We built a commercial building that was completed in 2018. The contractor used HDI for the plumbing in the building. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to you guys. Jacob, was out of the country last week. I left him a message about a minor problem that we were having. Despite being out of the country and having no obligation to us whatsoever, they had a guy there within the hour to fix a spigot that would have left us in a bind over the weekend. Jorge is the tech that has helped us with these issues, and he is extremely helpful, professional, and just straight up nice. This is not the first time theyve exhibited this kind of customer service with our project. I want you guys to know we appreciate it. And, I hope to push some business your way. Thank you. -
