    Shannon and Christian are lifesavers!We had a main line clog that was causing overflow of our drains and no use of our toilets. A family friend recommended Rapid Rooter, they immediately answered and Even though they had a busy schedule they were able to fit us in. Within a timely manner, they showed up …courteous, kind and very professional. I explained to them the situation and they instantly knew the answer and what to do; they demonstrated their experience. They were fast, in and out…hence the name “Rapid”. We are definitely choosing Rapid Rooter for our plumbing services from here on out.     Our water heater went out over the weekend while we were out of town. I called Rapid Rooter, due to recommendations, first thing Monday morning and they were able to install a new water heater that same day!!! My whole experience was VERY pleasant from beginning to end. Natalie was a true gem helping me through the process over the phone and the two technicians were awesome in every way. I highly recommend Rapid Rooter!!! Very knowledgeable, very fast, yet efficient, very clean, and their prices were far better than any other plumbers we contacted.     We had a drain back up and another plumbing company said our line was collapsed and that we needed to tear up our patio and replace the line. Shannon and his coworker came out and ran the line from in the house and had the line cleared of a grease clog in las than an hour. The price was great, and the service was fast and friendly.     I had to make a number of calls. Didnt show on the day because someone had an emergency, but I didnt get a call. When they got there the following day they did a good job, had water by the end of the day. Men were personable, and did a good job. Couldnt get an estimate from the other company who looked at it, so not sure how the price compared .

The plumber that showed up was professional, polite and was able to quickly find the problem. He used a power snake and found grease and hair was plugging the sink. He got it unclogged and I’ve had no other problems with it. I will be recommending Rapid Rooter to anyone who needs their services!

    Our hot water heater was going out and having a home warranty we had to go through them first. They sent out Rapid Rooter and I was very pleased with their level of professionalism, unlike another company that was sent out for an unrelated issue. I thought I was going to have to wait till the end of the week to get a new water heater, but they called the next morning and arrived within the hour as promised to install. Highly recommend! Professional, polite, and got the job completed in a timely manner and we have hot water!
