    The technician was very knowledgeable and hard working. He took his time in servicing my two AC/Heating units and making sure everything was good to go. He answered all my questions that I had so I could update my house insurance information on the units. I signed up for their annual service plan to make sure my units are good to go all year long.

    Bell Cow installed a new water heater around July 26th, 2023. The day it was installed, I had to call and let them know it wasnt heating water at all. The guy that installed it came back and didnt have the electric correctly hooked up. It did work after that, and I havent thought about it since. However, I am now selling my property, and the water heater showed up in poor condition on the inspection report.The attached pictures and corrosion show it has been leaking most likely since the day it was installed. It is a slow leak, so the water and damage are contained to the top and side of the water heater.I have Bell Cow coming out later this week to look at it, but I am already paying another $90ish dollars for that. They have pointed out it that the water heater is outside the 1-year warranty window. Clearly it has been leaking for longer than the less the 5 months past the end of their warranty. Ill update with how this company handles my situation later this week.All in all, the installer didnt have the electric nor the plumbing connections to this water heater done correctly when he left the first time. Very disappointed in their lack of quality control on their own work.UPDATE: While there were problems with the installation, James came out on Wednesday and thoroughly analyzed the problem that caused the leak. It was due to how it was installed, but James addressed the issue. I was also not charged anything. Mistakes happen, but Bell Cow fixed the issue promptly without charging me anything. I can recommend this company and will call them for other projects in the future.

    Great service! We needed work done on our heating unit and Dawson was awesome. Customer service was top notch and he explained everything to us and showed us the issue. Very trustworthy and professional. Job was finished quickly and we are back up and running better than ever. We’ve now had Bellcow out for some plumbing and hvac service and each time was a great experience. Fair pricing too. Highly recommend.

    I contacted Bell Cow in NC recently to get a couple of kitchen ceiling lights replaced. One light fixture was a fluorescent tube style that was over 30 years old and needed to be upgraded to the newer LED style. I purchased a replacement fixture to go over the kitchen sink. Bernie Van Order in the construction department of Bell Cow was able to help me get what I needed. He came out to see exactly what I needed and sent an estimate for the work very quickly. I paid for the work and Joshua Taylor was sent out to perform the work. He arrived on time and called me ahead of time to let me know of his arrival. The job Joshua Taylor did was fantastic. We thought that the lights were the only thing needing to be replaced but did find a faulty wall switch that also needed to be replaced. Upon replacing the wall switch the light connected to that wall switch starting working. Long story short, if you need to upgrade an old fluorescent light or fix a light problem, Bell Cow construction is the place to call. These guys are professionals and know what they are doing.

    Highly Recommend, A +++. AC went out, I guessed it was a condenser/coil. Called insurance, they hired Bell Cow, got appt next day. Technician showed up, spoke with him for 1 minute, told him I checked circuits, no tripped circuits. Technician diagnosed problem, fixed in less than 1hr. Tech explained what happened and what he fixed, showed me broken parts. House cooled down rest of day. Very happy.

    Edit to original. Spoke to Jeremy and he was cordial and apologetic. Working to correct issues. I feel much better about Bell cow.Sadly, it took 4 visits (five pending) from the tech to get a gas line hooked up (maybe more it failed again today, so still not done. I can only assume that codes very from county to county (otherwise they are just bad at their jobs). Asked manager to call me. Jeremy doesnt have time for me. I am at 2 days lost work for this. I realize that Moore County might be a little out of their usual service area so I recommended that they contact the counties they are unfamiliar with to learn those coded differences. Didnt seem to be received earnestly.

    I have used Bell Cow three times now. Once when buying a house for an inspection, and twice when my A/C unit broke. They were quick, affordable and oh so kind.     The end result of my Bell Cow experience was good. I will say that there were hiccups along the way . Initially we contracted to have a single 75 gallon water heater installed, only to be told on the original install date that the one needed could not be obtained that day. Then another water heater was agreed on, but could not be installed in the crawl space as we had wanted.Bottom line, when dealing with Bell Cow or any other plumber, I strongly recommend clear agreement about what equipment will be installed, whether it is available in stock, where installed, and when it will be installed. I do give Bell Cow credit for being immediately responsive to my complaints through their online chat service. The plumbing technician also gave my husband his cell phone number, and was responsive to calls. The system we ended with was a tankless system which seemed reasonably priced compared with other estimates we had received. Installation and clean up was good. The water is hot and system seems to be in good working order.We would use them again, but with more precise understanding from the get-go.

    Company did a great job fixing the issue, but did not tell us they were replacing our Nest thermostat with a basic one. They installed the new thermostat and told us after the fact. The technician also tried to take our Nest thermostat, which we had to demand back from him. Again, not bad, but not 100% happy with the professionalism.

