    This business is awesome. AJ was our technician. He came out, detected that our yard leak was coming from a root that invaded the pipe. He throughly was able to dig down and replace part of the pipe in less then 3hrs the work was completed and the pricing was lower then expected. Thanks again and if we have any more plumbing needs we will definitely give you a call.

    I have been using plumbing plus for a while now and unfortunately I have never left a review to tell everyone how incredible they are !!!!! Aj is the most top knotch and knowledgeable technician out there! Arthur the owner is simply flat out amazing as an owner and a worker him self. Sharonda in the office has definitely pulled major strings to get me what I need when I need it! The complete install crew they have are quick and do the job perfect every single time I needed them. If you have never used them before I highly encourage you to change your experience with your current plumber to plumbing plus! As a project manager I have used many vendors to get home owners back to comfortably living in their homes. Plumbing is always a number one concern, BUT!!! I don’t have to have any concern when using plumbing plus! Specifically to aj….. keep grinding your professionalism and hard work will def pay off. You have always been presentable kind and reassuring no matter what !!!!

    Wow! What can I say!?!? Plumbing Plus has done it again! Their customer service and professionalism is so refreshing! Nicole is who I initially spoke with to schedule an appointment. She was knowledgeable, friendly and had amazing customer service. She was also able to schedule me for an appointment right away! AJ, who performed my services, was also amazing!! He was able to explain the issue I was having and fixed everything in a timely manner! He was courteous, professional and on time!!!     I called after noon on a Friday and made a Monday appointment. A (known) snag with a mapping program sent the tech to the wrong address after office hours and missed the first appointment. I called back to reschedule and the office got me worked back in for the following day. The tech arrived well within his projected window (along with a courtesy call) and provided me an estimate for the needed repair, a new water box for the washer. The tech was very clear up front that some sheetrock damage would have to occur for access to the repair. Not unexpected and the piece cut out was minimal.The tech was super friendly and very knowledgeable. The work was completed quickly and neatly. As an added bonus the price was very reasonable, an experience I did not have with a couple of other local plumbers.I absolutely recommend and will keep their number handy in case I need other repairs done.Thank you.

    I’m very happy I decided to call Plumbing Plus. Another contractor stood me up for days on an urgent job I needed to get done to pass my section 8 inspection. When I called Plumbing Plus they came the same day to give an estimate and did the work the same day too. The technician Rashaan was great. He was skilled, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I’ll definitely continue to use them in the future.

    Called Plumbing Plus Thursday afternoon after fighting with the removal of a tub drain and they were able to get me in the schedule the next morning. AJ showed up and took care of the problem quick and even a bit more to finish up our bathroom. Very pleased with the service and will be using them in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

    Looking for an amazing plumbing company? No need to look any further!!! PLUMBING PLUS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! My water heater went out on me, and they sent someone right out to install a new one! The process was seamless!!! Rashaan was the gentleman who assisted me with my install. He was courteous, efficient and finished the installation in a timely manner.     They came here by the end of the day to provide a free estimate. After calling a couple more companies I either didnt hear back or they wanted $ to provide the estimate. So I choose Plumbing Plus and AJ was my technician. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He located and assessed my problem in just a few minutes. He then explained face to face the problem, his plan to repair, and an estimate of the cost. I asked Plumbing Plus on Monday to proceed with the work. AJ arrived today and completed the job. The price ended up being exactly what was estimated. I would recommend this company to anyone and will also use them for my plumbing needs in the future.

    I had hot water leaking outside my home and Choice would not cover the repairs. Plumbing Plus advised the repair was reasonable, advised which parts we needed to replace and labor cost was very reasonable. In completing the job, he also identified another part that needs to replace within the near future and offered to come back out to fix on our behalf.     Over the weekend our guest bathroom toilet flooded. We contacted our home warranty company and no one was able to get out until Monday (so we thought). I called the originally assigned plumbing company today to confirm we were on their list, they advised that we were on their list to CALL but no work would be done today. YES I WAS SO UPSET! We called our warranty company back and was assigned to Plumbing Plus, they were not able to come out until tomorrow but I called the company JUST TO SEE, I was greeted by an amazing receptionist who felt bad because she would not be able to send someone out until about 430. I was excited because someone would be here TODAY! The plumber showed up, assessed our toilet and got to work IMMEDIATELY! He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and truly saved our home from flooding again! Art, thank you for taking care of our home as if it were your own!     Mr. Arthur from Plumbing Plus was a absolute pleasure to work with! I couldn’t figure out why our MB toilet/bidet was leaking. I had another plumber out who couldn’t fix the problem and was near wits end. Mr Arthur showed up and figured out straight away what the problem was. He even created a custom tool to tighten the toilet properly to the floor since the bolts are hidden in a very tight compartment. Overall I’m very pleased with their work and will use them for any plumbing needs in the future!

