talked about all of the possible solutions and he really put my mind at ease and that’s who I’d want on the job!!! It’s hard trying to find someone that listens and addresses all of your issues in an emergency situation. I honestly felt that he cared about my situation. He even shocked me and made me laugh picking up on military status without me bringing it up. Thus, one Army Veteran to another…we shared a common respect and admiration for each other. I’ll give yall an update once we get this done…again…he was awesome and a pleasure to meet in my time of need.

Hello everyone…It’s been a crazy month in my household and after now having one emergency situation after the other – I’m over it. This past Saturday, 12 October 2024, as my children and I were wrapping up our yard work, they noticed what appeared to be yet another water leak coming out of the ground in our front yard. I didn’t panic because I knew who to call. No, not Ghost Busters, lol, but it was Woods Plumbing Service, LLC. Within 15 minutes I received a call back from the assigned tech Jontae and within the hour he was in my front yard investigating the issue. It turned out not being an easy fix because it wasn’t another water main leak. It was sewage related. Meanwhile, I was unsure if I was on a septic system or city sewage. Super long story short, I have a septic system that apparently wasn’t properly maintained for years. It was on the verge of pushing up out of the ground and/or potentially backing up into the house….Such a headache! Now I know exactly where it is, how often to have it properly serviced in the future, and who I’ll be calling in the near future. Needless to say, they did it again, yall!!! They saved the day!!! These craftsmen are phenomenal, extremely knowledgeable, talented, thorough, patient, expedient, and have hearts of gold. – truly love helping people. I can tell it’s more than just a job to them. They actually care about their customers and families. I am super humbled by the combined efforts of Jontae, David, their trainees, Michael and his coworker from Lumberton’s – Septic Pumping and Repair and of course the owner Phillip Woods – the man behind the magic. Thanks, Mr. Woods, for forming such a great team and the partnerships needed to get me squared away! They set the example and of what right looks like. You’ve gained a lifelong customer for sure. 10 out 10 – would highly recommend!!!

I just want to say that Woods Plumbing is 5 star service! I woke up to a plumbing emergency with water spraying all over my home office from a broken pipe. The shut off valve was faulty so I couldnt get the water shut off completely. Donnie and Devan were dispatched in a timely manner and repaired the broken pipes and replaced the shut off valve. They were both knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything that was being done and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Very fair pricing for an emergency situation also and I was given a senior discount. I highly recommend Woods Plumbing Service.

It is seldom that you hear people RAVE about a great experience with plumbers. Ive had 3 GREAT experiences with Woods Plumbings courteous, professional crew.(1) July 2023: I purchased a house that was built in 1967 that had several plumbing issues including:* Disconnected pipes in the storage closet, attic, and crawlspace* Cracked and corroded metal pipes in the crawlspace* Leaking pipes in the crawlspaceWoods Plumbing gave me a fair quote, then they sent a team of 4 professionals, Wylie, Donnie, Roland, and Damien, who took care of the issues in a timely manner. Im very happy with the service they provided.(2) October 2023: I had tiles laid that raised the level of the bathroom floor so I needed the Woods Plumbing to raise the flange to floor level so that the commode could connect properly. David arrived the next day! Done and done!(3) October 2023: There was a blockage in the pipes on a Sunday causing the pipes to burst and the washing machine, bathtub, and toilet to overflow. I called Woods Plumbing and, Christian, the plumber on call arrived in less than an hour. He fixed the busted pipe, but was unable to find the source of the clog. (By the time I called him, it was already dark, so it may have been more difficult.) After I returned from my travels, Donnie found the source and resolved the issue in less than an hour.I am very happy and grateful for their consistent rapid response times, courtesy, and professionalism.I highly recommend Woods Plumbing to anyone with plumbing issues.With gratitude & a smile,Ana🌼

If I could give 6 stars, I would! We needed emergency plumbing late in the night; both toilets were inoperable and flooding was occurring. The technician sent out was not only incredibly helpful and successful, but pleasant too. The issue was correctly diagnosed; they relieved the problem so we could have services for the night and made an appointment for us the next day with someone to come pump out the septic tank. AMAZING business.

So today I had the pleasure of having Jordan and Mike come to my house to repairy sink. I had the house since 2020 and my sink never gave me issures until now. They had to come in fix the piping under my sink because it was all wrong, it was leaking, and the water from the sink and the disherwasher kept coming back up and wouldnt drain properly. They had to top off my other drain plug and drill another drain plug directly thru the bottom of the cabinet into the bottom of the house. They came at 0900 and were done before 1100. If I do ever have any issures with any plumbing in my house they will definitely be the first I call and I will specifically ask for those two. I appreciate yall for everything yall did.

Update 6/21/24: Called them to install a dishwasher that I tried to do myself but could not. Long story short, this should have been a 30 minute job, but it ended up being a 3 hour ordeal for the two guys. They were professional throughout, and they stuck with it to the bitter end to ensure the job was done right. Basically this was to correct a badly done installation from decades ago. Quality work even though this put them way behind schedule for the day. Good demeanor even though this was an extremely frustrating day.9/29/23: I could not be more pleased with the work that David and Roy did for us today. Because of David and Roy, I will be a Woods Plumbing customer for life. Their work was timely and efficent, and fixed a problem that was getting to be pretty worrisome for us. The problem was a clogged drainage pipe that was caused the washing machine to overflow at the wall - first the washing machine overflowed, then the kitchen sink overflowed too. We originally called the largest plumber in Fayetteville - you know, the one that starts with a B. They sent us a guy named Mike Tyndall the day before. He sized me up, decided that I dont know what I am doing, and said that our house needed to be completely repiped. The estimate for that was $21,000. Something didnt sound right, so I called Woods Plumbing. David and Roy came to our house, quickly assessed the problem, knew exactly which pipe to go to and went directly for it, and got the job done in 35 minutes. Eveything works perfect now. The final bill was $286. As you can imagine, we are overjoyed. Thank you, David and Roy.

