We used Precise Heating & Air to install a Mitsubishi Mini Split System in an efficiency apartment on August 2, 2024. Joe Gardenhire met with me on location, evaluated what we needed & gave me a cost on the spot. A week later we gave the approval to install the unit. The installers showed up on time & completed the installation in less than 5 hours. They were very professional and cleaned up before they left. The Mitsubishi unit is quiet (our refrigerator is louder) & keeps the living area cool and comfortable. I am extremely pleased with the service, the unit and the cost. I will use Precise for any future needs.

James was fantastic. He had to travel over 50 miles to get to my house and yet he was still on time. He showed me what my issues were and fixed them quickly. James is the rare someone who loves what he does, who really enjoys helping people AND who is good ( a Master) at his craft. Precise is the best. I absolutely love this wonderful company!

He was excellent in explaining everything to us- was so hot- hard to focus!🔥 Our first time for HVAC replacement and Joe really spent the time and helped us out.💯😁

I would highly recommend this company! Bobby came out and did an AC service for us. I was very impressed with his professional and friendly demeanor. He was so knowledgable and helped us understand what was going on with our HVAC system. I will definitely use this company again! Also, very reasonably priced!

I had a good experience with this company, Although theyre a small company they knew what was needed to get done to replace my water heater and worked on it as soon as rhey could, theyre willing to work with you and are honest and genuine. I only rate 4/5 stars because it did take a moment to get the payment and imvoice situated due to them using a new system but with time it wont be anything to worry about. Everything got taken care of in a satisfactory manner and I was definitely pleased

We used Precision Heating & Air out of Rogers, AR on November 30, 2021 to install a propane wall-mounted heater. We called the company on the 29th and the company sent Danny Perkins on the 30th. Danny was very professional, friendly, and worked very quickly. What really impressed my husband and me was that he called my husband before he headed our way in order to ensure that all parts that were required for the job were included with the purchased heater. We highly recommend this company
