Steph and Kamal came out on CHRISTMAS to help my dad with a leak! He had been out of water for almost a week and they were the only ones willing and able to help! They arrived quickly and were very knowledgeable! They work so well together and even had great conversation with my dad! With my dad being elderly not having water was very stressful but they were able to put that stress to rest! I cannot say enough great things about them!! They are definitely assets to this great company!

I had a sump pump issue in my basement on a Sunday morning. I thought oh no a Sunday Im in even bigger trouble. I had seen root rooter in my neighborhood before so I decided to call them first. They were so friendly at the office and said they could get someone out within 1-2 hours. 30 mins later called and said a technician could come in 30-45 mins. Emmanuel came and he was excellent. While I had an electrical shortage that shut my pump off, whoops. He took the time to flush the pump out and ensure it was working properly and walked me through making sure how to care for it properly to keep it running its best. Any questions I had he was knowledgeable and took the time to throughly explain and educate me. I appreciate it that he took the time and definitely built my trust! I would recommend them and already have! Its nice to have a good trustworthy company when poop happens ;) thank you for a great experience!

I had a leaking bathroom faucet. I called 3 plumbing companies on a Saturday. These companies were advertised as being available 24/7. However, they were not able to come until the next week. I called Roto-Rooter. They informed me that I would receive an appointment within 30 minutes. Within 15 minutes I was informed that the technician was on his way and would arrive within 30 minutes. The technician, Trenton Redmond, arrived promptly. He diagnosed that there was no simple repair. I needed a totally new faucet apparatus. Trenton followed me to home depot. I purchased the faucet that I desired. He inserted the new faucet and drain in 1 hour. I was only charged for the labor. The new faucet works very well. He is an excellent plumber.