I don’t even know where to start due to the GREAT quality of service that I received. This was my first time ever needing any kind of emergency plumbing and I didn’t even know where to start. I called around with no luck but when I called Woods Plumping Service, I prayed that it would go well. First things first, Lexi who answered my call was very pleasant, understanding and detailed in responses to my questions and concerns. She was thorough in explaining the services offered, scheduling times and costs depending on how soon I wanted someone to come out. She scheduled the appointment and was super sweet & caring throughout the phone call. Fast forward to the day of my appointment (This was a 24 hour turn around by the way, which was great), I ran out to pick up some things for my son and was cutting it close to the appointment window so I called to inquire about the arrival time for the plumber. Once again, Lexi answered my call and was as sweet & pleasant as can be along with being prompt in her responses regarding my concerns. I even mentioned another issue that I was having (I forgot to mention it the day before when I scheduled) and she updated my the details in my appointment . Chris arrived within 15 minutes of me getting off the phone with Lexi and he was very kind, respectful and knowledgeable on the issues I was having. He was able to fix these problems within 30 minutes, if not, less. He informed me about my problems with the sink and toilet bowl and explained to me step by step what he was doing and what to do if it happens again. Overall, I had a great experience. Hopefully I don’t have anymore plumbing issues anytime soon but I know who to call if I do! 10/10 definitely recommend.

Sewage backed up into two toilets and a shower which was a literal nightmare. We called Woods and they were able to fit us in same day as an emergency appointment. These guys went to work immediately. They were extremely thorough- I watched in awe as they dove into our tiny, scary crawl space and explored it like Indiana Jones. After hours of fighting the sewer demon that I can only assume had clogged our pipe, they cleared the blockage. They cleaned up nicely and explained the bill, which was extremely reasonably priced for all the hard work they did. Thanks to Sean and Noah! We can now flush a toilet in peace.P.S. We previously had Ease Plumbing come take a look before it got worse, they weren’t really sure what to do and quoted us thousands for a repair without a guarantee it would work. Save yourself the trouble and hire Woods.

Called in the morning with a leaking washer faucet. The crew showed up by 3:00 pm despite been busy on other assignment. The tech determined that water faucets needed to be replaced, which I was ready to do. The tech gave me an estimate right up front. Explained all of the parts needed to be replaced, tech drained the pipes removed old faucet and replaced with new ones. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. The tech answered all of my questions and was very polite. Crew wore masks and were in a clean uniform with visible branding their business, they keep the carpet clean. I would recommend BEST Plumbing to anyone. I also received a military discount and the techs were very professional effective on time and best of all the price was extremely fair. Not only that, but I was notified via text message and E-Mail that they were en route with a projected arrival time. I can highly recommend Woods. They have been able to handle jobs no one else could. Today I had a leak to repair, in far corner under a sunken tub with granite top with no apparent access. Donnie and Jalin were the techs who found the way to fix it.Last year, gas company determined I had a gas leak in the piping after the meter -- NO ONE else was even willing to attempt the job. My plumber suggested Woods Plumbing. Woods expertly made the repairs (by pressuring the line to find the leaks, which determined piping connections into and out of the meter were not connected/sealed correctly - every joint was leaking! They disabled and reconnected/sealed everything (gas company had recently replaced meter and didnt seal the multiple piping connections into and out of the meter! The repair should have been on gas company, but they incorrectly determined by sensor that a leak was after the meter and refused to fix or help in any way). Woods came through!

These guys are the real deal! My family and I recently moved to Fayetteville. We bought a beautiful older home (1961) and being an older home it has its issues. I first contacted them to evaluate some minor plumbing issues. They came right out and were able to fix those issues very promptly and for a reasonable price. They were professional and attentive to my needs. a few days after the first time they came out, I had to call again for a main line blockage (my fault). Again they showed up quickly and cleared the blockage. within a week they were here yet again to fix a leak from my washer drain line in the crawl space that I had noticed when doing some work under the house. They show when scheduled ready to work. Phillip and Buddy are stand up guys and they are eager to help. Also being that I have had to deal with the office quite a bit I cant leave out Annmarie. Im giving Woods Plumbing 5 stars for customer service. I called asking a question on behalf of a client simply about water testing. Not only did the lady who answered the phone answer my question, she directed me how to achieve the test and do so economically. The biggest part of my question was related to plumbing coming from the well to a house, having known water test values (lead, nitrates), proper testing procedure, and re-analysis.Fact is, she was effectively representing the rest of the company. She was pleasant, polite, and succinct. Wish I remembered her name. Anyway, great job!If the rest of their company works the same way, Id use their services anytime.

We were having a time trying to put in a dishwasher. Ends up all the plumbing was different then the previous dishwasher. We called and asked could they come out and help get our dishwasher in and fix the plumbing and asked when the earliest time that they could be here, they said first thing in the morning. Sure enough they were here just a little bit after 8am. D’Von was here first a very nice young man that absolutely knew his job and what he was doing/going to do for us, after a little bit of time Chris came to help out with something.
