    Very pleased with Budget Rooter. James was incredible.Labor Day, and my septic line backup and was coining onto the house (shower pan only ... whew). James from Budget Rooter came out and completed a rather difficult task quickly and professionally. Had to dig up the inlet port to the septic tank to gain access to the main line from the house to clean it out. He even sent a camera up there to verify it was all good to go once done. (we just bought the house, and have been diligent to not send anything down to the septic tank that does not belong there).Additionally, the office manager, Carolyn (I believe), was also the best. She took our call that was initially routed as a routine call and upgraded it quickly to an emergency since sewage was backing into my home.Budget Rooter did a fabulous job, I would hire them again (just hoping I dont have to... ;) )

    We needed to replace our natural gas water heater. Budget Rooter Plumbing Company arrived promptly as scheduled. After the service man, Mr. Jose Castillo verified our maintenance water heater policy, Mr. Castillo removed our old water heater. He also put in new pipes and exhaust pipe. A neat, clean professional job. Mr. Castillo worked steady with no breaks until the task was completed. He cleaned up his work area very nicely. Answered all our questions and eased our work project.     The team came out yesterday to remove old existing pipes under the house with new PVC pipes. They did a very professional job, explaining all that was being done, including pictures from under the house! I highly recommend them for all your service needs. The prices are reasonable; I have used this company previously and was always satisfied with a job well done.

    Noah and Riley replaced my old hot water heater this week. We ran into several snags (older house!) but they were all dealt with in the best manner possible. The boys were respectful, cheerful, efficient and knowledgeable. I talked with Holly and Samantha a few times during this process and both of them were phenomenal. Also, this is a family-owned business and for me, that’s another reason to use them! I’m a satisfied customer who will definitely spread the word and I’ll call them for all my plumbing needs.     Used this company to replaced all of the old plumbing, refrigerator box, and washer box in our house. They also installed new shower assemblies and a sink faucet along with all the exterior hose bibs. Amazing job CJ, Ash, and Jay!! Great family owned company extremely experienced and helpful with any questions we had. Definitely recommend!!

    I was really satisficed with the technician Noah. He was very polite and courteous. I showed him to the area where the tank was and he evaluated the problem. Noah put my mind at ease with his findings. When he realized he needed another part, he went the extra mile. He drove back to the shop and with the right piece returned to finish the job. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience today with Noah. Fine young man. I like to close my review with a thank you Jesus for sending me the right person.

    This company deserves 10 stars. We had clogged drains and our toilets were backing up. We called and they came out the same day. Very professional and polite. Great Job! Highly recommend Budget Rooter to anyone needing a plumbing company. Love working with local hometown businesses.

    I am extremely happy with my decision to choose Budget Rooter. Other places wanted $100+ just to show up. Budget Rooter said the estimate is free! They told me they could have someone to my house in the afternoon, they called back at 1130 to say someone was on the way. Mike showed up and did awesome. It was initially thought that the leak was in an area that would involve jack hammering my concreate slab. He even left to get the jack hammer. But when he returned he was very thorough and wanted to be sure. Ultimately, it was determined to actually be coming from the wall and therefore he didn’t have to tear my floor apart!! This dropped the overall repair cost and time down and he was finished in no time! He was very professional and patient with all my questions! I will definitely call again for any other plumbing needs!

    Fast and professional! I called on a Thursday evening and they asked me what time Id be available for the estimator to come out and we quickly scheduled a time before 2 PM the FOLLOWING DAY! They called me at 7:30 AM and told me the estimator was on his way...in 30 minutes he was here and very helpful! He found out what was wrong with my toilet, gave me an estimate and when I agreed to the price he began working on it. My toilet is fixed for a great price and if I need a plumber again, Ill call Budget Rooter!!! I got my issued fixed within 24 hours, that rocks! Thanks guys!

