Super impressed with BPC. They moved as quick as they could with our Home Warranty. they were great with communication and went over everything they were doing. The technician explained all of the changes, why they were needed.I hope to never need this service again to replace our hot water heater but if I need anything plumbing related I will be calling Bass Plumbing. I cannot express how friendly everyone was and willing to explain to me the process over and over.

Based on the reviews I read. I truly wonder if some people may be more upset with their home warranty company and inadvertently taking it on our Bass Plumbing.I had a fantastic experience with Bass Plumbing! I also went through my home warranty and within 12 hours of them being assigned my claim, they had contacted me for an early Monday morning appointment. They came out and assessed I needed a full replacement of my hot water heater, and within 24 hours had the approval from my home warranty company to replace.There were some delays on my home warranty side (not at all Bass Plumbing’s fault), but as soon as we had identified a water heater, Raymond Bass picked it up himself and installed. He was so kind, patient, and took the time to explain what he did and the rationale behind some of the extra modifications. I really appreciated that!But perhaps their best asset is Sharon! Sharon works as admin/secretary and was the most kind and wonderful person to speak with. She checked on me a few times to ensure the home warranty company was moving things along and was so up front and detailed when providing me explanations of some items that I had to cover out of pocket. Really enjoyed my interactions with her!Highly recommend this company due to their quick response time, fantastic communication, and Sharon :)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bass Plumbing, who were contracted by my home warranty company to replace my garbage disposal. I was very nervous when my Home Warranty assigned Bass Plumbing after reading all of the reviews. However, my experience with them was excellent. After I filed my claim I called and left a message with Bass Plumbing. Sharon, the front desk assistant, called me back almost immediately and they got an appointment scheduled for the next day. I have daycare pickup in the morning and evening so they scheduled a time when they knew I would be home. They came near the beginning of the service window I was scheduled for. Raymond the technician was very professional. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. They also used better materials than what was originally in there. I was so worried, but am so grateful now. I highly recommend them!!

Mr. Bass responded to our home warranty claim quickly. He personally came out the next day and assessed our situation of a failed water heater. We had a few options and choose to upgrade our system with him. We were fortunate he had availability in our area the next day and in 2 hours was in and out. Mr. Bass and his assistant were so fun to chat with and I found them both to be so knowledgeable and friendly. Mr. Bass will be the first call we make for any future plumbing needs. I was assigned to them by my home warranty. I was able to get a next day appointment from them and the plumber came during the time frame we were given. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication and the plumber sent out does not work on well systems. I didn’t catch if he himself didn’t do wells or if Bass Plumbing doesn’t do wells. They can correct me. Overall, everyone was very nice and it was easy to get an appointment. Just make sure you specify if you’re on city water or a well.

Amazing company and service! Bass Plumbing was assigned by our home warranty company to fix our water heater. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and determined it needed to be replaced. There was a slight miscommunication on installation day, but Raymond and Harris waited patiently for me to return home so they could get to work. They replaced the water heater in a timely manner, left their work area clean, took away the old water heater, and even cut up the box like a little house for my son to play in :) Sharon was lovely and helpful in arranging the appointments. Service like the kind Bass Plumbing provided is hard to come by and should be regarded. I would highly recommend them!

Bass Plumbing provided excellent service in replacing my water heater. Sharon in the office and owner Raymond scheduled the repair as quickly as possible, especially since my water heater runs my heater, and Eddie the technician did a great job installing the new water heater. He also answered all my questions about the new water heater and explained what he had done. I had been concerned about the negative Google reviews, but I suspect many if not most of the problems noted in those reviews were caused by the home warranty company, not Bass Plumbing. In my case, the home warranty company, First American, didnt order the new water heater for 4 days after authorizing it and then ordered the wrong water heater TWICE, but Bass Plumbing hustled to get my water heater up and running as soon as the new water heater was available. Thank you, Bass Plumbing!!

I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but this time its absolutely warranted. We have been dragged through the mud by our home warranty company for the last month to order our replacement water heater. On the installation day, the owner of Bass Plumbing went to go pick up the water heater and found that our home warranty had inexplicably cancelled the water heater and there was no heater to pickup. The owner paid out of his own pocket to purchase a water heater so that we could keep our original installation date (he will eventually be refunded by our terrible home warranty company, Cinch/HMS). They were always responsive, on time, friendly, communicative. Would absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs. Thank you!!! After a month w/o hot water Bass Plumbing was a lifesaver!

Called my home warranty on Sunday and got a call back from Bass to schedule an appointment for Monday. I would have not expected a company to call on Sunday but they did so quickly. They came out on Monday within my appointment time. They ordered the new water heater and called me on Tuesday to schedule installation of my new heater on Wednesday. They arrived on time to install the new heater and so quickly too. I am so happy with the process and done so quickly. I couldn’t be happier with how fast this process was. The employees at Bass were so friendly and happy to answer any of my questions. Owner Raymond Bass was super friendly and I would definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

I had 2 experiences via my warrant company - and Bass Plumbing was contracted both times. My first experience was May of last year and then again today. Firstly I read and understood my warranty contract and the contractors obligation/agreement with the warranty company. Both times the office lady was very friendly when she called to schedule the appointments. Both appointments were scheduled and the plumber arrived on time. Both plumbers were very friendly as I watched what they were doing and they both explained to me what they were doing and what the problems with my plumbing were. Today, the owner Raymond came to my service. I was more than impressed with him , his knowledge and how quickly he worked to diagnose and solve my problem. I would recommend Bass Plumbing and will be using them again in the future. I think the people with negative reviews are more upset with their warranty company and/or do not fully understand what the warranty covers and does not cover. The warranty company has to authorize the work to the plumber. Additionally, those people need to understand what constitutes and emergency isnt that you have no hot water. An emergency is that you have water leaking into your home /flooding, etc. otherwise, its just an inconvenience that the plumbing company will prioritize as they can if their schedule allows. Again, I was very pleased with my experience with Bass Plumbing.

