    This company has done a couple jobs for me. Their response to my concerns has always been prompt and efficient. The plumber Ty was respectful, cordial and exhibited a high level of knowledge in his field of expertise. He did not dawdle but assessed the situation, found the problem (a leak in the main line) and fixed it in less than 2 hours. Thank you. Your customer service is commendable.

    I needed my garbage disposal completely removed and Ty was sent out promptly to completely the job within the hour! My experience with him was wonderful. Very polite, hard working, efficient.     When I called for an appointment for a plumber, I was able to get a house call with 24 hours. Chris came to my home, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced my garbage disposal. He gave instructions on use to extend the life of the product and have us warranty details. He was in and out in no time and the cost was very reasonable. He was very personable and professional. It was a VERY pleasant experience overall. I would definitely use Plumbing by BFW again.

    Plumbing by BFW was very professional throughout my entire experience from my initial call to schedule my water heater installation through several contacts to confirm my appointment to letting me know that Chris Frye and Eric Pietro were on their way to my home.Chris and Eric arrived during their schedule appointment time, they were professional, answered all of my questions and were very personable.I was please with the price of the installation. Compared to other local plumbers, Plumbing by BFWs price was many of the quotes I was given.I recommend Plumbing by BFW. You might get lucky and have Chris and Eric as your technicians.

    Randy was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done both to locate and then make the appropriate repairs on my plumbing issues. I dont now remember his partners name, but he was certainly involved in the repair process as well.     Randy has been amazing in assisting my wife and I with the installation of drain lines with a pump and water lines at her new salon.The work performed has been outstanding, but more importantly the communication and scheduling has been a blessing to us. When needed to fit into a tight schedule of our renovation, Randy went out of his way to complete the plumbing installs needed so that other contractors that were scheduled were not delayed with their installations.

    The Srvc was awesome.i received a call from the office that the plumber would be here within the hour. 15 min later the gentleman Randy and his partner was here. They listened to what my issues were, then looked to see what was going on. They found the leak, diagnosed the problem. Within 15 minutes they were fixing the problem. When they were finished, they even asked what they could use to clean up the mess. I insisted that I would take care of the clean up myself. They were prompt, courteous, thorough, efficient and fast.     George is awesome! Made himself available on short notice just to work with my schedule installing a gas range I had purchased from Lowe’s. This is the second time I have had George Lennon here to do a plumbing job and both times extremely satisfied. I highly recommend him and his company BFW. Now this is the third call in a couple of years for this old house. This time Randy Parker was the technician and he did a great job fixing a leaking shower head and unclogging a slow bathtub drain.     Been using their water filter system for 3 years. We like it so much were moving it with us instead of leaving it in the home were leaving. We contacted Plumbing by BFW and the receptionist was polite patient understanding and professional she is the initial reason I decided to go with this company. Our technician was Sergio he arrived on time was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the things that he would do. He gave us a quote . He is the second reason we went with this company. They send appointment reminders as well as a message and picture of the technician on the way.Randy installed our reverse osmosis system and added a line to the fridge. He did a great job and left the area clean and tidy, even after drilling through granite. During the process he was courteous and thorough as he explained what he was doing. We could tell he was knowledgeable and felt confident in his ability to do this job. We appreciate the time he took to explain things and go over what a whole home filtration would look like. For now, we have the RO tank at the sink and are very thankful for that.

    David Winter was my technician this time.He was polite and went straight to work. I explained the problem and within 10 minutes he fixed the disposal so I could start doing dishes.He even started cleaning the sink!
