Mr. James provided outstanding plumbing service. Honest, polite, reliable & knowledgeable. He accommodated us in his schedule under 24hrs. Provided a diagnostic via phone and gave us options on how to handle the issue. We had an inoperative pressure balance cartridge for our shower. He linked us with a local vendor to acquire the needed part; saving us money. Normally, companies would add an up-charge for the parts if they provide the part. He took care of us on that. The repair were completed seamless and he also provided us with an inside look with pointers of the job for future reference.Outstanding and quick service and generous price. Family owned company with an amazing owner. Thank you Mr. James. We are very pleased with the service.We strongly recommend.

James was amazing! Had a shower head that wouldnt stop leaking no matter what I replaced or did! He was able to come the same day and fixed the problem in less than an hour! The price was super affordable, especially compared to what others wanted to even come out and look! He was polite and courteous during his visit also! Outstanding service! Same day service too! James was almost able to diagnose my issue over the phone that’s how good he is! He also got the job done in a super time efficient manner. Pretty much replaced all components of my toilet within 15 mins. As for price, I’ve been through 2 other plumbers and his was by far the best pricing. He’s honest, and he doesn’t beat around the bush! Almost like having your own family do the job!

I met James in a store and he was wearing his T-shirt with his logo. I stopped him to inquire about installing a whole house water filter. He came to look at my plumbing at NO CHARGE! I ordered the filter and he installed it perfectly! Great guy, prompt, fair pricing and meticulous in his work. He even took the time to watch it for leaks rather then run off to his next job! If you need a plumber I would highly recommend James the plumber!!

James is great! I was quoted over $500 to replace a toilet flange by another company which seemed crazy to me. Called James and he charged less than half that! His communication was excellent. Overall very happy with his services and will use him again for any future plumbing needs.

We had received estimates before and they were so expensive that we held off on the repairs. James fixed our problems in no time at all. He was less expensive than the base service call fees other plumbers wanted to charge just to show up. Contacted James on a whim when I had a water leak on our main floor coming from our second floor. He answered when I called at 6:30 AM and was at my house by 8:15 AM. He was thorough, efficient, prompt and fixed my plumbing issues in very little time. Not only did he fix my issues, but he cleaned up after himself and contacted someone he knew to come fix my ceiling (which is not in the plumbing scope of practice). James went above and beyond for our family and we so appreciate it. His charges are fair and we will certainly be using him again in the future. HIGHLY recommended!

James is honest, reliable, and friendly. He knows his business and can give you good advice. He fixed bath fittings, which Blantons installed incorrectly. He also came out to replace old, worn out parts in the bathroom of my 55+ year old Cottonade home. He is busy, like many professionals, but responds promptly. He is the best plumber I have ever had.

I had a shower that wouldnt get hot. Barely was lukewarm. Im relatively handy, but I couldnt figure it out to save my life. James was on time, professional, and had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes. Had it fixed in 45 and thats only because he had to go purchase a part for me. His pricing was also incredibly fair, way less than other large businesses in town. Give James a shot, hes awesome.

Without question the only plumber we will use or recommend in Fayetteville!

Excellent service and great guy. I came up to visit my daughter for Christmas. Her hot water tank was rusted out and leaking. I ordered a tank through Home Depot and needed installation. HD subs out to another plumber who told me it would be a minimum of 1k but more likely to be 1500.00 to install a 50 gallon tank. We just replaced ours at home and that price seemed a bit high. I let them know I’d be looking for someone else and they wished me luck.I searched for plumbers in the Spring Lake NC area and started calling in hopes of finding one who was available and not looking to price gouge.I called James the Plumber. Something stood out about him immediately. Although I reached voicemail, his message said to text him. If you leave a voicemail, he’s not likely to get it right away since his phone doesn’t notify him. That might seem like a small thing but to me it wasn’t. He put himself in the shoes of his customer and gave an avenue to get on his radar right away.I texted him and he called me back right away. I told him about my situation and he was able to squeeze me in the following day. He’s very knowledgeable. His pricing was reasonable, service was excellent, and his personality - outstanding.We recommend him very very highly.