Pertaining to our negative reviews for our customers, We try very hard to accommodate everyones individual needs. Our company subcontracts work from several different Home Warranty Companies that are selected, purchased, and under contract with with each homeowner. Each customer has an individual policy that describes there own coverages. Many times we take the blame for diagnosing a plumbing problem that is ether not covered or is caused by fault of the homeowner themselves and expect the warranty company to pay for their mistakes. We cover a very large area completing as many as 40+ calls a day and on occasion we have trouble reaching a technician to find out if he is on schedule or not. This does result in late arrival times with out notice. This is a struggle for everyone in the service industry. As for water heater replacements, ALL warranty companies that Bass works for provide the water heater for us to install. If the water heater has not been ordered or provided we can not install it until the heater is provided. Once again we take the blame for customers not having hot water. An addition, many water heater sizes are no longer in production thus making them impossible to find. It seems customers are easy to post negative reviews with out knowing the full details or both parties complexities prior to posting a complaint. Some people post negative reviews just to fill vindicated or self enjoyment. However, for every complaint posted we have 100 satisfied customers that appreciate the good work we do and dedication to late nights, weekends, and holidays we spend at their home taking care of their plumbing needs. If only we could get all the Happy customers to post a review. People only take the time to post when they only have bad things say. I guess they never listened to their Mother :-) In closing we appreciate all our customers and try our hardest to accommodate their needs and schedules as best we can. From Everyone AT We Thank You

Had a issue with my upstairs toilet making an awful noise after flushing so I called my warranty company and sent out a tech from another company. He tested pressures and valves and a few other things throughout my house and said he couldnt find any issues. The next day the noise was worse than before so we called the warranty company back and they send out a tech from Bass Plumbing he went right to the source and had the problem fixed in less than 10 minutes. Fast, professional and got the job done right!!

My experience was AWESOME with Bass Plumbing, especially Mindy. After I called my home warranty and was issued Bass Plumbing I immediately Googled Bass (much like you are now) and saw these horrible reviews. I was worried with no hot water and the holidays coming that it would take forever to get this replaced. I am not sure about the other situations in these reviews, but needless to say from the time the warranty company called the job in to complete installation with a hot shower it was 3 days ... which is great for a situation where the home warranty is involved.Some people do not understand the back and forth that goes on and the check points the warranty company has you go through. For example the warranty company HAS to buy the hot water heater even if the plumbing co. has it in his shop. Then there are call back periods in between diagnosing and ordering the product that can delay a job. So after everything I am very pleased with how Mindy in the office followed up with me and with the warranty co. and I want to thank Bass Plumbing for there services.

I cannot give Bass Plumbing enough stars! The washing machine drain pipe in my sons townhouse had been overflowing for a few months. I was told by multiple plumbers that the drain pipe was too small and had to be replaced which would have been very costly. Since there had been no issues for the previous five months I had a very hard time believing that. I felt like something was clogging the pipe, but the first plumber had flushed the line and I had also put drano down it. Then Raymond, the owner at Bass Plumbing, said that the drain pipe from the kitchen sink could be causing the back up since the sink was close to the washing machine. He recommended having both the washing machine and kitchen drain pipes hydro-jetted. We did that and the drain pipe does not overflow anymore! I cannot thank him enough!!!!! :)

Awesome experience. I had my old 40 gallon water heater replaced with a tankless water heater due to leaks in the old one. It took a lot longer than expected to install due to heater placement and other techincal issues. The techs were very respectful and explained exactly what they were doing. Had a chance to meet the owner Raymond as he was on site when I arrived home. Great guy, genuine people person. Awesone team, will be my first call if another emergency arises.

I cant believe these reviews! A different plumber cut the flange off our toilet even with the floor! Called Bass: they came out and attempted to work around the damaged flange. It leaked and damaged the Pergo floor we had put in. I called them: they came out and installed a new flange, no charge, and offered to install our new pedestalsink st no cost due to the Pergo being damaged. If I needed a plumber, Bass would be #1 on my list!

HE SAW THAT IM CONFINED TO A WHEELCHAIR AND COULD NOT WAIT FOR THE USUAL TIME IT TAKES FOR THE WARRANTY COMPANIES TO APPROVE AND ORDERED EQUIPMENT. HE IMMEDIATELY GOT ON THE PHONE WITH THE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM THE URGENCY OF THE SITUATION. AT 10 AM MARCH 31, 2016, HE AND THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WERE INSTALLING MY NEW WATER HEATER.