    I am very impressed with this company! I called them around 10AM for a sewer line blockage at my home. Josh, the technician, was at my home that afternoon and resolved the issue completely the same day, despite having to do quite a bit of investigation and diagnosis to specifically locate the exact problem in my situation. Josh worked professionally, courteously and diligently until the job was complete. He periodically updated me on the progress of what he had found and what he needed to do next and why. I am thrilled with how they handled my plumbing issue and would highly recommend them based on my first experience with them. Each person that I interacted with, from Josh to the office personnel that handled and oversaw the call, was professional and courteous.

    Very happy with the service I received. I called this morning because my garbage disposal had been clogged since last night. I told them I would be home after 1pm and they said they could have somebody out for an estimate between 2 and 4. Russ arrived at about 3pm and I was under the impression that I would be getting an estimate, but instead he got to work right away! He was done in about 20 minutes, and my disposal has been cleared out and is working properly. So glad I called I called Budget Rooter, as they are priced fairly, unlike another company that I called first that wanted $125 just to come out to my house. Thanks Russ and Budget Rooter!

    Unfortunately, the owner of this property cares much more for cheap and incompetent (even at the inconvenience of his tenants) than he does for moderate pricing and experience.But Michael was rite on with his explanation, which I insured that the owner and the workman knew.I have already sent out mass texts telling over 1500 people how wonderful Michael was - hope it generates business for you as you definitely deserve it.

    I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 5. My problem was with a employee. After taking with the owner I find him to be a honest and honorable vet. If you have a problem call and talk with the owner not the employee. The employee may be the face of the business but he is not the owner.

    Fast and Expedient. I called at 9:30 Am, and they got here at 10:00 am. It was 20 degrees and the darn pipes to my water heater started spraying everywhere. The Technician Marlon replaced the pipes and got it working both cleanly and efficiently with in one hr of arriving. I would call these folks again. Definitely eased my anxiety of the whole situation. Thank you.

    Wednesday night around 2:am all I heard was water spraying in my kitchen. I run outside and cut the water off to entire house. My hot water pipe split behind the washing machine. Thursday I had to sit all day with no water. I had no money to call for repairs🤦🏽‍♀️. Friday I woke up and spoke with Holley. She was so sweet over the phone. She answered my checklist of questions and said someone will be around after 12. I was a little on edge because it was around 3:30 and I had not heard anything. I called and spoke to Holley.. AGAIN THE SWEETEST!! She told me to just hold on and she insured me that if someone came after 5pm, I would not get an after hours charge. (Sooo thankful for that… although I would have paid it knowing what i know now!) David came around 5:30. He came in and was just as personable as he could be. We talked and before he did the work he gave me the price. THE PRICE WAS WITHIN MY “BUDGET” aka as AFFORDABLE 😁! HE DID THE WORK IN UNDER AND HOUR! Prob would not have taken him that long but I ask a lot of questions and he was kind about answering them.Their website says “ We will NOT flush your budget on high repair bills…that is our GUARANTEE! “PLEASE BELIEVE IT! I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY EVER AGAIN! TODAY I FELT SO BLESSED BY THIS EXPERIENCE. I am a single parent and this company could have Easily taken me for a ride given its 5:30 at night and to go another day without water would have really made us uncomfortable. I would have had to pay the price no matter what it was. I AM SOOO VERY THANKFUL THAT I MADE THE CHOICE TO GO WITH BUDGET ROOTER. I TRULY AM THANKFUL AND I WILL BE CALLING THEM FOR ANY AND ALL OF MY PLUMBING NEEDS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! THANK YOU TO THE OWNER AS WELL FOR THE CARE AND CONCERN FOR MYSELF AND MY FAMILY. He explained every aspect of the process to us, including how to maintain our plumbing more regularly with maintenance services to ensure we didn’t end up in this situation again.This company was the fifth plumbing agency at my home and David was the first tech to be able to identify the issue, and fix the issue and restore plumbing and water use in my home after over two weeks of no plumbing.
