    We recently bought a home and called Royal Flush to look at some plumbing issues. Troy came out and gave a thorough look at everything. He patiently explained his findings and his recommendations. Honesty and trust are important, and I was pleased that Troy never tried to upsell us - he was forthright when he thought something was fine and should be left as-is. And when he thought something needed to be addressed, he gave us options for us to consider (such as a minor rebuild, major rebuild, or replacement). Troy was highly professional and put on booties when walking in the living areas of the house. I’ll be happy to call Royal Flush for my future plumbing needs.

    Troy was so incredibly helpful and informative. Our pilot light went out for the second time this year and I couldn’t relight it. He got it going and told us all the options we had for replacing it once it finally dies. And it was a courtesy call. Highly recommended.

    Truly a customer service experience for the GAWDS🤌🏽 Had a leak during a terrible storm and although rescheduled once or twice due to backlog, they kept me in the loop!Once given an ETA, Troy arrived. Any positive reviews here for him, believe it! Sharp, informative, and efficient. Also to note, as a woman I felt safe and not as if he (a man) was making me uncomfortable in my own home. Overall a great experience 🙌🏽

    My plumbing issue was completed by Eury. I appreciated his friendly yet professional demeanor. I had a clog, and he ended up having to work from the outside to the inside of the home to get it cleared. I was very pleased to see that he was confident and knew what he was doing. Despite having to work for a couple hours, between pumping, the camera down the drain (which I requested), and a toilet removal, he was very patient and did whatever was needed, going through every possibility until it was cleared. When one way didn’t work, he went to the next possible solution with no complaints. He was professional, and patiently answered every question I had, explaining everything. He cleaned up afterwards and the toilet, as well as its surroundings, looked exactly as it had prior to being removed. I would definitely recommend Eury as well as Royal Flush Fayetteville. I will be using them again for any future issues.

    I called and they came out the same evening. Communications by phone letting me know the eta. Isaiah, the tech was able to fix my problem that night and I made an appointment for him to come back so we could find out what the problem was. He came with the camera, and explained what he doing and what the issue was. Processional and friendly staff and crew.I highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs. Prices are affordable.

    Great service and quick response. I had what I thought was an issue with my water heater but my technician David S did a great job of diagnosing the real issue, a pressure regulator valve, and replacing. David also serviced my water heater while here. Very professional and he took the time to explain what happened and the work involved to rectify the issue. David left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. I will recommend and use them again for future plumbing needs.

    Royal Flush plumbing Is a top-notch plumbing company! They had a real person who answered the phone! They did not charge to come and give us an estimate. They scheduled the work promptly and notified us they were coming, came when they said they were going to come, did what they said they were going to do and went above and beyond when we incorrectly ordered one of the 4 toilets we were replacing. Caleb was just the kind of technician you want to send to someone’s home. He was a pleasure to be around, knew what he was doing and was incredibly gracious. i’ll give him 10 stars if it were possible. Then to top it off, they had a real person call the day after to see how the job went!! Spectacular service in every way. They will be our go to from this point on! Thank you!! JOB WELL DONE!