    We replaced our traditional with a tankless and it was the best choice ever. Bell Cow showed up on time and fished work early. They cleaned up and disposed of all trash too. My tech even made adjust to my shower so I could get more hot water. They stayed to ensure I was happy and answered all my questions.     The technician arrived on time and did exactly what he came to do, which was a yearly check up on the dual AC units we have. He checked the outside units, checked the inside units in the attic, he checked the thermostats, as well as the air filter vents.     Terry and Rita came to my home July 3rd to fix my AC. I must say they were very professional and courteous and took the time to explain everything to me. They replaced the motor and checked multiple things to make sure our AC was working properly before they left. I would recommend Bell Cow to family and friends.     Bell Cow technician Eric came to my house within hours of calling them when our a/c went out just hours after our power was restored (out 4 days during Hurricane Florence); all other a/c companies I called gave us a minimum of a 2 day wait before they could get someone to us. Eric and his associate were even at our house an hour earlier than the estimated time, and had our a/c restored in about 1 hour... VERY happy with Bell Cow - would highly recommend them to everyone!

    Extremely pleased with the customer service of Bell Cow. Additionally, their HVAC service members were timely, efficient, and provided quality service to our homes HVAC Unit. Their services were requested for an Air Conditioning repair. During the initial repair assessment, the technician also discovered a heating issue that would have only been found once we needed to begin using heat in the winter. Bell Cows technicians are very knowledgeable. They explained everything thoroughly, always kept us in the conversation about what their next steps were in the repair process, and constantly displayed professionalism representing their company. Moreover, as scheduling appointments were needed, the receptionists too, exuded politeness and very customer friendly service smiles and professionalism over the phone which is rare nowadays when calling any service center.     The process was very simple. I left a message and I got a callback on Monday. The technician came on Wednesday as scheduled. I was at work but the tech called me a few times to let me know what was going on. I thought the price was fair. They gave me the option to call or get a callback to pay. After I got out of work I got a call, paid by credit card and got my receipt on the phone. Very easy! My heating system has been working since. Maybe too well-my kids are complaining it’s now too hot lol!

    Excellent service!! I highly recommend this HVAC contractor! Technician Tim Britt was very friendly and knowledgable! Home warranty sent out several AC companies before Bell Cow and they were unable to fix the issues which were a bad compressor and reversing valve. Bell Cow did a great job and everything got fixed quick. Now I finally have a working AC unit!! Thank you Bell Cow!!

It is important to check your HVAC yearly to make sure it is performing the way it should and Bell Cow is the company you should be using. Both Brian and Terrance were a pleasure to work with. Terrance got us a quote on a split system quickly and we cant wait to have it installed in our sunroom.

    This will be a multi part review. Two weeks ago I called because my AC was freezing . Phone call was returned quickly and tech came out. He walked in, said it was my couch (which had been there for YEARS) that was the problem and then went to check the freon. Said there was nothing wrong with the unit. I questioned this and he fed me a line about how he went to college for this and how he was so educated on them then left with my money. Moved the couch and the AC froze within hours. ZERO STARS FOR THAT GUY! Started calling Bell Cow again for a week. They never returned the call. I then called from a different number and they returned the call within 10 minutes. Explained to them what happened and they sent Fred. Fred went through my unit thouroughly, explained everything he was doing and found the problem (which was NOT my couch). My 5 star review is for Fred, not the first guy or Bell Cow. If you are in NC near Fort Bragg I highly recommend requesting Fred!

    Just about a year into having my water heater, it needed to be replaced. Brad and James came out to try to fix the issue that we thought it was. They replaced the unit in a timely manner.Bell how has now replaced the water heater, and AC unit.

    Matthew went above and beyond to help us out. I sent in for a referral and they called and sent out a technician the same day!I felt the pricing was very fair and trust that Matthew did an excellent job. Our very old HVAC was in such bad shape it but he was able to revive it and I have the confidence it should last for years to come now. After he left, our house was actually cooling to the thermostat setting instead of the 87 degrees it was in our house before his visit.Would 100% recommend Bell Cow and we will use them again in the future!

    I hired Bell Cow to replace both my upstairs and downstairs HVAC units. The sales guy looked at my existing units, inspected the house, and dropped off a competitive quote the next morning. As it turns out, Trane was offering equipment savings over the lower quality brands and Bell Cow passed that savings on to me. I ended up going with a 2.0 and 2.5 ton Trane, three wifi Trane thermostats, and a gas pack. Pricing was competitive with the other 6 other quotes I received. Yes, I had 6 additional quotes because jobs that cost me over $10k require me to learn all I can about price, service, brands, etc. Installation did not go smooth. The downstairs unit required the installers to come out one additional time and the upstairs three additional times. Some may think this would automatically rate a one star review. However, the professionalism, next day visits at a time I could be home, and even sending out the Fayetteville site manager keeps Bell Cow at 5 stars. Its easy to give a top review for jobs that go flawless, but when a job has problems and the company does whatever it takes to make it right, thats the a true good organization. I will use Bell Cow in the future.

    My home warranty assigned Bell Cow HAVC to me at 7pm after my compressor stopped working. Early the next morning, I received a call with a timeframe as to when they would be here. I was told it would be between 12-4 pm. At 1:30 I received a call from the technician (Butch) who said he was on his way. When he arrived he knew immediately what the problem was and had me up and running in about 10 minutes. Very pleased with Bell Cow and with Butch!
