Not only did they give me a same day appointment, they diagnosed the problem, left to get the parts and fixed the pump all in the same day!We weren’t expecting anything close to what we received. While out of town, I was informed by a neighbor that she could see water coming through the crack in my driveway. I phoned one plumbing company and was told that the pipe under the driveway needed to be replaced at a cost of $3,500. I had a friend check out the leak and he thought it was coming from a pipe at the meter. I contacted Heavenly Throne and they sent Carson to check out the leak. He confirmed that it was coming from the pipe at the meter and that it would cost $686. Carson did a great job, he was very professional and courteous. He notified me of his expected arrival time and kept me updated throughout the process. I would definitely use them again.

I highly, highly, highly recommend Heavenly Throne. They arrived at 5 and didnt finish until after 8, but their work ethic and attitude are top-notch! I prayed before they came to ask God to calm me down because I was so stressed. I couldnt use water and my grandparents are coming to town in a couple of days. When I saw the Bible verse on their t-shirt, I felt at ease and I knew I could trust them. They finished the job within the time frame I asked for. I can’t say enough good things about them! Mr Cox arrived in the time frame he stated. He got to work right away . Due to restoration company need to view the furniture in bedroom was not put back or in a way easy for me to get my wheelchair into that room. My bathroom was left a bit out of whack and as handicapped senior made it hard for me to maneuver but over all I am pleased with the work. Cost seems in line with other plumbers. Expensive. He was very professional and very nice. Unfortunately he did not do a great job of clean up. Understand he doesnt do the drywall replacement but left the residue all over the floor of cutting hole in wall to access drain pipe

This is the best plumbing company I have worked with so far. I was installing chair rails on my wall and I decided to remove it so I can place it closer to the other picture boxes. When I removed the top piece of the molding water came shooting out the nail hole and was spraying all over one of my couches and the carpet. I couldn’t believe it and I panicked because I didn’t know what to do. I tried to put my finger over the hole to stop it. Eventually, I grab a bucket and some towels, so the carpet wouldn’t get too soaked.I called Blanton Air, heating and electric and they told me they can send somebody out in about 30 minutes but the water was still spraying everywhere because of the pressure.I looked on my phone for someone else and decided to call the first plumbing company I saw. I told the wonderful lady my story and she told me to go outside and turn off the water. Afterwards I was thinking why didn’t Blanton Air told me to do that. Anyway, I went outside and turned off the water and the owner came out in less than 15 minutes. He called in one of his workers and told me I punctured a plastic pipe going to the outside water faucet. He was very professional and once he repaired the pipe he looked for the shut off valve in my house and showed me what to do next time something like this happens. I owe them a lot because it could have been much worse waiting on Blanton Air to show up because the water would have been still be spraying everywhere. I gave them five stars because they were professional, kept in contact with me, told me how to turn off the water, and most importantly they pulled the plumber off of another job. If you have an emergency, I would definitely give this company a call because they are quick and caring.

Mr. Jeremy did an amazing job. Full of knowledge with all questions I had and was surprisingly quick to identify the issue with my waterheater and even went beyond and replaced more than was needed due to the manufacturing shortcomings of my unit. After a month of shopping around for prices, I found Heavenly Thrones rates to be fair. Hands down will be my go-to for all my plumbing needs.

Most reasonable, fastest dispatch (less than 2 hours from time of call), responsive, courteous, professional, and informative technician and also the woman who scheduled my appointment. Ive had several plumbers come out and all diagnose differently and not one said lets start with thermocouple because it looks burnt out. Saved us $400 to $800. 60 days warranty for it too. Even made future suggestion to keep it going well. Done in 30 minutes! Definitely calling him again, maybe for the water pressure in the bathroom sink or ice in the fridge.

Carson Cox and his assistant came to fix what was supposed to be a simple leak, but ended up being bigger job than any of us expected. They explained the WHO, WHAT and, WHY of the problem and showed me what they were doing every step of the way. They worked really hard to get done in a timely manner and even cleaned up everything when they finished! The cost for the repairs was a lot less than I anticipated and I’m really grateful for that. It shows that they care about their clients and what they do. These guys rock and I’ll definitely use them in the future.

Had an issue with both toilets. Called and they had an appt available the next day which did not work with my schedule so they quickly worked my schedule and got me the next business day. I was notified when the technician was on route. When the technician arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote and confirmed he had the equipment needed to fix it right then. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. In the several years of owning my home I had never needed a plumber but now I definitely have one to use when someone comes up.

I used Heavenly Plumbing for a few plumbing issues I found around the house that we had purchased 6 month prior. They were quick to get us on their schedule and were very professional. They replaced a toilet, fixed my water pressure in the kitchen sink, fixed the jets on my bathtub in the master suite, fixed the nozzle in the backyard for the water hose, and then fixed 2 different leaks in my pipes. They were very reasonable with their prices and completed all that in one day. I will be reaching out to them again when Im ready to replace the other 3 toilets in the house and of course if I have any other plumbing issues. Thank you Heavenly Throne Plumbing!! The only unfortunate thing about my experience with this company was that my water line burst under my house on a holiday weekend. Jeremy was prompt and forthcoming with other things he saw about the crawl space under my home that needs to be addressed by different professionals. The house is old and it seems the prior owners were not up front with some details that were not disclosed. He worked diligently and used materials that would hold up better than what was there. I have used this company several times! I have an older house that had several different issues I knew nothing about but their technician came out and was able to pinpoint every problem and wasn’t the type to just add things on to just make money he was genuinely concerned of my issues and explained everything thoroughly to me so that I could understand and he fixed everything that needed to be fixed so that I wouldn’t have future issues! I personally know plumbers but when he came out and gave me a quote I just knew this company would be a good fit for my needs and I’m sure glad I went with them! I highly recommend their company! They are very knowledgeable and will fix your issues without causing new ones like what I have experienced with previous plumbing companies! I have not had any issues since but if I did Heavenly Throne Plumbing will definitely be my go too!!

Came home on Christmas night to find my pipe busted flooding my backyard and house inner wall it remained flooding all night. Called a few plumbing services their time frame couldnt work for my emergency. I ended up calling Heavenly Throne Plumbing first thing in the morning. Received Excellent on time service. Called them at 9.30am today which is a holiday the day after Christmas they told me they can be there between 11am and 1pm they showed up at 11.07am opened the wall and found the problem it was not from a freeze but from an existing nail hole that been there for years in the pipe and finally busted out. I called them just for a quote and they were the cheapest. Once I have them my address they were here within 10 mins and knocked out my toilet leak. The technician I had was very punctual, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole repair. He even replaced a few bolts that he said might lead to another leak. I will be coming back to them for sure with any other issues I may have. I am very pleased.