    AJ did an awesome job. This was my 3rd plumber. The first plumber stated I needed new toilet kits and the 2nd plumber stated I needed an entire flush system which would take minimum 3 hours. Come to find out it was neither. I just needed the flaps adjusted. 15 minutes later AJ had all 3 toilets working properly. AJ (Plumbing Plus) thank you for your honesty!!!     I’ve been using Plumbing Plus for the past 10 years and have been extremely satisfied with their work. Compared to other plumbers their rates are fair and reasonable. They have done a variety of projects for me at my various rental properties including replacing underground piping and completely plumbing a basement along with the installation of a Saniflo macerating pump. I wouldn’t use anyone else.Most recently, I referred a friend who was living out-of-state to Plumbing Plus because a pipe busted at his rental property and his property manager was not at all responsive. Plumbing plus was able to get to the site within 30 minutes and had the problem fixed in no time. He expressed to me how grateful he was for the referral.

    I recently called Plumbing Plus to have a busted water heater replaced. Licensed plumber Arthur arrived within the stated time. He assessed the problem and made suggestion on how to make it more convenient to turn off the water to the tank. He also checked the pressure of the water coming into the house. Another water heater tank was installed the same day. I was very pleased with efficiency of the install. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

    Plumbing Plus was at my house today to replace my water heater. They called and setup a time and came on time. He kept me updated on the progress and complthe assignment in a timely manner.As the plumber, AJ, was leaving he smelled gas and told me he thought I had a gas leak outside my basement. We called the gas company and found out that there was a leak and they fixed it. He could have just come and completed his work order and never said anything. Who knows, he may have saved my entire familys life! Please tell him we said thank you!!!

    I just purshased my home and was looking for contractors to have work done. I called several different Plumbing contractors to have the work bidded on and all of their prices seem on the high end so that made me feel a bit uneasy. I headed to Lowes to see what their installations for a bathroom from scratch would cost. They stated they didnt do work on bathrooms from scratch but only upgrades to already existing plumbing fixtures but, they recommended a licensed plumbing contractor that handles alot of contracts for them.I contacted Plumbing Plus on a Friday evening after the Tile Contractor had torn out the preexisting bathroom walls. Mr. Arthurs Assistant answered and I told her my situation. She scheduled me for an appointment first thing the next coming Monday.The appointment was for 9:00am, they arrived at 8:45am, coffees in hand and asked if they could change into their shoe protectors at the door. Plumbing Plus did measurements and gave me a price $800 cheaper then all the other plumbing services I had contacted. They told me for a job this size I would need to make a deposit for permits and parts. Receipts would be provided. The next day, I faxed the fixture set up to them and they emailed me a verification email telling me it was received.Im traveling nurse and I was head back out of town Thursday. I let Mr. Arthur know my grandparents would be there while I was away to handle any concerns until I returned the following week. Mr. Arthur told me his son was text savvy and would snap pictures of the jobs work to keep me in the loop of things.All in all, I had a jacuzzi tub, 2 vanities, shower, toilet room along with all the drainage and water plumbing done plumbing wise. Plumbing Plus took a total for 3 days in a 3 week period to complete their end. Im happy and satisfied. Thanks Plumbing Plus! Ill be calling you guys when Im ready to have my pool installed.

    I have used plumbing Plus for a number of years. These guys really know their stuff and are incredibly professional and reasonably priced. They did all of the plumbing in my basement, replaced a water pressure valve, garbage disposals, a water heater and rooted out clogged pipes. These are my go to guys for plumbing issues.

    Absolutely the best!! My coworker referred me to them and I am so grateful. My toilets were clogged and were flowing into the tub and showers in all bathrooms.
