He left both bathrooms cleaner than when he arrived, was very nice in general, and did a fantastic job. Jeremy is one of the best plumbers that I have encountered and would recommend for any plumbing services/needs. I called Mikes Plumbing well after 11pm. The lady that answered the phone sounded like she was asleep but she was very kind and respectful. Minutes after I called to request a plumber, Chad called me to tell me his ETA. He arrived and told me the problem and the price. He completed the job and called me to tell me he was finished. He was so nice even though it was 1am. He thanked me and didnt even complain about the time. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend!!! CHAD YOU ROCK!!! This is our 2nd time using Mikes Plumbing and I cannot say enough about how they came in clutch for me today. Had a drained clog issue related to the washing machine and needed some help. Called them Tuesday, but they didnt have anything available til Thursday. I called another place (VERY prominent local company in the area who weve done other business with). They were able to get me in same day. Came out to assess and gave me 4 options (1 starting at $900 which they said wouldnt fix my issue, the 4th was around $12K). I laughed and told them no thank you. Why would I pay you almost $1K for something you say wont fix my issue. Called Mikes back today in a bind, paid the emergency fee. CHAD came out after hours, crawled under the house in the dark, assessed the issue, and fixed it in about 1 hrs time....for WAYYYYYYY less than my other options. Im recognizing Mike and his team for their quality of work & HONESTY. Chad was awesome and I cant thank him enough!

The people at Mikes plumbing are great! They came out to clear a soft clog from my main line and explained every step of the process to me. I want to clarify on another review that I read, they offered transparent and up front pricing when they identified the root cause of my issues. Explaining to me why they did not want to use a flush out under the house (didn’t want sewage in crawl space) and exactly what it would cost to remove my toilet to clear my main line and then reinstall it. I politely asked them to wait until I ran a wash cycle on my washer and they had no issues with this. A+!!! I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs.

I called the office and got the after hours line with an immediate answer the representative was very attentive and set up an immediate appointment for me and Squirrel arrived not long after being dispatched and discovered I had a leak in my wall leading into my kitchenMy home is not new construction and the leak had no crawlspace access, Squirrel was still able to locate and repair the leak and didn’t not appear to have challenges making the needed repairs. Blantons wanted a 10 year contract but Mike save the day and saved us from failing the inspection fixed drain and plumbing for a very reasonable price.Well Mike finished our job. I just cannot brag enough on this company. He upgraded the pipe and put a faucet outside and fixed the septic line that was so wrong that it came disconnected as soon as he touched it. All the extra work he did and the price was the same as he originally quoted. Mike is amazing, this company is fabulous, honest, and absolutely the best in this area. Forget the rest and hire Mike for all your plumbing needs. You won’t regret it.

July 2023: 5 star service in Y3. Eric and Chad did a great job doing my whole house inspection and hot water heater flush. Ill always use Mikes Plumbing.May 2022: I cant leave more than one review.... but update. One year later Mike came out to address an issue with my plumbing. 5-star service again!!March 2021: Mike came to install an instant hot water heater and do all the plumbing for a bathroom remodel. He did an excellent job, explained everything in detail, and maintained good communication throughout the process. He would immediately respond to texts and/or phone calls. Even after the work was done and paid for, he still came back to address problems. He was at my home at 9pm on a Saturday night making sure I had access to hot water. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend Mike for all your plumbing needs!!!

Wow! What a wonderful plumbing company to work with!! When water leaks were found in the crawl space we did a Google search and called Mike’s because of their high ratings. They were able to send someone out the very next day for the repair. The leaks were fixed in an hour! Based on what was found during the repair, it was recommended to get an estimate to replace the lines running into the house. Mike came out to give the estimate. He listened carefully to what the issues are, walked through the house, explained exactly what I could expect throughout the process of replacing the lines, and helped me understand better when I had questions. The estimate was beyond reasonable, very budget friendly. Every person I have spoken to from this company has been FANTASTIC!
